Arrived in an emergency situation and was seen immediately. Knowledgeable staff assessed my needs and escalated my repair. I was back on the road in no time! Friendly and courteous staff took care in seeing that I was comfortable and received updates. I would return here again. Fair prices and reliable service.

I had a tire that needed replaced. When I called, I got Chris. Not only was he friendly and helpful, but he worked with me to have everything around my work schedule. When a complication with the donut I put on came up he opened the shop up after close so that I could still get my vehicle that night. Fantastic service, highly recommend.

Brought my car in to get brakes checked, and they did a complete check of everything, and gave and honest review that everything was fine, and didn't push me into doing unnecessary repairs. Juan & Donald were so polite and thorough with informing me with updates, and suggestions for future concerns. My car was looked at, and ready in a very timely way even though they were quite busy! I will continue to use their services, and would recommend them to others!

I was a returning customer becouse of the great service and great tires. My wife runs fire stones, my last truck ran firestones and now my new truck runs firesstones.The Destination MT2's are a great tire with aggressive tread and last a long time with dayley driving even on a heavy one ton F350. They are my go to tire for my commuter/tow rig/ goin to town rig/ work truck.When I brought my new truck in last week for tires, the shop was running behind but the manager was super cool about it and made it worth my while for being patient.I plan to make another appointment with the same shop soon to get my wife's car in for a tire rotation and oil change.

This is the worst place I've ever had to deal with. Bought a life time warranty alignment. Great idea... bad idea with this company or location. Everytime I take it in it's taken 3 to 4 hours with an apt. Today was no different. First they said I didn't have an apt. I had to prove to them I called and made apt. Then they said they'd have to work me in. Not until I became very angry at the horrible customer service did they finally get me in...and the manager said he'd move me to front of line..but the service person said I had to be put at the end and worked in. I had to get the manager back out there to tell the service mechanic when to do his job. Honestly I do not trust them or there work. Save your life from added stress and go somewhere else. It's been a nightmare the 4 or 5 times I've gone in. That's not what I signed up for nor does anyone need that kind of horrible customer service. By the way the alignment itself took 30 minutes. Just proved again what horrible customer I had in the past and today. There's more to this story about the lies I caught them in. Please go somewhere else

My check tire light came on as I was driving north on I-5 to visit a friend. I pulled over here to have it checked out. Donald was super busy, as he was the only one working in the bay Sunday morning, but he had me checked out, topped off and on my way in less than 5 minutes. I so appreciated his extra effort, kindness and reassurance!

Had Chris, the store manager help me out with a flat tire. Fantstic service from him. Didn't have the wheel lock for the tires yet still offered to drive me to get one to unlock my wheels. Didn't end up needing the wheel lock cause those guys fixed it, Quick!

This location installed a new battery into my customized Subaru Impreza for < $300 the day I had a battery emergency. Staff were professional and quick. I'm a Firestone convert and will be going to this or other Firestone locations in the future if they keep up this service. Thanks!!

My husband went in for an oil change, bringing along a coupon for a $30 change and CONVENTIONAL oil. Imagine our surprise when the technician charges us $105 and informs us they had put in synthetic oil instead. They are opening themselves up to a number of issues by messing with people s requests for their cars without clarifying. When asked why this happened there was no clear answer given. Well it needed a lot of oil. Ok, we are here for an oil change, we asked for conventional, what s your point? And then went on to say they d already put the coupon in, but it was the wrong one, for the wrong oil. Just condescending overall, we did end up getting the refund, but my biggest concern is them doing something to your car without asking. Won t go back.

Long wait time (2 hours) for just a brake check. They didn't take my car off the lift when it was done. I had to drive it out myself. They told me I needed a bunch of services that had been done at the dealership 3 days prior. I don't think they even looked at my car and that they just recommended services based on my miles. The cost for brakes was way higher than at the other places I got quotes.

Absolutely disorganized. Used to be really great but not so much. Lots of new folks and not very happy people. Looks like job satisfaction issues and communication problems. I won t name negative people because that s tacky but I m taking my car elsewhere. Two good things were they got me in today, and Taylor is a solid guy.

I had to make a last minute trip into Firestone tonight. Had a tire leaking air, and they discovered the tire had 2 nails in it. Juan and Taylor got it all patched and were very curious and u deratanding about the last minute. Super appreciative of them. Curious, convenient, and efficient. Great work

