Rick was awesome, he took excellent care of my tire repair. I was able to work while I waited, which was a life saver. Thank you to Rick and the 4th Plain Firestone team. I highly recommend them for their great customer service.

I've become a huge Firestone fan over the years! One may not realize they do so many other things besides tires. If they can't do it they'll let you know. And they're very fair on pricing. If something's not done right they'll do it right.

Amazing staff, and excellent service. He left right then to get the tire I needed. Thank you guys!Update: every day since this tire blew, I ve had the same problem every morning. I get a low tire pressure one on my left tire and the right tire says it has a psi of 40. This is the second time I ve had to waste gas time, energy, and money to take care of a warning light that shouldn t be happening. I am very displeased and irritated with my waste of time money and gas. I m going to a separate fire stone to have them look at it and see what is happening.

Very kind and polite. Got my vehicle in and out without rushing(tires rotated) I liked that they treated our vehicle with care and not throwing things down in their spots like I seen most places dobecause they are rushing. They set items down gently. I even got all my original valve stem caps back. Which I never do at other places and my hubcaps weren't scratched one bit either. I appreciate they did not upsell me anything and allowed me to continue on with my day. Don't let the area and location scare you. That part leaves a lot to be desired. It didn't worry me because I carved out time in my day to wait for my vehicle to be finished knowing that the area is not very desirable. I would definitely bring my vehicle back and recommend them. I liked that there was someone always at the front desk in case you had any questions. Sorry no pictures. I was not trying to bring attenion to myself or my vehicle in case it was going to take a longer time and they would have to park it outside until I got back. Thank you

I've been using Firestone for a few years now, particularly this location. Recently, I got a bolt in one of my tires and took it in to see if it could be plugged. Was told all 4 tires were bad and that they needed replacement, and they recommended replacing at least 2. Quoted me almost $900 for 4 firestone brand tires on a Toyota Corolla. My husband and male coworkers all said I was being raked over the coals and that my tread on my tires was still good. Coworker said he didn't even pay that much for his Truck tires..Took my car to a small tire shop and got the hole patched for $17.I miss when they used to honor their policy about honesty. Sad to say I won't be coming here anymore.

The service here is terrible. Even with an 8am appointment to which I arrived early, my vehicle didn't get pulled in until about 8:40am. There was no communication at all as to what the delay was.Come 9:03am and I'm told they can't even work on the car due to some light ice that the pre-inspection person missed.I addressed this with the person who pre-inspected my car and he just wasn't having it and went irate telling me he doesn't work for me. I completely ignored this person for the rest of my visit and retrieved my keys from the technician Jim, who was much more pleasant.The building is absolutely filthy with dirty mop water dried onto the flooring. The carpet was full of nail clippings and their sick staff member was making the coffee while wiping his nose with his fingers. I can't even imagine the restroom; I didn't dare go in there.

We took our van in for a low pressure warning. Rick said it would take an hour to fix, but it was only 25 minutes! He was very polite and helpful.

Firestone fixed he problem that I took my vehicle in for in a timely manner. The staff was very professional. I just wish that they would have informed me about my check engine light being on and maybe offered to address those issues. Or if the issues that I took my vehicle in for caused my check engine light to be on, maybe they could have reset the check engine light. I hate paying obscene amounts of money at a shop and bring it home and the check engine light still be on.

I recently had an alignment done here. While I was there I also had them put my (mounted) winter tires/wheels on. The lifetime alignment at Firestone is a great value and I'm happy I have it. The people working here were polite, the waiting area was clean, and the WiFi had good internet connectivity for me to work while I waited.However, it would appear that they didn't re-train my TMPS sensors when they put my winter wheels on. This wasn't a big deal for me because I have the tool to do it at home. However, for someone without this tool it would have meant another trip back to the shop.

If you schedule an appointment, what that means is it's an appointment to get in line once you get there. So if you leave your home at 1030am for an 11 am appointment, and arrive at 1055 am, you are then told to wait in line. They say to expect an hour and a half wait before they will START their diagnosis. That may take another 30 minutes. So think of it like this, an 11am appointment means 1pm before they've LOOKED at your car. Now keep this in mind too. They get lots of business cause it's a National chain, but don't expect the same service this National chain is known for.

They did not solve my problem. Pretty sure they knew my engine light would come back on. Which it did. I also think the tech was smoking cigarettes in my vehicle had a very strong cigarette smell when I got it back

