Repaired my rear end brakes, wheel bearing, rotors, wheel seals and differential fluid and put in new brake calipers.After my tire started overheating and smoke coming out I had to stop the car and get it towed. Hands down, the best auto shop, I've ever worked with. The owner has extremely fair pricing and excellent integrity. I had my water pump replaced and a very hard electrical/fuel pump repair. They are kind and thourough and definitely go above and beyond with their customer service. I highly recommend this shop for all of your mechanical repairs. First thing I noticed was the parking lot is very small, but easy to navigate to. Over the phone I was greeted by great customer service rep and was helped quickly and properly. I had a crack in the radiator and felt Gaynors automotive was trying to rob me with their price. Now I will not go into pricing but I will say this repair was 1/2 the price Gaynors tried to charge. I was given a timeline of four days for the repair to be complete. A few hiccups happened, which any shop could have run into, yet I was given empathy strongly when repairs were not yet complete. Even though I had hiccups happened that pushed my complete date back further I would whole hearty recommend this auto shop and his team. Very knowledgeable and very kind.Service: Auto A/C recharge

"WOW" I can't thank you guys enough. Not even sure what to say other then thank you very much. Brand New tires mounted and balanced for $350. Most definitely recommend, if I could give 10 stars I would. All the employees were amazing. Thank you

If I can give more stars I would. Another repair shop quoted me $1500 for a tuneup, replace sensors, and wheel bearing replacement. I decided to get a second opinion. Through a referral of a friend, I went to Miguels. Not only did Miguel tune my car up and replace the sensors, he gave me a great deal on new rotors and brake pads. Even washed the engine. Went beyond customer service. Friendly, affordable and efficient. Thanks Miguel. You have become our new family mechanic!

Worst company I have ever had my car service by. Was stuck in Washington from Utah because my clutch went out. These guys fixed the clutch which never was the issue, come to find out it was clutch pedal all these guys did was bandaid my car so i could get it home. $1100 bandaid (look up miguel's auto repair 2 for my complete review, for some reason my original review went over there)

I needed two new tires and went to Miguel's shop based on a recommendation from a co-worker. I paid $100 less then what I was quoted at a different shop. I recently returned (about four months later) because one of my tires had a slow leak. I stopped by without an appointment on my lunch break (figuring they could fill up the tire and I could schedule a time to come in because the shop was busy) and they fixed the problem (replaced a damaged valve stem) and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Great service!

I was in the area from out of town when the alternator went out on my car. I had just had the alternator replaced by a repair shop in my home town three months earlier. As part of the guarantee program, my local repair shop was able to refer me to Miguel's Auto Repair and they were quick to say, "No problem! Get the car over here and we'll get you fixed". Although they had a lot of cars they were working on, they squeezed me right in and I was back on the road within a couple of hours. The level of service that I received from all of the staff at Miguel's Auto was outstanding! They took care of the paperwork for the warranty and I was off and running in no time. I would highly recommend this establishment! Thank you all!

The guys and gals that work there are great! I bought an oil and service package and each time they have got me in quickly and have done a wonderful job! I have even seen the owner go out of his way to help strangers in need and helped them and even didn't accept the money that this mother and children tried to pay. The owner said have a great day and told her to pay it forward when she could. I thought I was gonna cry right along with her as I watched this in the waiting room. I recommend this shop 100% and I even have my children's cars worked on there and we are totally satisfied!!! Thanks Miguel and crew for the great work!

A friend referred me to Miguel's and I feel like I have found an auto repair place with people I can trust with my car. My experience so far is that everyone is friendly, helpful, and informative. They have taken care of my car with efficiency and most importantly, integrity.

I paid $2200 up front to Miguel, of Miguel s auto shop.Jobs were incomplete, completed wrong, sub standard parts installed, over filled my oil by 2 1/2 quarts, radiator started leaking, a two person job that should have taken 4 days took 4-6 people and a month later my ride don t go.I tried over this last month to work things out with Miguel. Miguel agreed to reimburse me $1300.He lied to my face multiple times, strung me along, and then flat out refused to give me his insurance contact information.I checked with the IRS today May 24, 2021, their business license is expired. I doubt very much he has Garage Keepers Insurance as well.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO MIGUEL S AUTO SHOP!!!

I needed a tire badly, Had a nail in one and the tread was almost gone in another, so I called in. The guy who answered was very helpful.When I arrived they helped me pick out 2 used, they have new also, tires with great tread. They pulled my car up front and started working on it right away.I'm very pleased to have 2 pretty good tires at a low cost.I am thankful for the help and I highly recommend them.

It's challenging to find an honest and skillful mechanic that you trust. In my recent experience with Migue,l at Miguel's Auto Repair, I received great customer service, explained everything to me, honest and at a great rate. I would definitely recommend bringing your car to Miguel' s Auto Repair.

