Tom, Matt, Kurt, Delbert and all the guys do such a great job on my car. Very reliable and trustworthy. As a woman it's so nice to be able to trust my car repairs to these guys knowing they won't overcharge or take advantage of my ignorance. They have my business and I highly recommend them to everyone who needs repairs, from small to big. Thank you guys!!! Y'all are the best!

Super fast, really friendly and helpful crew. Only giving 4 starts instead of 5 because I noticed some things were marked as completed on my invoice when I know they weren't done (vacuuming, checking lights). This also could have been because I chose to stay in my car while they serviced it, but if that's the case I wish they would have marked it as N/A instead.

I tried to replace the battery myself only to find that the rust is so bad the nut wouldn't budge, not even the WD40 or liquid wrench could help.They did a thorough check first to make sure battery is bad. Next they cleaned the acid build up and gunk after painstaking efforts of getting nuts out, replaced the battery I brought myself and put on cleaning spray, and rust protectant.I would pay for the service fully, but they voided the charge. I don't imply you will get free services, but you see that they really want to build a long term customer relationship.They don't just change oil, they have replaced my alternators, starters, and whatnot over 15+ years. The price is fair, service is great. I am always a satisfied customer.I highly recommend their service.

I found this place while up in Vancouver and based on reviews compared to other express oil services.From start to finish the technician who helped me was courteous and informative of my options. They also included a car wash voucher for down the street which my car needed. So it felt serendipitous!Also, a fun strange note - after completing paying + tip (please tip mechanics, services workers in general. They appreciate it. ) I expressed my heat wasn t working and if they could recommend a shop and the guy told me here . We had an exchange about it etc and I left. Idk what magic happened when they were doing the services but I turned my air on for my windshield and it was magically fixed! So that felt karmic.Anyways, I highly recommend them and after my roommate got her engine blown up by J**fy L*be it was a relief to drive away with everything intact and my heat working again.

Matt, Kurt, Tom, Dakota, and all others are excellent employees and provide the very best service 100% of the time! I am a return customer for all of my vehicles. They are keeping my son s 2022 Jetta in great shape at 202k miles. Also, they kept my wife s 2012 Prius V alive and has 282K miles now. I would take any vehicle to them for any type of service. Thanks, Havoline employees!

I went hear for an oil change and a few days later my car broke down and I called them. The manager came and got, but it turned out to be a a timing belt issue. The employees here are great. The service was above and beyond. I highly recommend them, and this is my new go to.

1st time customer, the techs were knowledgable, worked very well together, did a pretty thorough inspection as well and vacuumed my car out which it very much needed. I will be returning to this business in the near future.

I recently found myself stranded on a 5pm friday holiday weekend. I was directed to this shop by O'Reillys. I am new to the area and my van is getting old. So when my alternator gave up this shop and the best group of guys came to my rescue. They guided me to safely get to them. The stayed late, to make sure i got home safe. They got my van back on the road the next day. I can not say enough about these guys. I will toot thier horn and pat them on the back. Rave about them as long as i can. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I originally went to see Tom, Matt, and the crew at Havoline Xpress Lube on the recommendation of my employer. Over the last almost 4yrs I have received only the best of customer service and no matter where life takes me in the future, they will be the bar I measure any other oil change/maintenance/repair for my vehicles against. They go out of there way to help me understand what they are recommending and why it is important. They dont take advantage of my limited knowledge base in regards to vehicles and engines. They have a certified mechanic on staff, their crew is well trained and very fast, and both Tom (owner) and Matt (manager) have been kind, respectful, and patient as i attempt to understand the things they tell me. They have fair pricing and always work with me to get needed service done on time, correctly, and without predatory pricing. If you are new to the area or a long-time resident; if you know every single nook and cranny, bolt and part of your vehicle or like me you barely know the basics....these are the guys you want on your side.

Absolutely the best!! I can not recommend the Millplain location highly enough. Will (the mechanic) is through, considerate, tidy, and a total professional. My sons tire stem was ripped off by a car wash (not their fault); we drove past the front of the garage. Will noticed, flagged us down and then took complete care of us! He even called Les Schwab to get a quote. His consideration allowed my son to get some much needed rest (he works third shift) while easing this mama s mind!Overall the best- go there, they will take care of you!

I've been coming to the Havoline service location at Mill Plain for oil change for a couple of years now. This is hands down the most professional team in town. The service is quick and they make sure your needs are addressed, promptly and courteously. My kudos to the manager and the team for running the operation so smoothly. If you happen to find a less than a positive review here, keep in mind, only bad customers get bad service.I'll be back for an oil change shortly (I drive a lot).Have a blessed day everyone!