Now a customer for life, here is why I went in Saturday 3/11/23 needing a complete set of performance all seasons for my WRX. After doing my homework online the FIRESTONE FIREHAWK AS V2 seemed to be the best choice for my needs.Thursday of last week I caught a set of pliers in my rear tire and it was not repairable and in most AWD vehicles these days when you have around 15k on a set you can t replace just one tire, yep..I knew I had to replace all 4. Lucky me. I m one who like getting all the miles out of a set, so needless to say I didn t know I was gonna be tire shopping this past weekend.A new set of premium rubber, plus an alignment all for just under 1k. I did some price checking before going in and comparable tires at the competitors were 200-300 more for literally a synonymous tire.What really stood out to me was the customer service from Rick (and another gentlemen, I unfortunately forget his name). They did not have the exact tire I wanted in stock anywhere in the entire Portland metro area. Rick drove to Corvallis to pick my tires up and return it to me today Sunday 3/12/23. I felt no hard sell for anything, and was not pressured into buying something they had in stock. I myself have been in customer service for 20+ years and GREATLY appreciate the value, product and VERY high level of customer service I received. Firestone will always be my first stop for any tire needs moving forward. And all of my friends and fam will be urged to do so as well.Life happens, purchasing a new set was not on my list. Bravo and thank you Rick and team made it enjoyable!! Added note the tires feel so much better than the summer Dunlops that were removed. After a thousand miles or so, And I ve driven in dry, gravel, snow and rain I ll definitely be doing a youtube review and of course mentioning my local Firestone dealer!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Friendly staff very helpful. Was looking for 35"x12.5"x15" tires. No one sticks these tires locally except massive woodys 4x4 shop. They have me quote or something I don't recall if firestone even makes a 35x12.5 anymore in 15? Use to go here for my car alignments had lifetime alignments. I ended up buying a bfg k03 from discount tire to replace my spare tire, and will buy four more from them when I get the money.

They keep breaking little parts in my car and saying it's not important, and they didn't do it.I TRUSTED these people for a long time. Now they are getting sloppy.Do NOT go here unless you want broken parts all over your car. Shame on you guys!

Got the lifetime alignment and very first try they overtightened one sides lug nuts, and undertightened the other side. The result was a wheel flying off on mt hood and absolutely destroying my fender. Reading more reviews and hearing more in person, asking them to be responsible would be a waste of my time. If they have your wheels off for any reason- bring your own torque wrench or, at the least, lug wrench to double check before you leave their parking lot.

I'm a returning customer, as I know quality prefer quality, the service staff were helpful and knowledgeable, o bought 4 Firestone tires last year, back to fix both axles brake pads and roters, will be scheduling a tuneup next, I need my hard earned money to work for me, FIRESTONE @ Vancouver is hands down the best, for total car care.

I had a bad experience here. Had an appointment scheduled for 11am to get 2 tires installed. They didn't get to my car until 1:40pm. I wasn't out of the store until 3pm.

Not even kidding, the first time I called, after having my van towed to this establishment, I asked when a estimate could possibly be ready and they lost it. Said it wasn t there yet. I said are you sure it left my house hours ago and I haven t heard from the tow company. Reassured it wasn t there so i panic a little, call the tow company and they dropped it off with no issues. Call Firestone again and they found it that time but I won t get an estimate until the next day. The next day didn t show up till around 4 days later (missing work) and I m told they will be replacing this part and it will cost this amount, pick it up later today or tomorrow morning if not . Two days later, and now I am having to borrow a friends car to bring my extra key 50 miles away because for some reason my original key isn t working (not an issue before). Oh! AND! The original charge, over 1k, was apparently for just an oil change because no work order exists for whatever happened after that.Called and spoke to manager, I m kinda the middle man here .. was the only answers I got. From the very start the incompetence was alarming but I would have never imagined it getting worse and continuing.0/10 (I would have given zero stars too but you have to at least give one to leave a review)In closing, I d let the 3 stooges work on my van before I d take it back hereService: Oil change

I went here to get an oil change and to have my car looked over, as it is shaking when I press on the brakes. The guy that helped me kind of sounded annoyed when I came in and told him I had an appointment. The first thing he told me was, I don t have anyone here that can do a vehicle inspection for you, but we can do your oil change. What s wrong with your car? After telling him he just goes well we can do the oil change. They do the oil change and when he comes backs he hands me a paper and proceeds to tell me that my two front tires are bald and there is a nail in my back right tire that can t be fixed he can get me a deal last weekend 100$ off. The audacity of this man and this company to think I m coming back with such rude customer service. He didn t even explain to me what was done during the oil change at least jiffy lube will explain that they had to flush your valves or something, this man just did the oil change didn t ask me what kind of oil I wanted just poor customer service! normally go to jiffy lube because their customer service has always been amazing for me, a friend of mine told me that this company was really good. If this is the last company for oil changes and to fix cars that s open, I d rather walk everywhere!Service: Oil change

Alignment booked for 12 o clock. Service actually didn t start until 1:20 PM. It appears too many bookings are being made so that the wait time ends up being much longer than it used to be. Terrible customer service both time I ve been there. The first time I wanted to have my tire patched, waited for hours for something that said would be done within an hour, only to be told that my tire was not something they could be fixed. They said the could get me a tire by a Monday fine. Monday rolled around no phone call or follow up called them only for them to tell me that the tire didn t around. My car ended waiting at their shop until Wednesday with literally no effort on their end to update me on the status. Went back again because another tire got a flat said the service would be 2hrs so I had my husband pick me up so I didn t have to wait. 3.5hrs later I call to get the status because again they have absolutely no regard for customer service or updating the customer on what going on. My car had still not been taken back for service and they said it was gonna a couple of more hours. Went to pick up my car to take elsewhere. I wouldn t mind waiting and know places have been busy, but keep your customers updated. Oh and the guy at the front desk looks like he hates life.
