By FAR one of the best auto care places in the Vancouver area. Repair costs weren't even that much more compared to other estimates I had, and those places didn't seem to diagnose my issue as well as your team did. Customer service is stellar, staff are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their craft and it shows. You guys have a new long term customer!

Needed a good amount of work done on my Volvo to keep maintenance up. They did exceptional! She's running top notch after your care. I know some euro parts are hard to come by (especially on this gem) so i did anticipate waiting. They kept in communication and the process was easy. Glad to have my car back and in such exceptionally smooth running condition. Manager is honest and genuine. I used to take my car to the Toyota dealership, but find they over price all their services and don t do everything they say they do. I also used to endure a 3-4hr wait just for oil changes, because 1hr would turn into several and you had to ask why it would take so long. The mechanics at honest 1 were able to give advice and reasonable prices for fixing what Toyota messed up. Now their my place for oil changes and I don t wait all day.

I'm pleased with my Subaru repair. Honest 1 was quick (one day fully repaired as scheduled as soon as parts arrived) and priced fairly.

My only issue was I told them on the phone when I made the appointment that you had to take the grill apart they looked it up and seen that I was right. Quoted me 0.8 hours to do the job but when I showed up about a half hour into it they came out and said well you can't just change the bulb. They forgot to write down what I had told them. I could have swore they quoted me less over the phone but whatever it's fixed now.

Aaron and Susie were courteous and kind and made me feel comfortable through the diagnosis and repairs of my vehicle. Aaron is straightforward, informative and a wonderful employee. He may be a little loud however he makes sure the work gets done and you are a happy customer. Great place to have repairs done. Most of the time had great service, however they added on and charged me for additional services I do NOT request, without my consent, at my last oil change. I will not be returning.

I went in for an oil change. The most simple thing for a shop to do. I get my car back, now I have a humming and a rattle every time I turn my AC on, my glove box has come lose and they just insist it will fix itself or I could pay them to fix it, when it s something they messed up! I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! The man working on my car was asking question after question to the receptionist. I also don t appreciate being talked down too like I don t know how a car works by almost everyone there. Even some insisting I make my husband or boyfriend help me. I now have my car in worse condition then when it went in! I would NEVER go back to this place and I will NEVER recommend it!Service: Oil change

Took my car in to get a starter replaced, both headlights fixed .Had to bring the car back as they only fixed the one headlight that was working ...charged ne a diagnostics fee on something I already had diagnosed even after I had told them to fix both they charged me over 300 for one headlight...3 days later the bad headlight is again not working and the good one that was working still working.. So I take the vehicle back they call me after a few hours I come down and theres my car sitting in the parking lot windows down unlocked.... The guy who is a manager tells me it's my fault.. Do not trust this company to do anything .. These people clearly have no morals nor values.......I had to bring it back and Susie wants to get angry by texting me how she want leased about my honest review here. I contacted her 2 times to be sure my bad headlight was fixed she said she knows what to do. Today I drop my vehicle off for the 3rd time to get the job done .As a customer I shouldn't have to be told that Susie has the right to be angry at me for my honest review.She did admit fault to all my complaints but the price of all my work hasn't come down not has this place given me any type of discount. I'll never come back here this is the worst auto center I've been to.

I've been taking my car to Honest-1 for many years, and I've always had good results. They've mostly changed the oil and done rotations/ allignments on my car. I haven't needed any bigger repairs, but I would trust them to do so. Recently, they fixed a leaking tire for no charge, and right away! Their pricing is fair, and their service is fast and reliable. I've aways felt they're truly honest about their work. I highly recommend them!!!!!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Susie and her team are always exceptional. I have been coming here since 2014. They are honest and take great care of me and my car. Especially when I have to travel the gorge to Spoke etc... I always get a check up before my trips and they ensure my safety. Great team and service. Thank you all. I appreciate you.

Usually have a great experience here, however, when my son took his car in for service, we were extremely disappointed. Engine light was on and we hooked up a code reader which said a fuel pump issue. When my son dropped the car off, he also asked them to change the oil while it was there. Turns out his engine was bad and needed replaced. When my son went to pick the car up, they had done the oil change and actually had the nerve to charge him for that. ON A CAR WITH A BAD ENGINE!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Never going back!!!

Saved me when I bought tires online and online installers was 2 weeks out. Called friday got scheduled for monday drop off and had my truck back by 1:30. Office clean and neat, even had a beverage bar with better than average products.Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, definitely scheduling next service here.

