Went in for a diagnostic about a clunk sound going over bumps and rough roads.Alejandro and his team were quick to find the problem and were able to order the parts, receive the parts, remove the worn parts, and install the new parts all in the same day!The problem was solved and I received a 10,000 mile warranty on the new parts that were installed.10/10 Amazing price & Outstanding service!

Fabulous service. I would give 100 stars if possible. I got my car picked up and fixed in 1 day. Never had faster service like that before. They treated me like family and i got my car up and running after having it down for a year. I will be returning for other maintenance and im so grateful to have them help me. Alejandro is the best for recommending me this shop and taking care of me rather than rushing me out the door like other places do. Thank you guys so much

After the last mechanic, He made a point of degrading his integrity.I went to garza's garage and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness, professionalism, and straight business sense.They took the time to show me the old parts and why things needed to be changed. Very competitive pricing...lower then others.On top of the work, they had an employee meal.I was invited to eat with them. If he ever wanted to get out of mechanic business, he could be a cook it was delicious. I also had wonderful conversations about the Holy Bible.I can work on my own car, and i'm a decent cook.

My car was unable to be towed due to the location. I thought my car was going to be toast. Ernesto came out to look at it and saved the day. It turned out I had a blown fuse and he told me what to do to fix it long term. We got my car started and I was on my way. Thank god for Ernesto and this shop for coming out to help me.

Competitive pricing, best in class service. Extremely attentive to detail. Went for my AC, Alejandro and his techs were very through. They even caught a bad off the shelf part from a vendor! Saving me well over $1,000 potentially! The man busted hump wrangling a new compressor. I did not mind the wait at all. Small shop BIG service. He even offered me a ride back home as the repairs and wait were a bit long due to sourcing. Parts game is a mafia. When the other shops are booked or too expensive, Garza's can, and will deliver.Service: Auto A/C replacement

Had this guy tow my car to a shop and he couldn't have been nicer. Then I called him a week later to see if he wanted to work on one of my other cars and he couldn't be any more rude if he tried.Too bad.

I was looking for estimates for repairs for my vehicle. Alejandro was great to work with! He was very patient and helpful and was actually able to give me a lower price by more than 20% compared to other shops in the area with warranty on his work. My wife's vehicle would not start, and we were leaving for a vacation later that day. I called the shop and spoke with them. They said that they would send a tow truck to pick up our vehicle. Within 1/2 hour the tow truck was there to pick up my wife's van. The driver was very courteous and friendly. He even tried to do some quick diagnostics to see of it really needed to go into the shop. He found that it did.We received a call about an hour later that it was our starter (I thought that is what it was) and gave me a quote to get it fixed. I told them to go ahead and fix it. I told them that we were leaving for a vacation and to take their time. (I had figured it would be several days as it usually is for the dealership.)A little later one, as we were 1.5 hrs into our trip, I get a call from Maria at the shop letting me know that our vehicle was done and ready to pick up. I told her that we were already on our trip and she said that they would take care of our van until we got back.When we returned ten days later, our van was just as we left it and it was now working!! We could not be happier with our experience at Garza's Auto Repair and would recommend them to anyone if you want a good quality repair and at a fair price, without paying the Dealership pricing!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Car towing

Great prices, really respectful and kind staff, and really quick. I was only in town for a couple days and they got me in the next business day, was done in about an hour, and helped figure out exactly what part I needed for a wheel bearing replacement. They also did a general inspection. Will be back again if I need something else.

I just want to give a shout out to Garza's Auto Repair and to Alejandro who helped me personally. It all started when I took my 2018 Kia Rio to the dealer for its factory service at 60,000 miles. The dealer apparently broke a wheel stud and lug and it escalated to needing the wheel bearing replaced and then at 5 o clock on Friday, the service rep for Kia told me I would need a new axle to the tune of 1200+ dollars. Freaking out I called Garza's and talked to Alejandro who told me that shouldn't have happened and to get my car out of there. On Monday I went down to the Kia Dealer and talked to the service manager who magically said my car was fixed and I didn't have to pay for a new axle.Once I picked up my car, I drove straight to Garza's and Alejandro personally looked at my car to make sure the job was done properly. He did notice that a bushing was cracked which Kia should have seen because it was obvious. He also showed me the set screw that was stripped after the job at Kia. All in all Alejandro was honest and up front, told me that the bushing will need to be replaced but not right away. When I asked how much I owe for the inspection, he said nothing that it was free! I know who I will be taking my cars to for any future services and repairs. Thank you Alejandro and Garza's Auto Repair for being honest and helping me in a bind. You have a new customer:)

They towed my car after getting a flat tire. Took them about an hour and a half to pick up. After dealing with 3 other companies that either cancelled or never showed up after hours of waiting. If there were 10 stars, they would get it for sure!! I called last minute needing my radiator fixed. Everywhere else gave me quotes that were just ridiculous pricing. They said they could do it same day, but would take a few hours ( which was no problem, but I did have my little one with me). When I got there the part was ordered and arrived within 15 min and they immediately started working on my car and was done within an hour. I was so impressed by the speed, the customer service and the professionalism that this will now be the only place I go. I will be telling all my friends that this is the spot!!! Thank u guys for everything, including the wisdom!!!

Garza is always on top of it when it comes too customer care and quality of work. They fixed my breaks same day I called. Again today, they replaced my radiator within one business day. They come highly recommended, reasonably priced, have great customer rapport, they're stupid fast, and most importantly they're honest. Thank you for getting me back on the road Ernesto and Maria.

Garza has been everything I hoped for in a mechanic. I'm not the most knowledgeable about cars but I've a great experience. Long story short I have a thrown rod in my charger 30 mikes out from Astoria and I have to have it towed to Vancouver to be fixed. I had no idea which repair shop to pick and I picked Garza because of the reviewed and hoped I wouldn't be ripped off. Ernesto has been up front and honest with the whole process. I ended up ordering a rebuilt engine and had him and his team do the install. He kept he update with the information and where he was at. Before I went ahead with the replace quoted other places but Garza's prices were better or on par with everyone else. It's a real family atmosphere and they are gonna make sure they get you taken care of. It makes me happy I got my car up and running again and that I have someone I can trust to go back to for any issues in the future.

Great customer service!I have a rare/unique car, but the mechanics at Garza s fixed it correctly, and in a timely manor. After the repair, I asked the mechanic to show me the defected part and explain the defect. He took plenty of time to do so. So they had a van on consignment and iboughtit it was great the owners of Garzas very nice and I felt they were trustworthy and owner offered toput air in tires that was low they even gave me a hundred off the price the van runs great if I need any repairsI know I can trust they will be done efficiently and honestly they will not overcharge anything like some shops. they do good work from what I've heard and Im going therefor all repairs I may need. you want your car fixed correctly at a decent price in Vancouver it's the best you'll ever get I recommend them 100%.

Was quoted an estimate of $303 to get a low beam headlight replaced, primo auto care did it for $151 with headlight included. Only reason I didn't give it one star was becuse the guy on the phone was friendly and quick to answer the questions
