Imperial came highly recommended by all my friends with lowered cars. And if you know anything about the car community, it s that we all trust word of mouth. And man does Imperial do an awesome job! Soo down to earth that it was like hanging out with a friend while working on cars.The dope sticker alone was worth the visit!

let me tell you about this incredible car shop I went to in Orchards, Washington. I can't say enough good things about them! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and excellent customer service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. They diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car quickly and efficiently, and the quality of their work was top-notch. Not only did they get my car back on the road in no time, but they also provided me with some great tips for car maintenance to prevent future issues. The prices were fair and reasonable, and I felt like I got great value for my money. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this car shop and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance. They truly deserve those five stars! Dawson is your number one guy for anything automotive. The basics, oil changes, tire mounting, alignments to the more advanced stuff such as air bag installs, custom fabrications, etc. He takes pride in his work and puts nothing but the best out for his customers.I will personally never bring my car to anyone else. Best place in town for an alignment. Prices are very fair, in and out in like 15 mins. I was surprised my car made it on his rack with how low I have it. Nothing but praise for this place!!

Amazing customer service and always makes sure that your ride is right! Never going anywhere else for my car's needs so you shouldn't waste your time in doing so either. Your vehicle and its equipment will always be handled with care here unlike some big name shops out there with its lousy workers.

Took my car to Imperial to correct a terrible alignment done at a different shop. Read all the good reviews and all the folks with lowered/modded cars (I no longer lower/mod but +1 nonetheless). Glad I went here, was in and out in 15 minutes and car is back to driving like brand new. Owner is a good guy. Thank you thank you!

Dawson at Imperial Auto is my go to when i need something done right on my car. He has helped me install rear camber/toe arms, mounted tires on my new wheels, as well as getting it aligned and all dialed in and sitting perfect! I had received multiple recommendations for this shop for their quick turn around and extreme care for your property. I was looking to have new Tires put on my $3500 BBS wheels and was nervous about the faces being marked up by the tire machine. I was able to make an appointment right away. My wheels had no scuffs or scratches. I was even able to get the car aligned the same day. Wow. Hands down the best shop any where around. Attached is a picture of 1 of 3 cars I have had worked on by this shop. The pricing, the service, the quality work is just out of this world. No one else compares to this level of attention to detail. Would recommend anyone and everyone to go here for all tires, alignments, suspension needs.
