So glad to have Gaynors Salmon Creek as our local shop. I ve always felt they re fair and honest and transparent with what is necessary and what would be a good idea for my vehicle. Plus the people working there are so friendly and pleasant. We usually wait for our vehicle and the vibe inside is nice (bonus, it s near a Starbucks and a library so if you want to stretch your legs and go do something you have options).

I received phenomenal service from the crew at Gaynors for a multitude of services on my car. They helped with a water pump repair that went through a warranty, rear shock replacement, and a few other bits I asked for as regular maintenance at 100k miles. Jurgen was beyond helpful and informative throughout the entire process. I m incredibly pleased with the kind service and excellent job they did for me. I will be recommending them, and I ll be back in the future when the time comes. (Hopefully not too soon though!) Thanks so much!

Needed 4 new tires and an alignment. Process of getting a quote was easy and transparent. Minor hiccup confirming the appointment, had to call to straighten it out, but the staff were friendly, good communicators, and reminded me to bring in the prior quote so they could honor the price estimated at that time. Place was easy to find, drop off, and they got the job done without any hassle or upselling. Will be going back for sure.

Gaynors in Salmon Creek) is a real mixed bag for me. They have been great about helping me quickly a couple times when the car had a bad problem and the folks there tend to be cordial and knowledgeable. They would have only 2 stars but for the office staff.On the first quick help it turns out they were completely wrong: they said I had a bad battery when in fact the post clamp was too big for the post, thus causing my quite new battery to drain quickly and not charge well. (I had told them the battery was quite new)The second quick but somewhat troublesome experience was when they gave me a quote for brake work that ended up being 30% higher than another reputable, multiple locations business. I was told it was because they use better quality parts. When I inquired what engine oil and filters they use I found out they use Valvoline which among several reviews does not show up among the best 10, 12, or even 15 (for oil and/or filters). This left me suspicious of the quality of other parts they use.

This is my second experience with Gaynor's in Salmon Creek.Hassle free...all who answered the phone were attentive and helpful. The. work was performed without any issues. Their Gaynor's shuttle was very convenient

I took my 2003 Silverado to Gaynors Automotive in Salmon Creek. I had been going to a different shop but their pricing has gone through the roof. Gaynors saved me just under $100 and they scheduled me an appointment within the same week. I needed to have my brake fluid exchanged which I thought should be a routine maintenance for any shop. In all honesty, I ve been driving over 55 years and have never had brake fluid replaced. In any case, Gaynors was fast and their multi-point vehicular inspection was thorough. I ll be back.

My husband and I brought our car in for an oil leak, and were told it would probably take about a week to get it looked it and fixed. It took less than two days, and was thankfully an easy fix. Communication was awesome, something we've had a problem with in the past, with other service providers: it's often us calling the provider to find out what is going on and it's so frustrating! Jorgen (spelling??) was great about this though, called us and gave us a great explanation of what was happening with our car and was very professional every time I talked to him. This is another thing I appreciate, as a woman: not being talked down to, which I've also encountered in the past. Excellent service and very affordable, will definitely come back! Also greatly appreciate the military discount!

While Gaynors was friendly, quick to assess the issue with my car and offered to fix it quickly, they were drastically over priced. When they called and told us how much it would be we thought it sounded high so we shopped around. The actual dealer for our car, which are typically higher priced was actually $500 cheaper than Gaynors and eventually we found another locally owned shop that was able to do the same job for $1,000 less than what Gaynor s said. We used to come here for all kinds of auto fixes. Maybe not so much anymore.

Great group, service is always top notch! They keep you up to date on your vehicle status, don't sugar coat the bad news and always make sure you know what needs to be done and how they'll stand behind their work. Highly suggest them

Had them work on a company truck and after first time still had issue and when I brought it back they waived all labor! Took my truck in and got oil change done and while it was there they inspected the vehicle and prevented me from replacing brakes when I didn t need to. Over all professional and great customer service! Well recommended and will be only place I take my vehicles from now on!

Took my F250 diesel in for an oil change with an 11am appt. made a week prior. Took them 45 minutes just to get the truck into the shop, and then once the oil was drained, they didn't have a filter for it. Had to wait another 45 minutes for the filter to arrive, and was 2 hours before I got out of there, with 3 service writers sitting behind the counter. I could understand if the place was busy, but only saw 2 other customers picking up during that time. Will not be returning.

Stopped by without an appointment because I had a nail in my tire, they fit me in right away and had me in and out in no time! Nice, clean waiting area with complimentary, tasty drinks. Super friendly and competent staff! Would definitely recommend:)

We give Gaynors an A for effort I. Fixing a problem with had with the tapir they had done on our car.Our Subaru had a check engine light came on. We Dropped off the car and they were very busy so we offered to leave it there overnight so they didn t have to rush. We Picked up the car the next day and things seemed fine until we got close to home. The Check engine light came on again that evening and after they already closed. We had a buyer for our car the following day so this was totally nerve wracking.We left them a message and told them we would be there as soon as they opened and that they had to fix the car before our buyer came. They came through for us. We appreciated that. They owned up to their mistake. They didn t tighten the part that was replaced. I appreciate their honesty and integrity.

These jokers quoted me $1,400 to replace a u-joint. No cap. Straight faced and all.That s about $1100 more than it costs to replace u-joint anywhere else.Now, if that doesn t sound like a bad price to you, go there. You are just their kind of customer. For everyone else, get a second opinion. Save yourself 80%.You re welcome.

Gaynors exceeded my expectations. My Ram 2500 would not start, the dealer had it for two weeks and was unable to diagnose the problem. I had it towed to Gaynors and that had it diagnosed within 24 hours, ordered a part and had my truck back to me the next day. 5 Stars

My first service at this location, but won t be my last. On a very busy day, they worked me in even sooner than I expected, finished the service, and thanked me for the business. I know it was an imposition, but they never batted an eye. Great service, helpful and friendly crew. I recommend them without reservation, and will use them again.

I ve been a customer off and on for over 30 years. Good honest business. Latest example: took truck to dealer for manifold repair and was told both were cracked. Then for comparison asked Gaynors to take a look. Result was only one manifold was cracked. Yeah Gaynor s!

Great experience from the start, a week ago, when Devin (Mgr) reviewed my requested services (oil change and wheel alignment) and provided an estimate that was very reasonable. And, Ryan, earlier this morning handled my check in and provided an estimated time of completion, that was spot on 2 hours later. He thoroughly reviewed what was completed and I was on my way.Looking forward to future maintenance check services. Gaynors provided great service for an HVAC blower motor and cabin filter on our 2003 Honda Pilot. We ve used them for years and we ve never been disappointed! Thank you Gaynors!

They take care of all our cars. I love that they do a complete inspection when we bring any of them. They were quick on getting the clutch done on our truck. Very great to work with.

This is the first time I've used Gaynors. My car broke down on the freeway, and I needed a place to have it towed. My daughter goes to the one at Salmon Creek, so that was the only place that popped into my head. I am really glad I did. Although the news was bad (old car, >250k miles, $ > than worth), they were so good about communicating, letting me know all my options, even gave me some names for "disposal". The repair prices felt fair, considering the cost of everything these days, and I never felt any pressure or "upsaleing" from them. Once I get another car this is definately where I'm taking it.

Gaynors is friendly, competent and nice to do business with. Our starter died. We are a one car family and during their busy week they worked us in and fixed our car in under 24 hours. They were also happy to help adjust our radio after we had started on the way home. Very nice staff.5 stars from us. :)
