My brother bought a rebuild kit for my older civic for Christmas. We went to put it in and the pistons wouldn t work. They let me send just the pistons back. I had to pay a 40$ shipping fee and the return instructions were super confusing. Yes we did put the rings on pistons but how would we know otherwise? They told me they couldn t return any of my money and the guy over the phone was not sympathetic what so ever. Wasted 130$ in total between the cost of pistons and shipping costs. On top of all this there was no email or call at all to inform us they weren t going to refund us. I had to calk them and ask about it.

They say for every good review there is 12 bad ones. Saw the bad reviews but I decided to ball out and buy piston rings. Got them in 2 days didnt get a tracking number but all I did was call and got an eta. Overall good experience and good prices.

Working on my Audi. Needed a part asap so had parts shipped overnight. Didn't mind the shipping cost bc I needed the parts asap. Turns out the part did not fit so I needed to ship the part back. Company did not help with shipping cost so I was out $60 in shipping cost alone. Upon refunding the money back, the company charged a 20% restocking fee which came to $45. I called and spoke with an agent who had zero empathy or compassion and was unwilling to budge on the policy. This company has terrible customer service and they are surely out to rip people off. I would strongly urge anyone who is shopping through them to rethink and read the fine print. Customer service was horrible and return and restocking policy was bottom of the barrel.

I ordered a rering kit for my vw. Im a single mom, ordering this online, kind of out of my comfort zone. Got the kit, it took a few weeks to get here. The rod bearing are not the same..called the number online, explained what was going on..the guy was so rude, unhelpful, cursed at me, and hung up on me, after telling me I would have to pay $60 more to buy another of bearings, after I already spent $300 on a kit that is made in China. Now I have to purchase elsewhere all over again. For one, I think they have an issue with women, because I was talked to like a dog, and 2. They do not care about their customers, only taking your money!!

Even though the head bolts I recieved weren't completely correct, the Engine Parts Only team were easy to work with. They replied quickly to my messages, gave me thourough explanations to my questions, and ultimately credited me for the parts that didn't work for my application.Highly recommend them if they have what you're looking for and I will utilize them again for any future parts searches.

I could not get a tracking number from this company for my parts until the day of delivery. And then when I got the tracking number, the Dave delivery changed and any time that I've tried to call them, the phone goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail is always full. This company has no customer service skills or options at all! I paid extra to get my parts quicker and I still do not have them. It has been over a week. I paid for them to be delivered within two days. Delivery date is still pending!

So, I created an account after I ordered my parts. Sent em an email to get my tracking info, got a response in under 20 mins. Free shipping showed up when it was supposed to. Everything is clean, new, and exactly what I ordered! The rod bearings came seperate from the kit but it showed up 2 days earlier then the delivery date. Not mad about it! 10/10 will be using them again!

I have a 2006 Mustang 4.0L that the casing around both timing chains shattered. I had heard really great things about your company and told my mechanic to order the rebuild kit from you. By mistake she ordered a kit for a 4.6 L not the 4.0L that my car needs. She did not realize this until she was getting ready to put my car back together. We ordered the kit on March 8, 2019 and I received it approximately March 14, 2019. I called the phone number listed on my packing slip and was rudely told to go to the Engine Parts Only web site to receive a return label. I then received an email stating the my request was denied do to the fact it had been over 60 days since I had made the purchase. I then called the same number back to ask a few questions about doing an exchange and again was rudely told to "go to our website for any information about exchanges". I realize that I have had the kit for 60 days but nothing has been used and I do understand that if I had returned the kit with in the 30 days I would not be issued a credit until Engine Parts Only had received the kit to inspect that nothing had been used and everything was being returned as it was received. What I don't understand is that if I still wanted to do business with your company and do an exchange for the correct parts why cant this be done? Again your company was recommend to me and yes there are a few places I could have ordered from that the parts I needed would have been cheaper but I did choose to use Engine Parts Only. wished i would of reviewed ratings before buying. could not give them a low enough rating. took forever to get my parts. they came in 3 different shipments and one of the parts were picked wrong and shipped. resolution to return the parts is hard. i will be calling my credit card people and disputing the charge. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im not sure who, or why people dont like this, i had an amazing experience, though its a pretty small company, and had a few hiccups, but compared to the other parts company they seemed to have quality parts and a quick delivery. I have only 2 complaints. There is a major lack of information. 1st i order a master rebuild kit . And a gasket set. For my 1997 mazda miata. However after the package arrived I actually got 2 gasket sets (i believe one set was apart of the original rebuild set.) another complaint i have is shipping information. After placing my order. I got charged. And confirmed but never got any shipping information and was kept in the dark. Their phone inbox is full. But after sending a quick email. I got a response within the same day. And the delivery time was much better than the other car parts that arrived nearly a week later.

