I highly recommend this shop! I tend to like working on my own vehicles. I have bought several challenging repairs to jrod auto and every time the outcome exceeded my expectations. The actual finished product these guys turn out is excellent and it has always been a friendly environment. This is my go to shop. I have been letting people know about my great experience here.

Don't let the look of the shop fool you, Yes it's a good old boys shop, But with that you get a good old boy work ethic. Always done timely, correct and never overcharged or upcharged. Fantastic place jared and his employees are amazing

Yeah I definitely would not recommend these guys I took my car there and it took them like 3 weeks to get the part and then when I got the car back my little thub was broken said he was going to replace but never did.

They are the best!! I've gone to Jared for years, and he's always charged a fair price. Yes, I shopped around when I was looking at $3000. + repair, and no one could match his estimate. They are all super nice and honest.

My RV has been there for 21 months and not finished. Jarod gave me a three month to complete the project when I took it to him in March 2021. I can not get an answer for a copletion date and the snow is going to fly soon.

My experience at jrods automotive today was fantastic, I dropped off a 72 international travelall in the morning at the scheduled time I got personalized attention from the owner. I explained the issues I was having with my vehicle and left. I have experience with these vehicles in particular and they need to be in the hands of a skilled mechanic to say the least. All of the items I was hoping to have corrected were complete by the end of the day and the repairs were explained to me very well. my favorite part... the price!! when I heard how much my bill was for their services I was relieved that here was a business that provides excellent service with very modest prices. I genuinely applaud your whole team for your service! other business owners would benefit from conducting business the way you do. thank you.

I got the part I thought needed to be fixed to get my check engine light off. This place knew it was the wrong part and instead of telling me that beforehand, they installed the part anyway. So I had to pay for the labor and the part and my check engine light is still on. Furthermore, when scheduling, the receptionist takes on average 2-3 days to get back with you. Two times she did not respond at all, so after a week went by I had to inquire again. They do have good prices here, but the lack of quality and professionalism here is astounding.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I just picked up my 1967 Pontiac and it was another amazing job by this shop. JROD and Ingrid are the best team. She keeps me updated and he does the best job of taking care of my car. They replaced my front suspension and wow! What a difference. My car drives amazing. Twice now, I have had my car towed to J-Rod's, after hours, unbeknownst to them. They were not expecting me, in fact did not even know that I existed!!! (They were very highly recommended by an acquaintance of mine).They have been awesome! Reasonably priced, (tho nothing car repair related, is reasonable, right?!?) Even tho they were completely booked, they somehow found a way to work me in! I've only met Ingrid, gosh, I don't even know what her title is but it quickly became apparent to me that, Miss Ingrid is the one that makes J-Rod's run smoothly and efficiently. I have a feeling she wears many hats at JRods... Lol She is top notch in my opinion!Jerrod, as comfortable being head honcho as he is working beneath a vehicle, is an honest business owner who really cares about others.JRods is the only place I will take my car to now! I'm very grateful to have found J-Rod's Auto Repair, they are the BEST!Sincerely, Terri E. Koontz(a customer for life!)

If I could I would give zero stars. Have taken 2 cars there, one for engine rebuild, and one transmission rebuild. They didn't tell me that they send them out to another shop for the rebuild. Also was told max of 3 weeks. And I didnt get my vehicles back for 4-5months. Then tried charging me for something they said they fixed. But in all actuality messed it more. I wouldn't recommend them.

My son just got his license a few months ago and has had a few "learning experiences" in my car. I drive a lot for work and can't be without my car. These guys always take great care of us and get me back on the road right away. They are very knowledgeable and have fair prices, but above all I really appreciate their honesty and dedication to customer service.

J-Rod Auto is a great place. Small business owner that knows his customers vehicles. Would highly recommend this place for any Auto needs. Keeps you up to date about your vehicle and if you have questions or concerns very responsive to those issues. Very fair on labor costs.

As normal they do great work and back up with a warranty.Reasonable prices for labor also.I have all my engine work done here .

Jared fixed my Ford Edge SUV when it was overheating. They were friendly, affordable and methodic. I would recommend Jrod Auto to everyone. They also helped me more than I could have asked. Definitely will be taking all my cars through here.

Thanks Jared! Would recommend to anyone trying to get honest repairs done. Very helpful, explains different options. So nice to have a good mechanic. Will definitely be back. Went above and beyond expectations.

Every time I take my car to these guys, they treat me like a friend, fix my car right, or send me to someone who can, and charge a fair price. I send all my friends and family to these guys, because they have proven themselves TRUSTWORTHY. They will treat you likewise, too! Test it and you will see for yourself. They also have a sense of humor.

Not only did the team take care of my 67 Lemans they went above and beyond staying late and being extra careful. I am a nervous Nelly! Like drive you crazy nervous. They were all so calm and reassuring .if you are a lady and want a group of highly qualified, honest and kind mechanics. Please choose JRods

Jarrod is beyond amazing... "He literally knows everything about any car" is an understatement. Foreign, domestic, exotic, custom... they do it all. VERY VERY HONEST and lowest prices in town. You will not be disappointed in anyway.

Great customer service amazing prices they are close to half the price of anywhere else with any thing I have needed. they will give you an honest opinion of what needs to be done and what can wait. I recommend them to everyone I know and they have all been treated great as well. Best shop in town by a long shot.

J-Rod is the finest mechanic on the face of the earth. This man is a credit to the human race. Along with George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt and Thomas Jefferson, his face should be on Mount Rushmore. No man has spoken greater truth than Jerrod. Jerrod represents the ideal which I could never obtain. He is a giant among mere men. God-like in his endeavor, he towers over others. By far the best mechanic that I have seen. I have not personally taken a vehicle of mine to them yet, however any vehicle that I have taken into them I end up seeing coming back more beautiful than when they went in.

I finally have a repairman I can trust!!! I will never hesitate to have my car worked on again. EXTREMELY fair and came through for me when I most needed it!!!!! A repair can be bit scary for someone who knows nothing about cars. You are honest and caring. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou so much guys for what you did for me!!!!!

Couldn t even get them to call me when THEY said they would. Not reliable in my opinion. I ll try someplace else. Cannot review their work! They might do a good job I don t know.