I was very impressed with the efficiency of the crew and how well they worked together. I've always changed the oil in my own cars, so when the boss suggested taking the old company suburban here it was my first time ever at a lube shop. I was expecting a oil change and car wash, they did that and vacuumed the carpet checked the other fluids and tire pressure. What took them 15-20 mins would have took me a hour or two. Everyone was super nice and for what they charge I might start bringing in my own cars. Very good Job!Service: Oil change

We started using Havoline Xpress for our business fleet on the recommendation of one of our employees. That has turned out to be a great decision. They have been extremely responsive and helpful. To date we've had 8 of our vehicles in from just needing an oil change to a brake job to an engine repair. The work has been great, the service great and their honesty was refreshing. Their pricing has been very reasonable, too. We've all been so impressed other employees have started taking their personal vehicles here. I will surely come back to havoline, I had my transmissions fluid changed, and flushed 3 times for no extra cost. New diff fluid, all for $350, extremely nice service and super helpful. Will be coming back. There are virtually no wait times, pull your car or truck in and they are getting to work immediately!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

It is so refreshing to know you are dealing with an honest mechanic! We had the brake fluid, transmission fluid & coolant all changed out. The dealer quoted almost $700 for all three. My friend had his car "fixed" and it didn't work at all when he left. They charged him over a thousand dollars and the car didn't work! Wow! I would give this place a 0 if I could. Do not spend money here.

I stopped for an oil change, the attendant said would you like the deluxe, we top off all the fluids, vaccum your car out, and you get a free car wash just 97.00 I said yes because I wanted to know that all my fluids were good to go. I paid and left a few blocks up to Chucks produce. When I came back out to put the groceries in the back seat I noticed they hadn't vacuumed, so I thought. I wonder if they topped my fluids off, I popped the hood and saw clearly that none of the fluids were topped off. I drove back and showed them, he made excuses, said we dont vacume the back, only the front. He also said we dont top off the break fluid. The receipt I had said they filled, all lies. I Would NEVER RECOMMEND this company.WHAT IF MY BREAKS QUIT WORKING, because I assumed it was full? And they never refunded a penny.Serious potential unsafeService: Oil change

This place is trash. As stated in other reviews, they use air tools on everything. As I m writing this, I m sitting at the Toyota dealership paying to have a broken filter housing socket removed from the oil filter housing. It wouldn t come off with 480+ reverse foot pounds of torque. Why in the world would you use an impact wrench to put on a self-sealing plastic oil filter housing?I had the previous owner of my current car change the oil prior to taking delivery. I paid for it. Unfortunately, he took it to these hack jobs. When I called the manager to address my concern his reply was, my liability has to end somewhere. Aka - we aren t liable for jacking up your car. Spend the slightly, but barely extra money to get your oil changed by a competent mechanic. My only regret in writing this review is that I couldn t give zero stars.Edit: The owners response claiming they don t use power tools is clearly not true. The filter housing doesn t self-tighten or get stuck to that magnitude on its own. If you look at other reviews people complain about the same thing. This is clearly a wam bam outfit.Service: Oil change

I will support a local family shop over a chain any time.I have anxiety over the silliest things, one of them is to get my oil change. Not that I've never done it before but the possibility of dealing with rude and aggressive service always got me anxious.Having time to myself, I called havoline and asked abt their wait time to which they said there was none for an oil change. When pulling my car in, they were upfront about the costs. I waited in the lobby/office area and everyone was friendly and personable. They came to me twice and showed me my air filter and another filter and asked me if I like to change it. Very straight forward and they weren't assertive at all to get me to change it. I opted to do it because my filters looked really bad haha.Owner of the establishment was very friendly when I was paying out. With the oil change, I got two choices of a free car wash with one of them being kaady so it was nice to have options I didn't expect I would have. I thought that was a nice plus along with free vacuum. My oil change was synthetic oil so it is pricier but it's synthetic so I wasn't surprised by the costs. It's also a plus that they're only 10 minutes from me. I have already recommended them to my bf.Thanks havoline! Will be back for sure.

This review is over a year old - they change managers at these places all the time, but the service is always the same.If you like having crackheads change your oil for a hundred dollars, not replace the filter and use an impact driver on you oil pan bolt, this is your place. This is the one that inspired me to change my own oil again.EDIT: Added a star because Tom replied to my original post. I weigh over 200lbs, and it took all my body weight and physical strength combined to loosen my oil plug.Service: Oil change

Short staffed, some of the staff aren't even mechanics, the one manager is running around like a chicken with his head cut off. The wait is well over 45 minutes just to be seen. Plan for an hour and a half. On a positive note the manager is polite and apologetic for the wait time. I don't recommend this place, the maintenance light on my dash is still on as they didn't reset it. I just hope they put the right kind of oil in my truck and didn't screw up my oil change.

This place has earned my business! They are fast, friendly, efficient. I am very impressed by their level of service. I was referred to them by a friend and they did not disappoint. I also had a hair appointment across the street, Told them I was dropping my car and I would be back in a couple hours when my hair was done. Well.. I accidentally took my keys with me and my car was there. They called me because they needed my keys.. my hair was already in foils and one of the employees walked to the salon and got my keys. It was so helpful! Since then I have only gone there for my car maintenance.

Honestly great place to get a oil change I came here a few years back with my first car which if I remember it was a 2005 or 2006 Camry back in 2020 and I came back to get a oil change and literally didn t even have to say what I needed they were friendly and offer a bundle deal and option. This is my place to get a oil change for now on great