Went there to do a timing belt for my wife's car. 2010 Chevy Aveo. They gave me a quote that was reasonable and they gave me a loaner mini van but as soon as I drove the mini van away it was making a weird noise, the owner said don't worry about it. Made it home with loaner. Next morning my wife drove van to work and 2 blocks from our house the front right tire pops out along with rim. The van spins out of control. I am glad she wasn't on freeway and something bad happened. They didn't tighten the nuts down on the wheel (if they can't do something as simple as that, imagine actual mechanic work). I was pissed off as soon as my wife called and told me about it. I called the shop somehow I got a hold of them and they picked up their vehicle. I went to work after work I went to talk to the owner and he immediately laughs as if it was a laughing matter. I told him it wasn't funny. He gave me his personal loaner car. Dash didn't work. But drove fine. I wanted at that moment to get my car out of that shop but they had taken it apart already. I kept on checking in EVERY WEEK, sometimes more. They then tell me a sensor is busted, and funny thing is that sensor was brand new when I came in. No more than a month old. Next time they tell me the radiator needed to be changed. Car never had radiator problems. I have reason to believe they didn't burp the radiator properly. I make a random stop to check on my car. My car isn't in the shop. I find out they took it to another shop to get something done that I don't even know about. Owner said he wasn't going to charge me for that but it was an expensive part and he got an used part for it from a friend or something. About 6 weeks later, I get the call that my wife's car is done. I go and ask for the parts that were removed and replaced from my car as it is the law. And they don't have them. I told owner I will pick up car next day so dealership inspects it and makes sure it is done properly. The next day I couldn't get car back because they deflated the tires so I wouldn't take it. I call the cops. Owner says just take the car service is free. I have it all recorded. And I don't want to take it because what if the car was ruined. They inflate my tires and I take my car and finally get it inspected. Car seem to be ok. I go and pay the shop guy. They were really rude, unprofessional and they don't even have itemized receipts. If u ask for one they seem to get pissed off. The license of the shop isn't in Miguel's name either. The mechanics aren't certified. Some of them are learning and work on ur car not knowing what they are doing. I hope this helps people not make the same mistake I did. I finally took the time to write this. It's been a while but every time I drive by that place I think how people are getting screwed over and over like I did.

This is an honest mechanic shop. It s a breath of fresh air knowing that I m not getting ripped off. They always have me in and out as fast as possible and are very thorough. I recommend Miguel s to everyone I know. Thank you for keeping me on the road Miguel!

I had a friend who took her car to this place almost a month and a half ago and her car is still not fixed! She has been getting the run around regarding her car and to top things off when she went there on yesterday they told her that they had taken her care somewhere else, what the hell, who does that without notifying the owner of the vehicle first! I have instructed her to go and get her car from this shady place and to also report them to the BBB for very poor service. For something that was suppose to be a simple repair for her has turned out to be a total nightmare. The service from this company has been needless to say very unprofessional. If any one out there is thinking of taking their vehicle to Miguel's Auto Repair I strongly suggest that you turn and drive in the other direction!!!

I have taken two cars for simple reasons and if they fix the problem very quickly but leaving there in 5 minutes the engine lights turn on, and they enter without any light on. and I took them again to be reviewed and they tell me that it occupies 3 censors is very rare that it happens.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I bought a truck that had this business put in a low-mileage engine. The previous owner did not take it thru emmissions, so when I did, it failed due to too many sensors not ready. I took it to Miguel's so they could see what they did wrong. They did not fix it. Then I took it to a state certified emmissions shop (Tom's Performance), and they found the problem - the pin/connector assembly that keeps the memory powered when the ingition was off was damaged. $150.00 later, it is all fixed. I thought I should spare anyone else from a bad experience. Take your vehicle to someone who will stand by their work and fix their mistakes, and who has the know-how to troubleshoot.

Miguel and his sister were very helpful and responsive to my needs. Miguel went above and beyond in the service provided. I wish I had more experience speaking Spanish though, as I found it very challenging communicating with everyone else in the shop.

Complete Morons! Made the mistake of buying a prepaid oil change card for this place. Called for appointment, got one for 4 days later. Went in. The so called mechanic didnt know how to correctly raise my vehicle. He tried to squeeze under it but couldnt. After an hour they pull my car out. I thought oil was changef. Lady tells me my level control light is on. I said it wasnt when I came in. She tells me to come in tomorrow. I check and light is not on. I tell her. She talks to mechanic again. Then tells me he could not change oil, cause he didnt know how to raise vehicle and could not get under it. I left and will not go back to this shop again. I would not recommend them for anything!!

Incredibly incompetent. Told them exactly what i needed done and they still screwed it up. Gave them a chance to make it right and they wouldn't even admit the obvious mostake they made. Sad, incompetent, con artists. Avoid at all costs.They also offer a discount of you write a 5 star review before service. Shady to say the least.

Miguels auto is the best and most effective repair shop in Vancouver I recommended a good friend of mine their and the next time she saw me she told me that they fixed amazingly and that it ran like a champ and I would recommended it to anyone I even got my car fixed there one time and I would never go enywhere else.

They put my left side and right side tie rods on backwards they would not admit they messed up they said Les Schwab was picky and didn't know what they were talking about I had to take it to another mechanic and they verified that Les Schwab was right and I had to pay again to have the tie rods put on correctly he would not admit that he messed up and wanted to blame it on Les Schwab's and gave an attitude about it therefore I felt very uncomfortable with him working on my vehicle again and had to take it to a different mechanic he does not back his work up very unhappyService: Steering & suspension repair

Shady shop. Said they were going to replace head gaskets on Subaru for 2500 dollars. Paid the 2500 and still had the same problem so to it to a different shop and found out he'd gaskets were never done.

Needed back rotors and break pads. Went to another shop and the asking price was 405. Came to this place, costed 265. Always get a second opinion guys, I just saved 140 bucks.

Business tip, white people speak spanish. Try not to talk trash about your customers in Spanish just because you assume they dont understand you.
