Had an excellent experience with the Jacobus Carstar team from start to finish.My 2019 Caddy XT4 looks like nothing ever happened! They communicated every step of the way and coordinated rental car service. The wait for repairs to begin was a bit long but that seems to be the norm if using a high quality repair shop these days. All I can say is, it was well worth the wait! My Caddy was shining like new and cleaned inside and out when I picked her up.I am beyond pleased with the repairs and totally satisfied!Jacobus Carstar has earned my trust and loyalty should I ever need auto body repairs in the future.

I was involved in a hit & run and luckily I was able to rely on Dave & his team. My car was restored to pre accident condition. Looks beautiful! Wonderful communication with the process. No wondering or guessing as they made sure to text and / or call me with the information. Jacobus CarStar has a great relationship with enterprise rent-a-car so I didn t have to worry about how to get to and from each place. They set everything up for me and picked me up within minutes.My car was also very clean when it was returned to me. Appreciated that.The care and quality is top notch.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently utilized Jacobus CARSTAR for inspection after my car was stolen. They were very professional, and their service exceeded my expectations. They were prompt in servicing my vehicle and working with my insurance company. I will continue doing business with them for all of my car service needs as well as highly recommend them to family and friends!

Their service was friendly, professional, FAST, and an overall great experience. We had our car repaired from an accident getting rear ended, and we had to replace the tailgate, among other issues. Very happy with the company and the staff who helped us. Thank you JACOBUS Car Star for the wonderful job you did on my car. Everything was handled wonderfully. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and a week and a half later, it was returned to me in beautiful condition. They even did a full detail inside the car, it looked brand new like when I first got it! I would recommend jacobus car star to anyone looking for repair work on their vehicle.

I didn t think it was possible to be more pleased with the service these people gave me, but boy, was I in for a shock. They went above, and beyond anything I expected to be done. Just a few little extras that I had mentioned were taken care of. The car looks absolutely beautiful inside and out, it was fully detailed and I don t think it s been that clean since I drove it off a lot in 2013.

Great customer service. The people who work here are good genuine people. They went above and beyond to help me with an insurance claim. There communication was great and they did a great job repairing my vehicle (front lower bumper).The silver lining of my car getting hit, is that I found a repair shop that I will continue to do business with for as long as they are around. They also washed my car and I m not positive, but I think they did some vacuuming too and they left my cleaner from when I initially dropped it off.Thanks especially to Dave and the front receptionist.

This company and workers are amazing they fixed my car from a car accident! When I went to pick it up it was like brand new wheels polished, detailed on inside and smelling new! Thank you

Isaiah and crew did an amazing job on repairing my car to look good as new again. I wish I had taken pictures right before I dropped it off to show comparison, but she was looking ready to be dropped off at the junkyard. They repaired the right side of the car including replacing her side skirt and repairing the right quarter panel due to another car hitting it. They also painted the rear bumper and repaired the left quarter panel after I decided to get some other damage repaired from prior incidents since she was already in the shop. They did an amazing job and finished a day early! The pictures do not do their work justice.

My 2023 3500 hi country Silverado, got damaged in a parking lot. They took care of everything with the insurance company. The paint looks just like original. I m very very happy with their professionalism. Thank you very much Jacobus Carstar.

I very highly recommend Jacobus CARSTAR. Dave and his team are true professionals at what they do. They are the kind of auto shop where you leave the lot at the end of the day feeling taken care of.I called around to my insurances preferred shops and they were backed up for months. I found Jacobus and they took me in that week. The turn around was quick and performed with quality. They even offered to fix other dents and scratches unrelated to the accident for much less than the price that I was quoted by other shops in the area. You can tell they love what they do and they love helping people.They communicated very well with me throughout the whole process with weekly updates. They always returned my calls when I had questions.I will be returning again for any other car trouble I have. I highly recommend anyone to these fine people. 5 stars!

Just picked up my car. Wendy with Jacobus Carstar is amazing when Enterprise broke from their motto and didn't pick me up she offered me a ride in her own vehicle. Gave me correct information in regards to when I can pick up my car. Overall I'm quite impressed with their work. Last but not least they do not use refurb parts for repair. Will definitely recommend.

This is hands down, one of the best auto repair shops I've ever been to. They were able to take my car in months earlier than several other shops I had called. All of the staff were very kind and passionate about their work. I could always get a hold of them over the phone, and they were quick to notify me of any updates or changes. This will be the only shop I take my car to, for any damages.

I've now had 3 repairs (3 separate accidents) on 2 different cars done here in the las 18 months. They're amazing, I get texts on ETA updates, they love communication and the staff/owner are such wonderful people to work with. The repairs have been amazing, they leave no details behind. They've earned my business for life. Plus they also warranty their work in the event something goes wrong with the repair, which luckily hasn't happened to me yet. Thanks guys for all you do!

These guys were awesome from start to finish!!! Brought in my 03 Honda CRV for repair replaced radiator and supports, grille, front bumper, front lamps, condenser. Vince and office staff were great to work with handled all the insurance and kept me updated as work was being done. Best repair and body shop I ve ever dealt with!!! When I picked the car up and was leaving, Vince had me wait while he cleaned some dirt off the headlights. The ol Honda absolutely looks like new. Couldn t be more satisfied give JC a 10 on scale of 5!!! Thank you!!!

Never experienced such personal, professional, and courteous service before in 56 years of owning cars. With their constant text updates and treating me as if I were family, I will never go anywhere else again. I did however joke that I hoped I never had to see them again. Jacobus CARSTAR is an excellent place for your car needs! The customer service and workmanship are off the chart! This place highly reccomended. They take care of the customer from the min you walk in the door for the estimate, making arrangements for rhe rental, keeping you informed on each step to the finished product! I stopped in here during an automobile emergency. The owner quickly came out and followed me walking down the road and helped me out of a jam with my vehicle. He was quick and efficient and saved me a lot of time and money. Super nice guy. He didn't even hesitate to help.

I would highly recommend this business to anyone! After my wife s van was rear ended I was calling my car insurances preferred list with no luck to match my timeline of moving, I happened to come across the shop called and was taken immediately! Hands down fastest service I have ever received with quality work! Guaranteed regardless of location of vehicle as long as I own the car! Owner was very nice and assured me they d get my car done asap! Within 2 weeks I was back in my car no problems!
