2023.03: well the gods intervened or Harry s listened to its commercial customers as they are reopening a satellite shop in Uptown (the old J2 blueprint shop).2024.01 Sad to see them depart Uptown. Old location has been very convenient for our businesses these last 15+ years. Will need to find a new vendor.

We lost a key with remote due to theft and ordered a new one off the internet and took the new key remote to Harry's to be programmed. Very impressed with the prompt and professional service as well as the great price. Will recommend highly here and to my friends and friends in person. Thank you for such great customer service!!!

Locked myself out of my running vehicle during a rain/hail storm last week, in a grocery parking lot. Harry s showed up in less than 15 minutes and took about 2 min. to open my vehicle door. Super nice people, quick and painless. Thank you guys!

Very happy with Mr. John Day of Harry s Locksmith s service. Prompt, polite, and knowledgeable about old locks. Provided several options for the malfunctioning lock and understood that I would prefer to keep the aesthetics over what was easier and possibly cheaper. Replaced something internal and the lock works great and looks the same! Also the prices are always quite reasonable. Very happy long time customer

I'm not sure the name of the locksmith who came to Wavemax Laundry today to change the front door lock. He was amazing he changed the lock and made 10 copies of the new key. But what stood out was the effort and determination at making the door easier to operate . Let's just say it has caused so much stress for me and some of our new employees. It wasn't a quick fix he kept at it until he fixed it. He could have easily ignored me or quit after he did what he thought would fix it. There were customers coming in and out of door he nicely opened it for them. Best of all was watching the new employee work the door with ease. No new employee will never have to experience the fear I have had working that lock since day one. Thank you so much for your great work!

Amazing retail shop! Also a heads up, the Main Street location is closed. Harry s Locksmith has moved their operations over to 508 SE 117th Ave Vancouver, WA 98683. They just opened their new location on the 18th of December, 2023. Let everyone know about it! Thank you!

Excellent customer service!They're fast, friendly and experienced professionals.This is your one-stop shop for all things lock and key related. They even have a great inventory of personal safes.And you can usually grab a fresh baked cookie during your visit!

The good - had our ignition cylinder rekeyed and it works. Service Tech (David) was nice and knowledgeable.The frustrating - after speaking to a rude person on the phone, paid for the service tech to come out just to be told it would be cheaper to just pop the new ignition back out and take it in to the shop to have it rekeyed. Dropped off the ignition and all keys at the shop - was again treated rudely when I asked approximately how long it would take. Got home and the keys that came with the new ignition weren t in the box. Called and requested them to be mailed and was told they won t mail them to me nor drop them off unless I wanted to pay another service charge. So now I will have to pay for more gas and parking just to get my keys back that they shouldn t have kept in the first place.

It is sad that the dealership doesn't seem to know about their own cars. I couldn't get a straight answer and was told that my car didn't come with keyless entry option. I only got one aftermarket key when I bought my car and it was not a remote key. After doing my own research and watching many videos and looking over many online search results I decided to come to Harry's Locksmith. They had my new remote key set up in like 30 minutes. It is so nice to have keyless remote. Just come here don't waste your time. One more reason to never go to a car dealership ever.

Last year when we moved into our house, Cole switched out some of our locks and repaired some existing ones. He was professional and knowledgeable. Everything looked good!We have since gotten a puppy who has learned how to open doors so we called Harry s again and they installed a new deadbolt on our door leading to the garage. Bill was very friendly and did a great job. Our puppy loves him!Thank you, Harry s! Highly recommend.

We have an old home in Salem that needed the bathroom locks fixed. They did a great job, but believe them when they tell you that old locks are difficult to repair. Would absolutely use them again.

Went here to get a car door key made for my 1997 Miata, as the ignition lock did not match the doors and meant I could not lock my car or unlock it from the outside. Service was about 126$ and they made the key fit beautifully. Only complaint was the price, however that is to be expected with most, if not all locksmiths who know what they're doing.

Harry s has always been a wonderful company to deal with. This instance is no exception. They arrived on time worked efficiently and the cost was much less than the last company that that did the same work. Which was rekeying 4 locks.

I had new door locks made and had everything read to go and accidentally locked myself out of my condo then contacted Harry s Locksmith Services. Excellent care, especially from one employee, who volunteered to come to my location, on his lunch break to let me back inside my home. Wow! Talked to Dan over the phone about a dead bolt that I wanted. He sent Jeff over and Jeff took the time to walk through the problems, put on a dead bolt for me and even cleaned up around another lock for me. This is superb professionalism at its finest. Harry s is THE ONLY locksmith to use in the Clark county/ Portland area. 10/10 stars!

Easy peasey lemon squeezy! I had a simple barrel key, popped in, they made copies in two shakes of the proverbial rat s ass.The place itself is fascinating. Rows and rows of mysterious bins with wondrous bits, pieces, tools and small magical talismans. I asked the old dude (although probably about my age) if he was Harry and he said he used to be, but that guy over there is the new Harry. I envision a long stream of Harrys over the centuries, like a line of guardians in a secret crypt in a movie about magic artifacts.Anyway, the old Harry, now Dennis tells me his hobby is fixing folding pocket knives and I almost fall to the floor. My customers often ask if I can repair pocket knives (I m a sharpener) and I have to tell them no. It s a rare and special talent.And now I have not only a convenient Locksmith shop manned by a reincarnation of the older Harry, but I ve got a guy I can refer my clients to! I hate to bring the word fate into, but dang, it was fate.

They did a fabulous job with the antique locks I took them. I had a lock on an old steamer truck and an antique box that could not be opened. They asked to keep the items for a few days and got them open and then cut me new keys for them! Only place in town that would work on the antique locks!

Had some keys made at Harry's today. I loved the atmosphere in the store and the people working there. I have always loved small family run businesses. The customer service was fast and amazing.

First time customer. And i know ill be back! Christian gave excellent customer service and went above and beyond to fix my car door lock, even finding a solution that saved me alot of money. For that, I am deeply greatful. I would highly recommend Harry's to anyone.
