Everyone at Hoesly was awesome. They took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my car in a way that made sense to me; it felt like they genuinely cared about helping me. I brought my car in on a Wednesday to be inspected, they ordered some needed parts for me overnight, and it was fixed the following day. They provided me rides to & from my house which was hugely appreciated. It also seems like the employees are treated well and enjoy their jobs, which is important to me too. I will definitely be coming back with any future car issues.

Cannot rave about the staff here enough. Getting your car worked on can be so stressful, but the friendly folks here at Hoesly make it easy. They do quick and quality work.. and I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my vehicle. (Plus they are amazing at communicating in regards to what my car needs, both by phone calls and texts. They make it super comprehensive and downright easy to keep up with maintenance.)

Great service and I really appreciated clear explanations of the work my 2019 Prius needed. Safety inspection as part of the routine work added another layer of satisfaction and the courtesy car pick up/drop off is a bonus. Thanks Blake and crew.

Hosley scheduled my car for same day service when I called about a tire that was going flat. They let us know we needed new tires and discussed different priced options. We had new tires and picked up the car by late afternoon. Prompt and friendly service.

I had a flat that needed a patch and was able to get an appointment here very quickly. Everyone was really nice and communicated with me throughout the process. Price was also very reasonable. Would recommend and bring my car here again.

I broke down I n front of there place and they came out and pushed me into there shop and helped me immediately and we're very friendly and fix my car and was very good price it was like the best thing that happen where I broke down and would recommend them to any one my car is doing great.

I came to Hoesly Automotive to get my motor worked on. There were a lot of troubles in the way to getting my truck back in working order, but Blake, Danny and the technicians were super patient, polite and professional throughout my entire experience with them. They got my truck back up and working again and I couldn t be more grateful! You guys are rockstars! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle. I took my 2013 Honda Civic in to repair a starter problem. Blake and Danny were super helpful and kind! I had a great experience with Hoesly. I was able to get my car in quickly, and was able to pick it up next day, all fixed and ready. They never tried to up-sell me or convince me I needed to fix 8 other things. They stuck to the plan, and were respectful of my time and business. I would definitely recommend them to friends, and will be returning for future car care.Service: Auto maintenance

Hoseley auto has satisfied my expectations the last 2 visits I ve had. Great customer service, willing to update me on the process and reasonable prices. They could do more than expected like recoding my key and fob to start my car. I brought my vintage (1997) VW Eurovan camper to Hoesly Auto for service. Here's a few of the things I liked: They gave me a written quote before doing the work. They were very professional, knowledgeable & they completed the work the same day I brought it in.I am very happy with their work & will use their services again in the future.Service: Transmission

The staff here are really friendly, and they seem to do good work. It's hard to justify the absurd pricing though. They quoted me 1300$ for water pump, which I had repaired for 350$ elsewhere. Even the diagnostic fees are inflated. Can't in good faith recommend a shop that's likely charging more than dealership rates.

I've been going to this business for years. It can get a little pricey however it is worth it because you pay for what you are getting. They know what they're doing and use good quality parts. If there is any problem that occur, they will always tired to make it right. Plus they have a free shuttle service that is very helpful.I recently was looking at a newer car to purchase but before I did, I took it to hoesly automotive to have it inspected and now I know more about the car which help with my decision making of the car. I ve come to Hoesly Automotive a hand full of times now and they have always been very friendly. The last time I brought my car in I had not great/but not bad experience so I decided to bring it in again to them because they are so close to where I live. I called on Friday and made an appointment for Monday at 1:30 pm. Dropped my car off on Monday and asked if I would get a call that night even if they weren t able to get to it, so I at least knew what was going on. They never called. Didn t hear from them the next morning, so I called them at noon because I was in class all day and didn t want to miss them. I was told they were just looking at it now. A few hours later I received diagnoses, which was very expensive. So, I decided to pay the diagnostic fee and call around town to compare prices. Every other shop I called was at least $400 cheaper than what they quoted me. I like that they provided a thorough description, including pictures, of what they found afterward. And I appreciate that they don t pressure you into unnecessary extra maintenance while you re there, but after this experience I personally wouldn t recommend them.

So happy to have finally found an auto repair shop that values it's customers, listens to your concerns, explains all your options , offers shuttle service and gets you back on the road asap. Great shop, great customer service, very nice staff thank you Hoesly's !!

My car was giving me the check engine light and not functioning properly. The guys at Hoesly got me in right away and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately it cost $300 with tax to find out there was nothing wrong with my car but it was a manufacturing error known to GM and just required a reset that I can t do myself. On the same token, there was nothing wrong with my car so that was also a good thing. Blake was helpful and thoroughly answered every question I had. I d definitely consider returning for future service needs.Service: Electrical repair

I love the friendly energy and amazing customer service of this team! Danny picked up the phone on the first ring every time and greeted me by name in person, Blake answered all of my questions, and Danny gave me a ride back to my house. I felt confident that they would identify any issues with my car. It came in for some exhaust codes, the team checked it three times be be certain and let me know it was actually my battery causing the codes. I asked for quotes on additional services and the team gave me no pushback or upselling when I decided to not do everything. They let me know what genuinely needed to be done, and what I could put off or skip entirely. I'm a regular customer at Hoesly. always fair and efficient. this time, though, above and beyond. I had to get my car back unfinished to get an unexpected medical test done. I promised to bring the car back the next day to finish. The next morning, they called they'd heard the test wasn't so good. They told me if I needed anything, a ride, whatever, they'd be be there for me. finished up the car repair that day. well done, reasonable price. great people .Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Great Service with great people. They took me in last minute and provided quality service. I also appreciate how Blake was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns on the needed repairs. The people here are very patient and genuinely good, caring individuals. Would definitely recommend!

Friendly and helpful. Their check up tool gets sent directly to your phone. They don't expect or push service to be done. Got me in and out in timely manner. Emailed list of recommendations and then checked with me before proceeding. They always seem to do a good job. Danny and Blake were great! They let me tow my car there and looked at it the next day. They worked hard to figure out what the problem was and really made me feel like I could trust them from the start! They also let me keep my car there after it was done because I was out of town. Had my serpentine belt replaced because I knew if I did myself it would have taken me ages (Honda civic has very little work room). Anyway, in and out same day so I was happy about that! Diagnosed and repaired in less than 24 hours. I would say that's excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Just what we needed after a stressful day. Thanks Blake and crew on replacing our starter.