I ordered 4 items for a head rebuild on my kia only 2 of the 4 items sowed up and where shipped from a different company. And the parts shipped from a different company where far cheaper quality then what I was lead to believe I was ordering. I'm reporting this company for fraud and going to have my bank take my money back! Don't do business with this company.

Ordered complete colorado engine rebuild kit Sunday evening arrived as described Wednesday fast free delivery. You Cant get a hold of anyone on the phone so I would advise creating an account so you can track order. But otherwise excellent fast fedex delivery and convenient

Ordered pistons, got my email from them. Np soon as I check my email the next day I have a email saying my money is returned?? No reason for return and my money isn t even in my account you guys still have it and it s been days . PEOPLE DONT GET SCAMMED, REPORT THIS TO YOUR BANK TO THE POLICE TO EVERYONE. Worst company ever. Ordered set of lifters from the other site (Professional Engine Rebuilders) and never received them. luckily i ordered them through Pay pal and Pay Pal refunded my money. The refund came back from Engine Parts Only (EPO) . This company should be tracked and shut down for good.

Bought parts from them and paid the 9.99 BS shipping fee and it's been a few weeks and still not here. No answer on the phone, tried to track package but their sign in process is fake. They're not a real company as far as I'm concerned. Digital theft is what this place is

From my own actual experience, this place is not where to go. Buy it from somewhere else, just read the return policy on there website they don t care for the community and are in it for the money, I called them no return, emailed and luckily they responded but anyway, I got my parts by a miracle this company has dug itself in a hole too deep GO TO A DIFFERENT WEB STORE LIKE DELCO

Cam bearings are super soft and mushroomed on install. Did not ship my main bearings. 2 of the pistons arrived broken. Rings don't fit on pisons. Now I can't trust these parts in my customers vehicle.

I paid $30 extra and i have not gotten my part yet. There is no tracking system until u sign up with them, then when i signed up it said i had not purchased anything. My bank statement says different, i want my $30 dollars back, its been 3 days today.

I call to double check what i was ordering was correct and received quick help on Monday, 2 days latter they were at my door!!! that prices are super! and packaging was great!! thank you again, you are my go to place now!!!

I ordered one day shipping, didn t get it, when asking for a refund on my shipping I had my order cancelled and was harassed by an employee. Would never recommend this place to anyone for anything, terrible customer service, terrible prices, terrible business.

I was try to order something, I been calling them forever, I place the order online twice they canceled for no reason saying it is my fault because of address, such a waste time!!! Do NOT recommend at all!!!

Am concerned about this place. Address turns out to be for a reputable, local tarp shop. Phone number goes to voicemail. Whwn asking about local pickup, Im told the address is for their "call center"... Numerous reveiws suggest poor service at best, or a complete scam site at worst . Im wary, and will probably shop through other more reputable places...

This place has the worst customer service they claim to have free shipping but they charge shipping they close it form but you can't get hold of them after 3 o'clock you can call them every day after you order they won't give you confirmation emails they'll tell you they're shipping the order and they wait 2 days later and the higher price is everyone else I only bought from them because everyone else was out of stock I don't recommend this place don't waste your money I would much rather pay more money than buy more parts from this place And the guy that answered the phone it's very rude

I was able to find oversizes for my engine rebuild and got everything the day after I placed my order. Everything is working good and it was a easy install.
