This location is very impressive. The professionalism started on the phone. They located and purchased a part from a neighboring car part store, and replaced a hose that broke when I was driving (this disabled my vehicle).There was a deal on oil changes and that was applied without even asking. Also I had another coupon for $25 off a service that I was able to apply as well. It was a super deal.The team worked really good together as a unit. They were swift, friendly, hardworking, and they had an unexpected level of knowledge on the repair I needed (for a Jiffy Lube). I was super impressed. I will definitely be coming back to this Jiffy Lube for my future car needs, and you should too.

I got first class treatment at this place. My car was taking a little bit longer to be fixed and I had a doctor's appointment i had to run to. These guys were so kind to drive me to the appointment as they worked on my vehicle. Sonia is so kind and offered to drive me. Keep up the good work guys!

Very helpful and patient! Took the time to show me issues with my car and offered the best options. Only serviced what my car needed and didn t try to over sell me. Grateful to have them in our neighborhood for my car needs!

This is the third time I ve used this location and it s is one of the best in town. They are the only ones I know that carry 0w-40 penzoil SRT. I always walk away knowing that they serviced my mopar right. Fast, honest & very friendly. Absolutely wonderful- went in for an oil change and the staff was so friendly, professional and quick!! Def the fastest JL experience I have ever had. They didnt pressure me or try to upsell me things which i hate, and the whole experience was wonderful. Give them a raise!!

My experience with Jiffy Lube was absolutely horrible and I will never go back there again. I was completely taken advantage of at Jiffy Lube. I was way overdue for an oil change and decided to go quickly get it done at Jiffy Lube. For some odd reason, i was told someone had topped off my oil in the car and accidentally put oil in my coolant. Mind you - i have not had any overheating issues nor had an oil change since may. That doesn t add up. Anywho, they made it sound like this was super crazy and weird to me so they decided to work on my car to flush gunk out of my radiator. No prices were discussed, they didn t even check me in. The mechanic never hooked my car up to their machine for flushing out my radiator. Instead they wasted my gas and revved my car engine for 3 hours trying to flush out oil in my coolant. Once my coolant had no oil residue in it, suddenly i had no heat in my car. They made this sound super serious and that it was highly unsafe to drive my car. I asked them to give me an estimate of everything. Come to find out that they were trying to charge me an additional $400 on top of the $400 of service that had already been done. I was blown away. I literally had to call my dad who is good with cars and explain to him everything that was happening. My dad told me that my car is fine and it is because they didn t hook it up to the machine to flush out my radiator. He asked to speak to the manager, and just somehow they were able to fix my thermostat in my car by continuing to rev my engine for another hour magically just in time before the shop closed. The maintenance dude was apologizing to me over and over again at the end of everything saying next time they will make sure to hook it up to the machine so i don t loose heat. By the time the bill came around, i originally asked not to get another radiator cap, but they still charged me for it. I got a very long spiel about how the mechanic was going to talk to his higher ups because it was highly unprofessional of them. Although the entire reason why my car was acting funny was due to the mechanic not properly servicing my car in the first place. Additionally they left garbage in my car on the floor. Absolutely horrible. I hope this helps any other person who doesn t know much about cars. What an absolute scam of a place and highly disappointed. I guess i learned my lesson with Jiffy Lube and how they take advantage of people with little experience on car repairs.UPDATE: Pretty sure they blew my head gasket from running my car without water due to the lack of heat in my car. I took the bill over to them, they said they would call me back within a couple days a week and a half ago. I have been trying to repeatedly call them these past 3 days because they won t answer their phone and i am too scared to drive my car over to them.

First time using an oil change service. Excellent service, super quick ( 10 minutes) for oil change, air filter and wiper replacement, versus 90 minutes last time at dealership. Friendly staff, super efficient, I was impressed and will be going back. Nice little waiting room, plus water bottles. Recently remodeled waiting area, very nice, same great service.

I was traveling when the oil light came on. I pulled in and the workers got me right in and checked and topped off the oil. The worker was so polite and helpful. I wish I had his name to do a personal shoutout. Thank you.

I've utilized Jiffy Lube years ago for services and experiences were horrible. The last two I've gone to have been very pleasant, fast and reliable. The staff is knowledgeable and makes me feel like a valued customer. Very well done.Update March 27th 2024: I went to Jiffy Lube last week and they created a big problem I didn't have before I went.� Wasted six hours of my life and got my vehicle back in much worse shape than it was when I took it in.� Considering pursuing legal recourse.

I've left my previous review at the bottom because I want to show how much I feel like things have improved at this business. Before I felt so pressured when I came in to add on services that I just quit coming. I came in today for an oil change as I was in a hurry and man things have changed.The service and staff were friendly, I didn't feel pressured at all. My service was done in a timely manner and the price didn't kill me. If there was an effort to improve service and make customers feel more comfortable I would say it worked. I will frequent this location again. Thank you.Previous review"They pressure sell from the time you walk in to the time you leave. This last time there was a guy with a tie on who's job it was to pressure sell to me the whole time my oil was being changed. I ordered the cheapest oil and no other services and it still cost almost $60.Last year I went in for an oil change and they told me that my radiator hoses were shot and needed replaced. I went ahead and did it and with the oil change my bill was over $300. I went back for another change in 6 mos and they again told me that my hoses were bad. I knew right away I had been scammed.I started going to this location for the convenience of the location but I won't be going back. It's so hard for me to understand why businesses just don't get it that trust and transparency are the keys to success."Service: Oil change

They forgot to reset the notice for when to change the oil. Now every time I turn the car on it says it is time for an oil change despite having just changed it.

I ve been here a few times since moving to town and they re always the best. Super nice people, great work and they always try and advise me on ways I can save money. Definitely can t say all that about any other mechanics I ve been too.
