They did a great time on our truck. They replaced the tailgate that had been damaged. While installing it they weren t happy with the way it was lining up so they completely ordered another one do it turned out right. The color match was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone there was friendly and always smiling. Wish I had better pic s. Here are before and after. A fifth-wheel hitch failed and slammed into the tailgate. Thanks again Five Star Auto Body.

Malicious damage and victimization! This was not an accident or incompetence. They victimized me on purpose.The car is covered in over a dozen new scratches inside and out. They range from 2 inches to 8 inches and some down to the primer/metal. Plus, the did unauthorized work to a door window frame. This resulted in new damage. One door I opened you could hear bolts clinking to the bottom. Another door a trim piece immediately fell onto the ground.The ENTIRE interior was/is coated in white residue and paint. The plastics, seats, vents and speakers are coated/stained inside and out. The fumes inside were so bad I couldn't drive the vehicle without getting overcome within blocks. I had to drive the car home with the windows open. For days you could smell the paint from 20 feet away. The pictures show after I spent an hour cleaning the main surfaces. Everything is either covered in white residue or stained white from the residue.Plus, GEICO won't help due to this place not being an authorized repair facility. Even though Geico recommended this shop and has a desk in the ship. So I'm out $750 in deductibles. Plus I have a new $250 deductible for the vandalism claim against the shop. On top of $500 to have the vehicle detailed. Plus, I still have to get paint work and whatever has to be replaced. This has cost me weeks of stress, time, and anxiety.The damage is so extensive, I don't believe it was simple incompetence. It was criminal malice and outright vandalism. I don't want any contact with them or anyone associated with them. EVER!

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. They were amazing to work with. My car looks better than it did before the accident and the communication is worlds better than any other auto body repair company I have ever worked with. Brandon specifically will keep you updated and informed through the whole process, and they ran ahead of the time I was quoted. You can tell they value you as a customer and really want to do a great job, I m extremely impressed and I will be referring them to everyone I know.

Best Autobody repair shop! I have had my car serviced here several times and the work is always excellent! Frankly my car is looking better with age due to the work that has been done.Shout out to Brandon for the excellent communication!

I ve had my window smashed a few times, I usually went to a place right by my work. However this time my sister was looking for a more efficient and better priced window replacement. And we found this place, we received a quote super fast and they were able to drive out to me and fix it while I was at work! Amazing place, super efficient and friendly. I would be recommending them from now on.

They went above and beyond: 1. Fast and timely service- things were done sooner than anticipated and scheduled- this includes parts arrival and repair time. 2. The final work looks great and the color is matching.3. Staff is super friendly and accommodating- timely communication and arrangements with the rental company, they value your time and don't make you wait even when you drop off around lunch time, Brandon also saved my car seat that I forgot in a rental car.Highly recommend

I ve taken my care to five star a couple of different times now their work is outstanding and they are among the friendliest, helpful, most professional companies I ve dealt with. They have made it a breeze both times and I wouldn t want to take my car anywhere else. While other shops in the area were booked months out they were able to get me in immediately. 10/10 would recommend to anybody.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

Had to have my tailgate and bumper replaced, after being rear ended. They did an absolute amazing job on it. I had a metal Grateful Dead sticker I loved, and had come to terms with not having, after the replacement took place. Much to my surprise it was there when I picked up the truck, pretty much in the same place as where I had placed it. From start to finish, Five Star has been the best auto body shop experience I've had. When I first called them, Brandon O'Lear allowed me to come in 10 minutes before closing time on a Friday to get an estimate. He looked the car over, and I was seriously impressed with his analysis and expertise.That same afternoon, he emailed me an official quote and I was able to get scheduled for the following week. My 15 year old car came back like new, the attention to detail was apparent the closer I looked at it. This is especially amazing when you consider that other high quality body shops have a waitlist, even for estimates.5 Star was also very accommodating with my special requests, for example I had them swap out the backup camera with a new one I provided, and I asked them to grind down the mounting post on my rear spare carrier and color match it to the rest of my car. 10/10, amazing service and results! I went to see them because I had a tire rubbing on something in the wheel well and wanted to know when I might be able to schedule them to look at it. First thing first, this is the only body shop/collision center you should ever trust. It should be first on your list, and if they are busy and can't get you in, you should wait on them. They are worth the wait! I can't say enough about how responsive, reliable and professional they are. We worked with Brandon O'lear from start to finish and can't say enough good things about him. My mother in-law's new vehicle sustain almost 10k worth of damage. She was bummed and scared because of language barriers and stress of having to deal with dishonest and unprofessional repair shops. Brandon stepped in and made everything simple and straightforward for her. At the end, the repair was excellent and the timeline he originally gave us was on point. He even recommended an excellent Diminished value appraisal that was as honest and reliable as their repair shop. Don't go anywhere else people!

