They just moved into a new space in the same lot. Their waiting space is comfortable and relaxing. Their service is straight forward. Any suggested service(s) was explained to me by the service technician. Appreciate the honesty, transparency, and care this team puts towards their business and providing for their clients. Thanks guys.

Grateful to have been referred here.I knew my rotors were bad, I could see it, feel it, hear it and assumed brake pads were bad too.I had a weird intermittent battery issue but wasn t sure if my battery was bad.I was also shamefully over due for an oil change.I called 7 shops before a friend referred me here. The quotes I got were all over, a few shops wouldn t quote without looking at my car first. Some shops insisted I d have to replace front and rear at the same time.Hamm auto didn t hesitate to give me a quote. They used my vin/plate number to confirm parts for a more accurate quote and . It was the best quote I d heard.I dropped my car off around 8am. A call shortly after confirming my suspicions on what was wrong. I received my final quote and agreed to service.When I came to pick up my car, they let me know what care my car was in need of next.I plan to come back next month to get two more items taken care of to keep my car in the best condition.Everyone in the shop I came in contact with was professional, kind, informative and despite it being an auto shop where I imagine people get a bit greasy, everyone was clean and dressed professionally.I felt good leaving my car there and they have earned my trust to bring my car back for routine maintenance, and any other maintenance through the life of my car.The biggest win today was driving away in peace with a car that was no longer screaming fix me.Car troubles are stressful, naturally expense, and necessary. Thank you for making it easier on me.

I made an appt after seeing their great reviews. I only had a diagnosis done, but my appt was less than a few days from when I called, when so many places were booked out a month, and the actual appt only took a couple hours. Once it was finished, I was provided with a very clear, easy to understand quote, and they were more than willing to answer all my questions. I will be returning here in the future for any mechanics needs I have in the future

I return to Hamm's Autoworks again and again because they are so honest. As a woman who knows very little about cars, honesty is the most important quality to me, along with the ability to fix my car. More than once, including this visit, my bill was less than the estimate. They are polite and take the time to explain all the things I don't understand. I highly recommend them.

Best service available. They even sent me an inspection with pictures followed up with a detailed quote with the problems I had with my vehicle. Joe is informative and educating he answered all my questions with detail and explanation. I couldn t refer people to a better shop to get your vehicle repaired in the area.

I highly recommend this local shop. Great service. Fast turn around on repairs from simple to complex. Always great chatting with Joe and Brandon. Back in Jan. Of this year (2023) my car was stolen. I took it to them for repairs. After insurance paperwork was done, I had the car back in about 2 days. My fam. takes all our vehicles here. Very knowledgeable and straightforward and professional. Thank you Hamm Auto works team....

Had to take my vehicle back three times before they actually fix the oil leak. And every time I've had to take it back I also immediately afterwards had to take it back to the shop that put on my exhaust to have the exhaust straightened out and put back correctly because ham automotive doesn't believe in putting the parts back where they found them. I got under the hood today after several months and realized they didn't even put the air intake on correctly. It was sucking in air without the filter. I have lost so much confidence in this place I'm willing to pay somebody else to fix anything in the future that might fall under the warranty of ham autoworks.

The shop manager is excellent and helped me through some concerns I had and was very nice and considerate of my specific situation. It s nice to feel heard and given honest advice, hard to find these days. I ll be back!

I recently took my car to Hamms for brakes and oil change. They gave me a long list of items they said I needed, incl. front control arm bushings, battery, spark plugs, belt. Luckily I declined and had these items checked at 2 reputable Subaru dealers, I was told my car is in great condition and I do not need any of these items. The bushings were changed last year and are brand new! I called to discuss this, manager told me "everyone's testing equipment is different They did a fine job on changing oil and brakes.

Only mechanic I will go to. They have excellent service and a clean lobby with a welcoming environment, they re always honest and work in a timely manner. I have taken multiple cars here and will continue to do so.

For over 50 years, I've needed the services of numerous automotive repair companies; and without a doubt, Hamm Autoworks is my very best choice for honest quality service. I never once felt that I'd been taken advantage of with their cost for services rendered. From the owner whose name is Brandon, and Joe who handles all the appointment scheduling, as well as all the staff mechanics; they are all a young and friendly group of honest, hardworking people with very loyal customers.I highly recommend this company to anyone that truly wants quality service at a fair and honest price. I selected Hamm Auto based on their online reviews. They did NOT disappoint I had some fuel delivery problems with my EFI on my '63 Falcon. Not only did they solve the issue but other issues with the EFI as well. And my car runs great! They're responsive, do excellent work and are very reasonable. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs help with their car. They really care about their customers!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

The best in town! They always communicate and explain the process in a way that I can understand before they start working on the car and I never feel pressured to buy parts or feel taken advantage of when I work with this shop. All the technicians are knowledgeable and respectful and the owner is very generous and honest. Customer service was excellent. Brandon did a great job of explaining the work which would be performed. I brought in my 1965 mustang to have ring gear replaced. Brandon Seemed very interested in assuring that work would be performed with a high standard. Since the repair has been done the car is running great. They identify a few issues that needed to be taken care of as well. All repairs were performed in timely manner and within estimate . Overall quality business. I highly recommend.Service: Transmission

This is the best shop in Vancouver!! Super knowledge staff, amazing work, and great prices. Brandon worked with my extended warranty company on the water pump replacement for my wife's Audi Q7 and the process was seamless. I can't recommend these guys enough!

