I received great service from Tammy. She was polite, efficient and took good care of me. Tammy was very helpful getting my tire replaced and dealing with the insurance company so I could complete my trip to Corvallis on time. Many thanks to her and the service department.

Absolutely will never go back to get my car serviced here again. Called to make an appointment because of a recall I was notified of and also needed an oil change and tire rotation. Spoke with Austin on the phone who took all of my information, including the VIN, and added me into the system since this would be my first time there with my vehicle. I was told exactly what recall was on the car since he looked up the VIN and was told he needed to ask the parts/service guys first to see if they had it. Shortly after, he told me I could come in and get all of the requested services completed and asked my availability. He ended up giving me options, including at 8:15 that following morning. Repeated it back to him to confirm the date and time and said great, see you all tomorrow. I show up at 8:15 and am met by an older woman who said I didn t have an appointment. Searched by my name, phone number, and ran the VIN. Nothing. Said about 3 different times that I didn t have an appointment. Didn t offer any solutions. Just kept telling me that I was wrong. Told her how I spoke to Austin who told me to come in at this time on that day. Absolutely no clue how none of my information was in the system. Austin comes over and acts like he never talked to me before in his life and came back after about a minute with a printed piece of paper with my VIN and last name under the owner of vehicle but had a completely different name and contact information on the sheet. Did not even have the right information at all and told me that they can t do the recall because the part for my specific VIN isn t at the dealership. Okay fine. But then a third person, Rachelle came up to me and again I was asked what I was doing there. Had to explain again and was told that I would need an appointment. Explained yet again that Austin scheduled the appointment per my phone call yesterday but he clearly messed up at some point. Was told fine, I can leave it and get the oil change and tire rotation done. Then as I m waiting to get that quote done, the older woman sees another car pull into the garage and yells across the garage Austin, you have another walk-in and starts dying laughing with Austin - making me out to seem like I was a liar about this freaking appointment and acting like children. I have never in my life been treated that way before. I was so taken aback by how everyone handled that situation. Even Rachelle was being defensive and short with me, attempting to argue about everything I was there for and misunderstanding what I was telling her. I left after being told it would be a few hours only to get a text 15-30 minutes later saying everything was done but then quoted me for another $630 for various issues such as filter changes absolutely not. Picked up my car only to see clearly that my tires weren t even rotated either. Terrible service, terrible people. Never again.

I love the express service. I have no issues having car service with or without schedule. I have been a customer since I bought my car in 2013 and I never had a major issue with my car that goes to show how well they take care of my car. Hopefully, it stays that way. All of the agents/technicians are always respectful and informative. They never pressure you to do anything that is not required but are always there to provide information that you need to know about your car.

Rachelle is absolutely amazing. She s very attentive and has great customer service skills. Everyone I ve ever spoken with or interacted with at the service department has always been amazing. Just wish you had chairs/seatingfor people on the medium husky side.

Great questions and light encouragement to provide better detail. Wonderful, personal conversation when I asked about Rachel s name and things on her work desk. Super quick Lyft back and forth. Detailed explanation of what was done. Smiles at each point of the visits. Super positive experience when I was dreading what could possibly be wrong.

My car was having an alignment issue so I took it in to see what was going on. The service department spent a lot of time trying to fix the issue. They went above and beyond trying to fix it, which they did. The service writer also stayed way past her time to leave and kept me updated with what was happening.Job well done.

My wife and I took a Honda Passport in for my mom to take care of a tire pressure issue. The passenger rear wheels pressure kept dipping to 25 while the others stayed at 33 and Honda assured us they'd take care of it. We went first thing in the morning and as we pulled our car into the service area Jeff helped us out right away and gave us a smooth, transparent, and easy interaction all the way from dropping it off to picking it up. Jeff even remembered our trip and gave us a warm farewell. Huge s/o to Jeff and the service crew over there for taking care of our car!

They always do a great job. Was a little bothered it took two and half hours even with a scheduled appointment. I was told the appointment is just a scheduled check in and not when they start so I ll keep that in mind next oil change
