Service was great! Dropped my car off at 930am for a transmission flush and replace the alternator and they were calling me at 2pm for pick up. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and pricing was reasonable.

If you need your vehicle looked at, repaired or just a simple oil change, Gaynor s on Mill Plain is the place to go. I took my pickup in for brakes, tire rotation and a oil change and it came back to me totally fixed and with a list of a couple of other items that need to be eventually looked into. Kyle, my service writer was amazing. He stayed after closing to make sure that I could get my pickup back. He also gave me a final cost that was about $400 less than the original estimate. Gaynor s is our place for both our vehicles. Thank you for your honesty and service.

Gaynors had been personally recommended to me by a very dear friend and as I was looking for a mechanic who would treat me and my car with respect and do a very good job,I decided to try them.My first impression of them was friendly, professional and ready to get to work.I'm very glad I followed my friend's recommendation and I believe I have now found my new mechanic!Thank you, Gaynor's!

I have had mostly a good experience with Gaynor's and always have GREAT experience with Kyle getting all my questions and concerned answered and followed up. I recently had a switch in my door go out causing issues with locking and unlocking, Gaynor's was quick to get the issue resolved and looked into my Maxcare coverage where I didn't have to pay almost $1200!!!I will stick with Gaynor's through and through until the staff there ever leaves. They are good people.

Ive taken all my vehicles to Gaynors over the years and am always satisfied with the work they do. They don t oversell or pressure me, and when they recommend something, they explain why it s needed in terms I understand. I trust them, which makes the cost worth it.

Always a great experience at Gaynor's Automotive, even when the news isn't so good. Our car unexpectedly died last week after the transmission failed. The team at Gaynor's quickly assessed the problem and explained some of the options (all of which involved scrapping the car for parts). Kyle was respectful and friendly, even when I was not at my cheeriest. Great customer service experience, in spite of a massive bummer.

I took my car to Gaynor s, along with a new battery I had just purchased elsewhere, because I needed help replacing it. They were able to get me right in, handled the job and the fee was minimal. Friendly staff and my kiddo loved the popcorn in the lobby!

Ryan provided fantastic customer service through my experience. I had Gaynors do an alignment check on my Blazer and they were very informative and helpful. It s very clear Gaynors cares about taking care of their customers more than making a quick buck like other shops.

I chose Gaynor's because of the high reviews, and they had done work for my daughter several times she was very happy with.I needed my battery replaced and contacted them via their website for a quote. They returned the quote promptly and it seemed reasonable. So I made an appointment to get it replaced Thursday after work.They are prompt, courteous, get the job done quickly (even though they had to order the battery). I was on the road again in time for work. 5 .

I love coming to this place. Had to get my alternator replaced. Price, in my honest opinion is pretty reasonable. They even got me a free ride home during the course of changing for my car. Very professional.

Gaynors shop cascade location has been my preferred location for a few years now. I do my oil change and they provide me with a full report of my car of any issues they would find. I trust them they ll do their job properly. I recommend them for any car service. They are Pros on what they do.

Had an oil leak. Turned out it was my oil cooler, which they had to remove a good portion of the engine to get to.They were able to get me in and out pretty quickly, which was great because I use my car for my buisness.They had quoted me one price, when I went to pay I was told they had a coupon that took several hundred dollars off the bill. This was very much appreciated as I haven't been able to work all week because of the weather.Thank you Kyle and crew for being awsome!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change plus a few other concerns. They checked it out thoroughly, and found the cause of my concerns. They put in extra work time to check it out, and though I elected not to do further repairs, they charged me only for the oil change. Exceptional service, honest communication and very fair prices. I definitely recommend them!

Great folks at this location! They fit me in last minute to schedule an oil change and finished the job in a timely manner. The free condition report was also more thorough than ones I have received in the past from other shops. Would definitely recommend for quality service and comprehensive care.

Very professional! They were able to get my vehicle in for an appointment quickly and they actually did my oil change at my appointed time. Very respectful of my time while I waited. Great communication! They were able to fit us in during the busy holiday week and get our college kid s car back into action in time for the trip back to school. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

And for oil change Was a 50% coupon. Everything went well it took a little less than 40 minutes.. The waiting room was adequate and there was complimentary soda pop. They inspected 66 items on my car and was OK. I will use them again for my 2018 Lincoln Continental. Thank you.

Every time I call or come in I m always greeted with positivity and professionalism. These guys are amazing. We just moved to this area recently and thank goodness we found Gaynors because they are on it! From the boys up in the front and the guys in the back working on our cars, thank you! I recently had a good experience here. I called several shops hoping to get some work done on an old (1994) vehicle, with parts supplied by me. Gaynor's was the only shop who was willing to do it, and they did a fine job for a fair price. Communication was great and they finished the job in a single day.

On 10/3/23, I had Gaynors do a Synthetic Oil Change, and Gaynors material stated that the service included a Multi-Point Vehicle Safety Inspection and Tire Rotation. I received the Safety Inspection Report via email, which was ok; however, the tires were not rotated, which disappointed me. I believe that tires should be rotated on a regular basis, even if the tread appears good, to keep them in a safe condition.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Tim, Jeremiah, Ryan and Kyle went above and beyond to help me when I needed my car fixed due to theft and the headache that comes with all of that! Kind and genuinely wanting to help anyway they could. I will be coming here again.

I went to Gaynors on Jan 16, 2023 for a simple oil change. I was told there's a small amount of old oil in the gasket pan, so small leak. I also needed to replace my axels. In the report it stated recommendations, not urgent matters. I asked Kyle (from mill plain store, wa) if it would be okay to wait a few weeks until I got my tax return, and he said no problem. Within a day of driving it, the car was definitely struggling; to the point that I felt concerned to drive it. I parked it for a couple days and I noticed new oil all over the white driveway. I hadn't taken it in for an oil leak, but after leaving I had a huge one. My boss checked the oil, and there was very little. I drove straight to Gaynors to make sure it was safe to drive home for the weekend and was told it was. As I drove my 3 miles home the car was smoking. I IMMEDIATELY got it towed to Brake Zone in hazel dell. 2 bolts were missing from the oil gasket pan, and it was a mess. With the towing and all the repairs I paid $1500. I asked Gaynors to pay for a portion because of their negligence and they declined. I was 100% inconvenienced, and If I had listened to their mechanic and drove around my motor would have blown because it had no oil in it. I've also lost out on my cleaning jobs and inconvenienced others picking me up for work. So many people I know use to trust Gaynors, and I've been hearing horror stories since they've been bought out by Sun Auto. Due to Gaynors' negligence, I want to issue a buyer's beware to customers.