I bought a new to me truck a this weekend and today was the first time it's rained since purchase, my rear air vents were pouring water, on the seats, carpet, and entertainment system. I stopped at three or four places all around Hamm's and offered a hundred bucks for twenty minutes of their time and some silicone but no one would even take a look. When I met Brandon at Hamm's he grabbed some tools and climbed up on top of this lifted truck and found what bolts were missing from my roof rack and replaced them. He wouldn't accept my money and told me to enjoy my new truck. Great people and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto work.Thanks BrandonService: Body & Trim

They snuck me in even though they were busy, were able to diagnose a mouse in my air filter box. They ended up getting the wrong part from the parts store so weren't able to change the filter, but they were awesome and I just grabbed an air filter omw home. Thanks, Hammsters!

Brandon and the entire team at Hamm Autoworks was amazing! After my car started to break down right in front of their door the got me in and fixed my issue the next day! They were informative and helpful while making sure I understood everything from what went wrong to what they did to fix it. What an amazing team and company! They were even able to tell me another issue I had with my car. This issue I had for a while and two other mechanics said it was nothing, one being the dealership. I finally have answers. Thanks you Brandon and your team! You have my business from now on!

I have always had a positive experience here. Brandon Hamm provides honest work at reasonable prices. When my alignment was out just a skootch, he did everything he could to avoid ordering new parts. He really takes care to get your car in proper shape while not selling you things you don't need. The service is always friendly and professional with explanations about what was wrong, what the fix was, etc. I recommend this mechanic to friends and family.

This is by far the best mechanic shop i have taken my vehicle to. Fixed right away, no crazy charges hidden from you, friendly and polite. Brandon goes the place many mechanics do not, and that's above and beyond! It's so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic but Hamm does it right. They definitely deserve their 5 star rating!

Had what I thought were some engine noises with my truck. Paid over $3k for a tune up along with $600 in "new" front breaks. Got my truck back and the metallic sound I thought was coming from the engine was even worse and they quoted me nearly $4,000 in additional work to fix the problem. So why was all of the other work recommended if it would not fix my main issue?They would not return my phone calls in a timely manner, they would not reply to my emails; it was like pulling teeth for about a week just to get any communication from them. Decided to hold off on the huge expensive repair, and through a few months of my own investigative work, I found out the problem has to do with the IWE in my front left wheel and has nothing to do with my engine.$50 later, my actual problem was fixed.Not to mention it looks like they only replaced the brake pads on my front brakes and did not replace the rotors or anything and was charged $600.I even remember getting in an argument with the service guy because they were checking stuff that had nothing to do with the problem I brought it in for.If it's an obvious fix they, probably are a good service company. But if it's anything technical that requires investigation Hamm does not do a thorough job and they will probably MISS the issue you brought your car in for, just so they can charge you more later on to fix the actual problem through you paying for their "process of elimination". Would NOT recommend.*I have saved emails despite their claims of no communication. I can't explain how nice it is to have a reliable mechanic I can truly trust. Don't go to the other guys, Brandon and his crew and Hamm Autoworks is hands down the best experience I've had, and I refuse to go anywhere else. Trustworthy, extraordinarily clean, reliable, and incredibly attentive to detail. I recommend all my friends and family to go to Hamm. Brandon always has the right answers, and he always looks to get the job done the right way the first time.

When it comes to Hamm Autoworks I don't think I could emphasize enough how good they've been to me. Not only are they great at what they do but they're quick and they do everything they can to give you all the information you need and all the choices you have. They have reasonable prices and don't try to sell you things you don't need. Very honest people. Not only great mechanics but really great people. I will never go anywhere else with my cars. I very highly recommend Hamm Autoworks.

Through a very reliable reference, I used Hamm Autoworks to replace valve cover gaskets, my entire front brake system, with a full tune up on my 1998 Toyota T100. The work was completed the day after I dropped it off. And that was during a very busy schedule in his shop. What I really admired was that he did what he said he could do to get my truck back to me the next day. And the work he did was solid my truck runs perfect now. That is very important as I use my truck in the rugged deep mountains weekly and I need my truck running perfect! I highly recommend Hamm Autoworks to anyone looking for a honest trustworthy GREAT mechanic, with very reasonable prices.
