Garza Towing picked up my car to take it to a mechanic and they came in a timely fashion but when my car arrived at the mechanic it was missing something. The mechanic sent pictures of what it looked like when it arrived, so I contacted Garza Towing. He asked me to hold on so he could look at the pictures he had taken and when he came back on the phone he said in the picture of it leaving he saw the item and in the picture of it arriving at its destination it was definitely missing the piece. There was no apology or hey let us help you replace that or anything else except oh well. I would really appreciate a towing company that actually delivers my car and all of its parts that are attached to it, to its destination.

I don't recommend at all. For the 1st tow, they came 2 hours later than the estimated arrival time without any updates. The 2nd tow was scheduled between 4:10pm-4:40pm and at 5pm they canceled the tow service. Very unprofessional.Response to owner: Blaming the insurance is unfortunately incorrect. The insurance scheduled for you guys to come because Garza's Towing provided the quickest ETA. Everything was set and ready to go. Our tow service was canceled without any reasoning, and for that reason I left a review.

Garza s Towing has been the best experience I ve ever had with any type of towing. They were: communicative, arrived within 20min s, professional, and treated my car with care. They also got me home. I ve never had blown tires before and with my luck, 2! They calmed my worries with having vehicle issues on a busy highway, a lot more manageable. I m grateful to have gotten this company through my insurance and wouldn t recommend anyone else. If ever needed, I will use them again.

These guys are quick and efficient. They've helped me out 3 times now and have never been more than an hour. They have state of the art trucks too. When anyone ask for a tow truck I will always recommend Garza's towing! Special shout out to Leonardo for coming to the rescue again!

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM !!!!!! Driver is TERRIBLE !!!!! Will leave you STRANDED !!!!!! CALL ANY ONE ELSE !!!!! Me and my wife were stuck after my BMW wouldn t start back up, Paid 200 bucks to get stranded. This review will save your life if you are in a worse situation than I was! (Edited) We obviously did not use insurance so the comment below from the owners is completely incompetent and irrelevant. DO NOT TRUST THEM, they also broke my towing cap for my car AND STILL did not tow. WORST EXPERIENCE.

I was in an accident yesterday where I needed my totaled car towed. They were prompt and professional. Today I went to remove items left in my care and Ernie met me and treated me in a very kind and supportive way.I would highly recommend Garza Towing.

Garza s towing was dispatched by AMAC Roadside Service with ETA 55 mins. I waited an hour on a busy highway without hearing back. When I called the man said they were diverted to another call. He was very nonchalant and couldn t said it would be at least another hour. He was very unprofessional.

tow driver was in a huge rush and was extremely careless with the car getting it hooked up, heard it was dropped off in similar fashion. almost certainly put additional damage on my car due to reckless handling. My experience with Garza's was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a towing company!!One of the owners (I think it's owned by two brothers) contacted me pretty quickly after I requested a tow service and after we spoke for a bit about the issues with my car, he informed me that it would be awhile before they could get a tow truck out to my car, but that he could come pick me up in his own/personal car and drive me over so that we could try jumping my car before requesting + waiting for a tow truck. And he was right! All I needed was a jump and what would have been a several hour affair turned into 30 minutes.No towing company has ever offered to do so much in order to help me out before and I cannot express how much I appreciated it + him. This crew did an amazing job when I called my insurance company to have my car stranded off the highway. They even towed to my personal mechanic in Tigard and didn t turn the job down. I felt comfortable leaving my car and the driver way great at communicating what was going on and specifics after dropping off my car.I am back on the road less than 24 hours later.Thank you so much and Safeco for using your serviceService: Car towing

Garza's came to my rescue when my car broke down. They arrived quickly after I had spent hours waiting for other services, and the price was better than what another company quoted me. By the time I had my car towed to my mechanic and caught a ride home, AAA still hasn't found anyone to take the job. Another local company I called used a third party, out of state dispatch that couldn't figure out my location, told me it would be 1-3 hours, and when I called back to cancel, told me I was only given a quote, so there was nothing to cancel (ie they were not sending anyone at all)! I will definitely be calling Garza's first if I need towing in the future!Service: Car towing

