I came in about a month ago with a blown crank on my DD15. Local shops in SC did not have the parts nor engine available in a timely manner. Parts were 3-4 months out and full engine was 5 months out. Reached out to Ferox and they had an engine available. Without wasting any time I towed my truck to WA from SC. They were able to get my truck back on the road in just three weeks. They helped me save money and time. As a truck driver we all know time is important. These guys don t waste time. If parts aren t available, parts aren t available. That is what most people fail to understand, that availability of parts is not up to the shop. If they have the parts the work is done faster than any other shop. These guys are fast and quality is better than most dealerships. You can trust these guys to have you back on the road asap. And not worry about coming back with the same issue. These guys are worth every penny. Customer service is professional. Read reviews about how unfair or over priced they are and just complete nonsense. Do most people expect to bring in their equipment and walk out the door not paying for anything and have everything repaired? If your looking to save money do it yourself and waste your own time. Dont come here and expect hand outs. We all own a business and do our job. They never wasted my time. They perform above and beyond my expectations and i will pay for fast quality work. Because they deserve it. Thanks guys for always taking care of my equipment. Always a pleasure to do business with.

Friendly place to any Owner Op or Driver for any company. Ferox will take care of your problems and get you back on the road in no time.People are very genuine, and it feels like home. They will take their time and break down every detail for you, so you wont feel like you have no idea of whats going on. They will explain step by step the whole process.If you're thinking about fixing your truck, Ferox is your place to be. I have paid 2600$ for diagnostics, and they just suggested me to replace the engine (19000$ + labor). They have checked valves clearance, fuel injectors and turbo charger, and did video inspection of my cylinders.Unfortantley, i got nothing about this diagnostics - no cylinder photos (they just told me its damaged), no compression values (they told me, sensors shows low compression), no oil pressure value (they told me that oil pressure sensor shows low pressure, but on my dashboard oil pressure was in normal operation range).After the diagnostics, they told me that they didn t want to repair my truck, and they could just replace the engine.I just share my experience, you can use it how advice or you can use it just for information.

I had an issue with a dealer location not having a part for my rig. Was told the part I needed was on 2 months plus backorder. So I called around and numerous drivers mentioned Ferox. I called and was near end of their work day. Yet they took the time to check. They had the part I needed. I had difficulty getting that part to the truck dealer in question. But Ferox understood my plight and delivered the part to the dealer for me. I can't thank your shop enough. You saved my tookis. Why I didn't go to Ferox in the first place is my list of repairs involves warranty work. So I had to go to the dealer for that issue. But believe me. I will remember your shop for all my other upcoming issues. Thank you so much.

Little bit expensive, but overall solid work. I don't trust most shops but I am very comfortable bringing my truck to them. The head mechanic knows alot about trucks and always willing to answer questions even when super busy. I'll go out of my way or wait in line to have them work on my truck. Thank you for keeping me rolling.

EDIT: My first review was 5 months ago. This update is to commend Ivan, David, Alec, and the rest of the crew for service above and beyond.About 2 weeks ago. I was under a load coming from Seattle to another pickup in Portland, with a destination in TX. I had a need for a repair, and in order to accommodate me, the shop stayed open past closing time to complete the job.Their customer service is outstanding, and their prices are fair. Their workmanship is superior.*****************First Review:These guys found the electrical problem with my Pete 587 in less than an hour!!This was AFTER another shop charged for 5+ hours of labor and insisted they'd have to take the dash apart and charge for 11 more hours before they'd have a clue.Ferox also charged $200 less than the other shop wanted to for a PM, and did a better job!!We think we finally have found a shop we can trust. They quoted us a price for PM and diagnosis time and that was what the bill came to.This beats the hell out of some other places in Longview and Vancouver that low ball an estimate and then want you to sell your soul to pay the bill.

I first started using Ferox Fleet Services back in December of 2017. They performed the maintenance needed completely in fast and professional matter. Since that time I have had many issues with the truck and have continued to use them for my maintenance needs. At all times they are professional and complete the work in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them for all your equipment needs. The team is fair and honest and will always stand behind their work. They don't use cheap parts that will fail and bring you back. They use quality parts and want your future business. Everyone I have referred is extremely pleased with their work. Do yourself a favor and get to know these folks.

My repair bill was incredible. One wheel was removed by 3 people for 16 hours. It is simply unrealistic to take off one wheel for two working days. The work that takes 15 minutes is paid as an hour. You will be replaced by a bunch of unnecessary parts that you did not order and will not consult with you. Instead of the cost of $105 dollars per hour of work, they will write you $210. And the repair that costs $800 to me came out at $6000. They lie their customers.