Honest-1 is absolutely the best place in Vancouver to have maintenance service repairs done to your vehicle. Hands-Down always on point caring for your vehicle. Excellent Customer Service with a warm welcoming. Suzy & Aaron are very knowledgeable and efficient making sure you have a good understanding on what your vehicle needs or doesn t need. I had a brake inspection done elsewhere but was informed they had no availability until the next week to repair my car. I called Honest-1 and they got me in immediately and I paid under what I was quoted! Thanks for getting me back safely on the road so quickly!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Honest 1 for a flat tire and I must say that my overall experience was nothing short of abysmal. Not only did they fail to properly mount my tire, but their subsequent refusal to take responsibility for their negligence has left me frustrated, disappointed, and out of pocket.Upon picking up my car from the auto shop, I naively assumed that all was well. However, my excitement quickly turned to dismay as my tire went flat within a mere five miles of leaving their premises. It became glaringly apparent that their technicians had negligently mishandled the tire during the mounting process.In my pursuit of a resolution, I contacted Honest 1 and explained the situation in detail, hoping for a swift resolution. Unfortunately, their response was nothing short of infuriating. They shamelessly washed their hands of any responsibility, claiming that they are not liable for the damages caused and that I would have to bear the financial burden of replacing the brand new, now destroyed tire myself.Not only is this an outrageously poor display of customer service, but it also highlights the lack of accountability and professionalism at Honest 1. A reputable establishment would have taken immediate action to rectify their error and compensate the customer for the inconvenience and expense incurred.I was then towed off the side of the freeway to a different tire shop and they were able to fix my tire and properly mount it. Upon receiving the invoice to provide to Honest 1, they stated they are not liable to pay for their mistake. It is absolutely absurd that I, as a customer, am expected to pay for their mistake while they conveniently absolve themselves of any responsibility.I strongly urge anyone considering utilizing the services of Honest 1 to think twice and explore alternative options. Their lack of integrity, poor workmanship, and utter disregard for customer satisfaction make them unworthy of your trust and hard-earned money. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and unnecessary expenses by seeking reliable and responsible professionals elsewhere.In conclusion, my experience at Honest 1 was nothing short of a nightmare. Their incompetence in properly mounting my tire, coupled with their refusal to take ownership of their actions, has left me in a situation that I never should have been in. I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others, and that Honest 1 seriously reconsiders their approach to customer service and accountability.

Went to get an oil change and my car had no issues before I went in, after I had got my car back the check engine light was on. I'm never coming back here again.

Got $1300+ worth of maintenance done on my vehicle. The following day, my car broke down. Got it towed back to the shop to find out the fuel line hadn't been properly reconnected and had come completely off. The tow was covered by AAA, so no cost there, but I'd lost about half a tank of gas, which I asked them to compensate me for. They acted like it was a huge request, and had to call two different managers to ask if they could. In the end they acted put out, but sent an employee to go fill my gas tank. Never offered an apology for the inconvenience, or to compensate me or refund part of my service or anything. Handed me the keys and moved to the next customer.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

The people are nice, but *I strongly recommend that you don't take your BMW here*. 2 hours into my scheduled oil change I stopped by for an update and they explained that my coolant hose suddenly ruptured in multiple areas due to old age and no fault of their own. They had to keep my car overnight to get the replacement part and billed me the extra $50 (for the part). Now, I am no mechanic, but I have replaced my oil a handful of times and never touched the overfill coolant line that was now mangled. At least no other or more expensive parts decided to spontaneously age out while my car was in their service. I will not be going back and I will not refer them to anyone as I don't feel that they did right by me.** UPDATE **My X3 started throwing intermittent Drivetrain Malfunction (check engine light) alerts soon after the service on 3/14. I had to take the car into a different shop to pay for a diagnostic to discover that the stand pipe was missing from my oil filter cap resulting in my car being driven with no oil pressure. I can only speculate how this happened, but it appears to negligence bordering on malicious as this likely resulted in extra wear on my engine.Service: Oil change

Suzy is courteous, helpful, and really listens, which is especially hard to find in a mechanic shop. On top of all this, the communication is stellar, the workmanship is high quality, and things get done fast. I brought in my Grand Cherokee and Honda Ridgeline for major pil leaks, The staff were very professional and respectful . They explained to me what the problem were in simple terms and quoted me the price. It was fixed in a timely manner. They explained the warranty and was given instructions. we brought the Ridgeline back in today as instructed to check the vehicle out for any other leaks. They did a thorough examination of the vehicle and noticed oil was leaking from the oil pan. They replaced the gaskets and seals,did an oil change and serviced the transmission. Very friendly and understanding organization. Highly recommend this company to perform work on your vehicle.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Super happy with my service received. Was able to drop off for same day and my car was done earlier than they expected to be able to start. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