I went to go pick up my daughter from school and unfortunately my car died right there in the parking lot, I called Garza s towing and they were literally there within 30 minutes.If that wasn t great enough, I talked to Ernesto who informed me that they also fixed cars, I chose to have them fix the car and it was done within two hours and It was up and running again.I can not say enough the level of service and expertise that Garza s provides along with being very accommodating.I will not be going anywhere else in the future, they are great on every level.Service: Car towing

Being a female stranded along I-5 is stressful, but being stranded on the busiest bottleneck of the wilsonville I-5 corridor, is the ultimate stress of any human being. Kevin with Garza towing answered the call. Responding in under an hour of that stressful bottleneck location on I-5, I consider myself very lucky to not only be home safe tonight, but with my car in one piece. Kevin, you truly are an asset to the Garza towing company. Not only was an extreme high traffic stressful environment but in freezing temperatures you greeted me with a warm smile and a firm handshake. You saw that I was shivering and immediately told me to go wait in your warm truck while you took care of your duties. Again, you're an asset to your company and you are a genuinely respectful professional young man. BRAVO, your knowledge and your expertise, completely top-notch. The driver flipped a u turn right in the middle of hwy14, almost causing a car accident, when he could ve easily went around the round about safely. Then, he passed us doing at least 80mph. Not a driver that I would trust with my car on the flatbed. Kind of makes the whole company look bad by that driver acting that way.

My elderly parents were left at the location without verification of a ride or a safe place to stay. I spoke with the owner who told me that their insurance policy does not cover an extra person or people in the vehicle. Not sure that I understand that since the driver had his gf in the vehicle with him. I would recommend different insurance. I will not use or recommend this company to anyone unless they don t care that after their car breaks down they get to pay for towing plus an Uber.Service: Car towing

They literally LOST MY CAR. The driver dropped it off at the wrong auto shop location (IN A DIFFERENT STATE) without notifying this company, my insurance company, or anyone. Thank goodness the USAA Agent was able to locate my car, the dude literally just dropped it off at a random, incorrect location and then didn't say anything about it. The destination was very close by where he picked it up from, an address was provided too. They lost their contract with USAA over this incident.

The driver, Earnest arrived to tow my vehicle to the dealership due to bad alternator. The driver hooked up the charging cables with the polarity reversed which emitted a shower of sparks and eventually blew the fusible link. Earnest offered to pay for the damaged but then decided not to compensate me for the damaged battery and fuse. I would never use this service again even if provided through State Farm. A service that is incompetent and lacking integrity is dangerous and frustrating to deal with. Avoid Garza Towing.Service: Car towing

My mother and daughter got a flat tire on the freeway, they were told it would be about 60-70 min. wait! Jose showed up in less than 30min. he was considerate enough to wait with them until we could arrive to take them home! Very professional.. I needed some help getting my car unstuck after a bit of a mishap on my steep driveway. Brandyn showed up a lot faster than my insurance predicted and not only helped me get my car out of the mortifying mess I got it into, he also gave me some great advice (I am terrible with cars. Clearly.) and stuck around to make sure the car was running alright before heading out!! I'm beyond grateful for the help and kindness. Thank you so much!!!! This company is terrible. Left us on the side of the road for nearly four hours after an initial estimate of 90 minutes. I ve worked with a few towing companies. And the gentlemen that helped me tow my Volvo was kind, quick, and efficient.They also only charged me $131 to get from hazel dell to mill plain.The first towing company I used was Chappelles, RIP OFF. To go a total of 2 miles. That s from my mother in laws in hazel dell to Ron s automotive, $189!! AND they were late when I made an appointment days in advance.So I would definitely choose them next time again :)Service: Car towing