I did my tune up with this guys , I called them and they said it's gonna cost me $350 they didn t say there is a shop fee and when it was everything done they charged me $489.66. They say that their shop changes shop fee $36.75 and also charged me $98.08 for new valve cover gasket which I seen with my own eyes that they putting in my old one back on place. Just be careful with this guys never wanna hear about this guys anymore thanks .......

Truck had very hard time starting in the morning. Went to couple shops and ofcourse they always pointed out most expensive parts to start with. Friend of mine gave me owners number called them same day and brought the truck in, thought to my self here you go about to here same stories(let's start with this, let's try to replace this and that and go down the list). Turnes out I had way different problem than what other shops told me. Left the truck for repair( the way owner explained to me how they are gonna proceed with repairs made me feel comfortable leaving my truck with them)got calls from them with updates. Was told the job will be one price. Up on picking up the truck turned out to be less than I was told. So I am happy with the out come. If you need you're truck fixed fast and quality with fair price, this is the shop you wanna take it to.

So as far as speed they are fast and will get right on to it. However price wise they are very expensive and I don't know where they get there parts but very over priced.Good service thou

My advise do not do deal with those guys.Have Paid $15,000 for Repairs. Problem wasn t solved and they refuse to cover at least a labor to look it it again . We fixed it and this is something else , that s what they keep saying . Same problem same symptoms.Don t waste you money and time.

Best truck shop. Vasyl the computer guy knows his business. Place is clean, mechanics very professional. They was very fast. We get an estimate and like nowhere else that was the final price. How many do that? Thank you guys!

Will never take any of my trucks here ever again. Took one of our box trucks here. Charged me same prices as a semi truck at TEC equipment. 2000 miles after the oil change the oil filter failed causing oil to spill everywhere and almost causing engine damage.

I ve taken several of my diesel trucks for repairs or tube up with these guys. They do a quality job at a fair price! I will always keep coming back to them

Wanted to let everyone know. Ferox Fleet Services out of Vancouver WA got me for 30 grands. It s started as an EGR cooler. The owner Vasyli talked me in to a used EGR cooler. He guaranteed its almost brand new. he had it inspected BLA BLA BLA. Well truck been in the shop after every trip. All they kept doing is you need this, and you need that. totaling over 30k in 6 trips to their shop. Last week he tells me the EGR cooler is cracked. He refused to Warranty the EGR cooler. I said okay ill buy the parts at least help with labor. He said no. He said $1050 for EGR labor and $535 to fix the AC with all my parts. I played the bill yesterday $4200 instead of $1585 . Truck still didn t regen. I pulled it and said it s enough.SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE. avoid these guys.

Quoted me $490 for tuneup valve adjustment for Detroit 60 series when i came to pick up the truck bill was $980 and plus additional fee for gaskets that should've been included completely unhappy with the service prices outrageous they did not call and confirm whether I was okay with additional fee or got my authorization for keep working on my truck Western star in Washington does this work for $350 flat fee you could call and confirm yourself and if they would've been upfront with me I would not have them do this work after what happened with me talking to the other shops they have also done this to haul a lot of other people that are not able to leave reviews due to lack of language barrier and computer skills I would not take my truck there again I can imagine if I have to do a bigger service what would happen to me and my checkbook definitely will not use the shop again

No stars, came in for clutch replacement, they replaced clutch only to steal my transmission and put on a different worn transmission. Who would think to mark your parts before bringing to shop??These guys stole my money, which is my family s money, they took bread from my children.

For you guys who are posting bad reviews. About ferox fleet service's I'll bet there is a whole lot more to the story than your telling. I have been in trucking for 40 plus years . So let me tell you about the quality of ferox fleet services . These gentlemen not only do quality work there knowledge is totally amazing. I have called about a engine I did know a lot about and got all the info about that engine and a history lesson to boot.I had them do a total inframe on my w900 isx . Not only does that engine run so good it's hard to explain. With out tearing up a little . I could not be any happier no oil consumption no coolant consumption at all .these men at ferox know there stuff . I have had def and egr problems and ferox fixed all the problems and life is good .so I don't know what you guys are complaining about 105hr labor rate that's a good rate . I have a idea why don't you go to the dealership and pay 136 a hour plus then you can cry about high cost labor rate . So all I can do is tell you about my experiences at ferox fleet services. If you don't use ferox fleet services all I can say is sorry . You are missing out on a quality shop to take your equipment too. I will be a loyal customer till I retire.thanks to the guys at ferox fleet services for all the fine work you have done for me. and thx for having one of the badest running w 900 isx on the west coast you guys rock :-)

Ferox has done all the repairs on my fleet for the last year or so and couldn't be happier with the results, very knowledgeable owner/mechanics. Would highly recommend for all repairs!