This is my first time going to this company. My mechanic recommended them and said that they were honest and good at what they did. They are very organized and clean. Extremely polite and explain everything so you can understand what they're going to do. They qarantee their work.

I don't ever leave reviews on places I've been. BUT, Let me tell you, The name "Five Star Autobody" is an understatement, It would be a 10 star if I had the choice to do so. They are not only some of the friendliest people you will ever meet, they out did themselves while repairing my vehicle. Don't even think of going anywhere else, if this place is busy and has a wait, I PROMISE YOU, Just wait! You will see the exact same thing I see. They lent me a vehicle, they were very communicating as to what was going on with my vehicle. I have not a single complaint about the process or the work done. I will forever tell everyone to go to a Five Star Autobody! If you are looking to get work done on your car, this is the place! If my comment doesn't convince you, Just LOOK at all the satisfied people that leave reviews! Another awesome part is, they also have a location in Longview! Which is just soooo convenient!THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I took my car in for a repair in May. When I got my car back everything looked great. About 3 weeks later though the fender that they replaced started separating from the bumper and now it s an eye sore. Not very happy.

I was treated very well. Sense I just wanted the big gray stripe removed they did that. A great job and so kind. I never have had a bad time here. All of them are kind thoughtful people. Highly recommend them for any need you have.

They have really earned their name.We have work done on other vehicles by the dealership and buy a couple of private shops. My repair didn't require any frame work, (which I have a guy for) so I can't speak to that but we did get rear ended on my 23 civic and the customer service has been top knotch every step of the way.Got the car back and if I didn't know what it looked like before I would have assumed it was never damaged. Was a minor scuff on the new paint but when I mentioned it they pulled the car right into the shop and buffed it immediately.They worked with the insurance and did everything for us while honoring our request for factory parts only.Honestly, love their shop and really appreciate Brandon for working with me and sorting everything out.P.S. they have a soda dispenser in the waiting room made out of a car and an arcade set up if your board. But I was in and out without waiting so I didn't get to partake of those.

Five star is awesome - they fixed my car to preloss condition in a fast, efficient, and fair price manner. Once fixed, i was having issues with my AC, which was related to the repair. I brought it back to them and they fixed it same day. Fast safe fair kind and easy. I wholeheartedly recommend five star if youre in the PNW and need car work done!

They did an excellent job repainting my husband's 22 year old Tundra (which has spent its whole life outdoors) for a very reasonable price. They were able to get it in quickly and finished on time.

The last week of July, our car was bumped by another car in a parking lot. When my husband and I looked over the damage, we could see our front bumper clips had popped off, leaving the front bumper loose on one side. Not knowing the extent of the damage we couldn t see, we called around to several body shops and they were all several weeks out just to look at the car. We called Five Star and Brandon told us to bring it on down. Once we got there, Brandon looked over the bumper, took the car back into the shop and made the quick repair. It was amazing! Brandon was so nice. The waiting area was clean and if we d had been there longer than the 10 minutes, I definitely would have taken them up on something to drink. Both my husband and I were truly impressed and are happy to recommend Five Star Auto Body to anyone.

Do not leave your ride with this business.When I picked up my car there was mold on my passenger side seat beltAnd on the carpet, they left my windowDown in the rain for day's.They also left a long scratch down myWindshield from top to bottom from dragging my hood of the roof.Lastly they tore my tint on my door window while taking of the door panel.No detailing at all.Don't I repeat do not do business with them at all.I TALK TO BRANDON ABOUT ALL THESE ISSUES, only excuses.No accountability!

On may 4th I was in a car accident and everything that could have become a problem with getting my car fixed, became a problem.My only saving grace was 5 star Auto body. I called a dozen or so shops to have my car fixed and each time I was met with a 3 month wait for them to even look at it. But Marley heard my need and took in my car. They fixed it upBeautifully but more importantly everyone I spoke with was kind and patient and so helpful. All amazing people. I mostly worked with Brandon who made sure I was taken care of every step of the way, he called multiple times and kept giving me updates on the status of my fix which I really needed to ease my nerves about this process.I would absolutely come back and I willAbsolutely recommend 5 star to everyone I know who needs it.

I have taken our cars here everytime we needed repair. Sadly, both my husband and I have needed repairs done on our cars thanks to drivers ignoring road rules or simply joyriding through intersections, in the snow and losing control. People around here really need to slow down and calm down.That said, they have been patient with our insurance and our concerns, and thorough with our damaged car repairs. With the kid who swung wide through an intersection and slammed into my car (I was stopped at the red light), they noticed my headlight housing was dinged up. Unfortunately, due to ongoing backups in manufacturing, I had to wait two more months to get that piece done, but I really appreciated them catching it and the work was done well.I recommend this shop to anyone I know and even those I overhear, in public, who are just begining the process of finding a repair shop.They always return your car washed and gleaming as well.