I took my jeep in for a complete vehicle inspection, oil change, and my 60k maintenance back in April. $874.32 paid. My oil light came on after I picked up my jeep and found that Firestone gave me back my jeep without any oil in it. I went in and spoke to the Service Manager, who was shocked because his Master Technician serviced the car. He offered to pay for towing back to the shop but I immediately lost faith in their service. I understand honest mistakes happen but for a Master Technician to miss putting oil in a vehicle? I wanted to feel safe driving my vehicle again and instead had it towed to the dealership where it was confirmed that my car didn't have any oil in it and didn't have any leaks. $80.56 paid to the Dealership as a result.Fast forward to this last weekend and my check engine light starts flashing while I'm driving down the highway and my vehicle is driving ROUGH. I manage to safely pull over and get towed to the dealership. One of my engine coils exploded because of a broken spark plug. All 4 engine coils needed to be replaced and the spark plugs of course. The dealership showed me damaged sparkplug that was put in my car in April (the invoice states they removed and replaced all spark plugs for $1117 and I was charged for 4 sparkplugs which totaled $27.96) and had to pay the dealership $727.34 for them to fix my jeep. My visit to Firestone on 4/10/21 cost me $874.32, as a result of that visit, I have had to have my jeep towed twice in less than 5 months and paid the dealership a total of $807.99 to fix the damage that Firestone caused, plus $75 for AAA membership because I am terrified of what else might happen. :(

So my son was in a bad situation, he had a shredded back tire and his job was in Ridgefield and he lives in Vancouver. So he wants to change tire the tires underneath the truck he just bought the vehicle and there was no tool to get the tire down. So we went to two different places and they just blew us off because we didn't have any money. I said to them look man we don't want you to do anything we just want you to tell us how to get it off. We were devastated. The last place to stop was Firestone on highway 99 in Hazel Dell. We talked to Chris telling him the situation and all we wanted to do was for them to tell us what to do. . So Chris, Juan, and Mike, did everything they possibly could do to get that tire down. It was awesome. My son overheard Chris say if we have to swallow the price of a new tire, I will because I'm not letting that them leave the premises with that bad tire. They worked on it for 45 minutes for free. And got us rolling. No one does that kind of thing from the kindness of their heart. They did at. Firestone. If you want excellent customer service,, honestt quality work, Firestone is the place. . God Bless you, Chris, Juan, and Mike. . I know where I'm buying my tires for now on!!!

Was visiting WA, and had to come in for a tire repair. Some girl that was working there was able to patch up the tire, but she didn t put the tire cap back on, and the car hood wasn t closed, I was driving and saw my hood rattling, thankfully the hood didn t open and brake my windshield. Sloppy job.

Normally have great service with Firestone repair shops but the workers were abrupt and dismissing, went here for a flat repair and was told it would be a wait time upto 4 hours and we would have to leave our vehicle there instead of coming back which wasn't feasible because we were traveling with our dogs so we left and went to another shop which got us right in and hooked us up by fixing our flat Firestone tire for free. Won't go to this Firestone again

Great work, nice guys, good tires most importantly, they didn t do work that didn t need to be done. I thought I would need tie rods but they said I was good! Nice.The only mild abrasion was that I ended up calling them to see if the work had been done instead of them calling me but when I did call, the work was already done! No complaints.This team has a good reputation with my coworkers and they have another advocate in me. Cheers!

Good customer service and pricing, they were short a person the day I made an appointment so it took over 3 hours but I had a ride so I dint have to wait in the waiting room. The only issue I had was they scratched my rims really bad they have a dip coating on them and now it ruined all around the edges. I know this could ve been avoided because I ve had my tires changed before and they did not do this.

The last manager was rude, not very empathetic. They tried charging me 1300 dollars for my front brakes only. When i told him it was rediculas, it magicly came down to 650. 2 months later i got new tires at les schwab (because of the rudeness) and discovered they never had replaced the rotors at all. They were squeaking loudly from day 1. Its in for warranty work on them as i write this.

I had an appointment at 12. Was told it would take 1 hour. I ahowes up and was told 2 hours $140. I waites 3 1/2 hour. I don't know if they are under staffed or what took so long period no one ever told me or apologized period had I known it was gonna take that long I would have gotten a ride and came back when they were done.The guys at the front desk were very professional however, I will never come back here poor customer service!

Difficult to make an appointment. But once you are in, the service is excellent. REVISED: Most recent visits the service has been lacking. Requests not properly fulfilled or advised to purchase items obviously not needed yet. Deciding if I will ever give them another chance.

Guy at the counter does not know how to speak with a customer deffinatly not the only tire shop in town. Bringing in a fleet vehicle and needed spare tire put on incase I get in emergency call and have to leave they can fix the tire and I can be mobile for my work being on call. He said in all of his seven years he's never heard of such a thing and had a problem with it but reluctantly complied. He also made the comment how slow it's going to be. First time I've written a review before I was finished but felt it necessary. Will edit to be fair if somehow they turn this into a good experience but judging on all the reviews for this place very unlikely. And will not bring my company vehicle here and highly recommend to my fellow employees not to either

I should have read the experience of previous customers. I am getting a flat tire repair. I was the first customer in the store on a Sunday morning with their first available morning appointment made 2 days earlier and was told that I was 3rd in line. I came back to this store since I purchased the tires here and have them under warranty. It took 2-1/2 hours to have the flat repaired. I usually use Discount tire/America's tire and flats have been repaired fast and free. I regret not going back to America's tire. Go else where for tires and tire service! This place is a bad deal. Only 1 technician working on 9 cars.
