I won't be going back to this shop.I started getting a slight jerk while shifting so a transmission flush was recommended. There was absolutely no change in the hard shifting after the flush. I just assumed my transmission was going bad. It's gotten slowly worse over the last 2 years since the flush. I took it to my friends shop today thinking I'd need a new transmission. Turns out Honest one didn't change the filter and used the wrong fluid. I got a new transmission flush today and the issue is completely gone.Their name is honest one but they don't do the work they charge for. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Had to have a lot of things done on my car. Trusted Honest 1 to do the job with integrity and ended up getting more than I bargained for! They were amazing and more than fair. That is all you can ask for in these times we are in. I will continue to come back as I've now found my auto shop!! Thanks Guys!!

I recommend you read the Yelp reviews. The rating is much lower, and for good reason. It seems lying is a company rule at this location. You're better off to find another mechanic or go to the dealership, where the price might actually be less, and you'll know what's going on with your vehicle.

I want to give a big shout-out to the team over there at Honest 1 Auto Care. My experience on a scale of one to ten is 100%, and the bar is set a 10 . Go in and ask for Eric he helped me from the start to the finish, and my SUV was repaired on time and costly, which fit my budget. Please go check them out and see for yourself . Thank you to the whole team. You're awesome . Please keep up the great work..

Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Outrageously expensive prices, and I paid them close to $500 just to find out the same thing that AutoZone told me for free. They're not very good at getting alignment done. Ended up going to another auto shop to get the work done for a third of the price that they were quoting me. And I was still out $500 for the" inspection" and incorrectly done alignment

My husband and I have been coming here for a couple years now. Always excellent customer service, fair prices, and the work they do is always done quickly and correct. We recommend them to everyone we know!

Drain rails for sunroof were clogged and needed to be cleaned out. These guys were super nice and professional and ALOT more reasonably priced compared to other shops.I would HIGHLY recommend this shop for your repairs , fast, HONEST, and reasonably priced , and informative.. you won't be disappointed!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The staff was very helpful and kind. I had some trouble working out the financial aid and they were very patient with me. They're work was amazing and it was done very quickly. Would highly recommend

Always friendly and fast, usually fit me in quickly and give me honest estimates for work that needs to be done. Rick Perry is the reason I started coming here. He is trustworthy and reliable. Eric at the front desk is always so kind and friendly and knowledgeable and Chris is knowledgeable and very customer service oriented, he knows everyone by name. The pricing is reasonable and their customer service is top notch! I highly recommend it here.

Husband & I took our well-loved Ford Flex in knowing already we needed Significant Work Done. (Already had estimates from other places, so we were prepared.)While the work took longer than expected (discovered engine made in Canada needed different part midway through), Erik, Chris & the team did a great job managing expectations & keeping us in the loop.Erik walked through the final statement (well UNDER other estimate by 1K!), highlighted 3-year warranty & repair options should we be traveling, and did everything he could to ensure our satisfaction with the work.We just found out our new auto service shop from now on - thanks, Erik & everyone at Honest 1!Bonus points for a clean, well-stocked customer waiting area.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection

I can t speak for other locations but if it s the same as this location (Minnehaha) then this company has the right people working for them. I ve been coming to this location for 5 plus years and the service continues to remain great! I ve had all 4 of my cars serviced here and will continue to do so! Car repairs can be expensive but I will gladly pay knowing that Chris and his crew are honest and making sure my vehicle is well taken care of. They have great pricing and also Very accommodating with my last minute requests. I highly recommend these guys! Thank you Chris and the Crew! Was told this place was the last one to do an oil change on my car and have paperwork saying so. Can t even get the drain plug out and found lock tire in the threads

The east side store had done a less than acceptable job at my oil change so I took my vehicle the next day to the Minnehaha location and they fixed all the issues plus went above and beyond to satisfy their customer. Minnehaha Honest 1 will always get my business in the future. Thank you to the manager and team. Very grateful

The folks here are so kind and truthful. They take care of their customers and have incredible follow through. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Their prices are comparable to other places, I've checked.They work with you after hours for vehicle pick up and drop off. They allow vehicles to be towed to their location. They work quickly and keep you posted on the status all along the way. Thumbs up to them!

I had such a great experience here! I will continue to bring all of my cars here in the future. They did everything beyond satisfactory. They call before they do anything and aren t pushy about doing more than is needed. They gave me three different options in detail about what was needed the most-what can be done later. My trucks check engine light has been on and they were able to fix that. And honestly it was way cheaper than I thought. Don t waste your time going anywhere else, they do everything here. Honest -1 says it all. I have gone to other auto care businesses and not been treated honestly. Honest-1 evaluates and suggests only what needs to be done to keep my Stang in top performance. There techs are knowledgable, professional and Honest. I know I'm going to get facts from them. No "We'll have to do several expensive things to see if that will fix it!!!" Honest-1 is honest. That combined with there great knowledge will keep me coming back. Brought my vehicle in for intermittent A/C issues. Let them know I was a single dad hoping to diagnose the issue before I spent a lot of money trying to see what works. Got charged 300 dollars for a flush/recharge on my A/C which did nothing to fix my problem. After charging me they bring me into the shop to show me what the real problem was. Clutch not engaging, easily seen just by popping the hood. Easily seen without charging me $300. So I drive away with $300 less dollars and an equally unreliable A/C system. Advised I would be given a quote to fix the real problem the next day, never received a quote. Then I get a newsletter with a coupon for a "$20 A/C inspection". Why wasn't I offered this when I came in? I feel completely scammed and seeing the word "Honest" in your business name is pretty gross.Service: Air conditioning

Went in with an AC problem in my car and a engine light on. They troubleshot and fixed my issues all in one day. Price was fair and the best part was I didn't have to do it the work. Overall good experience. Professional, quick, friendly..Labor charges were fair. But they charged way too much for parts. They charged me$ 380.00 for 2 ball joints, when I could have ordered them online for $45.00.That would be the only thing negative I could say. From the first phone call till days after I had paid for my repairs and picked up my car honest 1 was happily and readily available. They talked me through ever step of the process and discussed with me at length my options. The work was done promptly and my car drives better now than when I first purchased it. My experience with them was the single best experience I've ever had with an automotive shop. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! If you are reading this please continue on. This shop has had a negative reputation for YEARS - but don't just take my word for it. If you go online and look at reviews on Google or any other review site you will see COUNTLESS 1 star reviews from others who have been taken advantage of by this shop.After I was taken advantage of I went online to do some digging and realized this has been happening to other people too for years. We brought a truck to them - long story short we paid over $2000 for repairs while the truck was never diagnosed properly. Got the truck back and they never fixed the problem. They only wanted more money after all the "repairs" they did which never fixed the core issue. Not only that but the shops prices when compared to others are astronomically high.But as I said before - please do your own research before taking your vehicle here, the people who work there don't take care of the community and its sad they have gotten away with poor service like this for YEARS. Don't make the same mistake I and many other have before me. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable mechanic.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Customer service was awesome. They definitely carried out their name of being honest. Was told by another shop that I had my thermostat replaced at that I needed to replace all the hoses and that my wheel bearings needed to be changed. Honest 1 came back and said the hoses were still good. That save me almost 500.00. I appreciated that they didn't take advantage of me. I will be going back if any of my cars need repair.

I think the people at the desk should concentrate on the physically present customers. When my car was finished, I had to wait while the person at the desk was looking for something with the mechanic on the computer. That went on for quite a while until the other desk person was available. I just feel that is not the best customer service.
