We walked in and Isaac was so friendly & welcoming. He asked right away how he could help us, and went right to work looking for the perfect vehicle for us. He was attentive, listened to exactly what we wanted and needed and he fully delivered! Isaac made everything easy and stress free. He was phenomenal to work with and we are more grateful than words can say! We love our VW, and can t thank him enough for such a wonderful experience!!

I had the best experience at this dealership! Garrett was my sales guy and he was phenomenal! Zane was incredible as well! I can't say enough about these guys as they were fantastic with their personable skills, knowledge, and just all around fantastic! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This is a service center review. I've had my wife's Toyota serviced their regularly, due to proximity. They are friendly and flexible. The ignition coils failed on it recently, we got it towed in, they had parts ordered in and the car on the road in 2 days. My wife is stoked to have her loved car back. It means so much to me that they made the process so easy for her, and that she's in good hands. Thanks guys!

I went in to have some work done on my 2018 Volkswagen Atlas and asked to have an appraisal done while it was there. Isaiah Adams was the one who helped with that. We talked for awhile in the parking lot about things other than cars he was very friendly and kind to my kids (3 & 11) talking to them. He asked about things we wanted in a car and took us over to the 2024 Atlas, we talked about features and things that were the same and different from my 2018 never did we feel pressured into looking at the car or buying it. We went for a test drive just talking about life and different things (he makes you feel like you've been best friends for years) got back to the dealership and we were trading in a car and leaving with a new one. Isaiah was very kind, generous and respectful the entire 4 hours we were there. I definitely recommend him to anyone that goes to Volkswagen on Vancouver Mall Dr. We also had the pleasure of being helped by Collin and Jacob who were also kind to my kids when they talked about random kid things and asking to many questions.

Garrett was such a great salesperson. My fianc� and I walked in and he instantly asked if we needed help. We went to two dealerships beforehand and were basically ignored. When the car I wanted was a bit out of my range he worked with me to find something affordable that had all of the features I wanted. I drove home with the car today and he took the time to show me all of the settings and was very kind the entire time. I would definitely buy a car here again.

Had an excellent and easy buying experience! Nick Ornelas took his time to go over the best options with me and I am very happy with my purchase! All questions were answered and he was very patient. Zane in finance was quick and very helpful!Mike the sales Manager worked with me to get to a comfortable payment :)

Koren was amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable and patient! He had been doing a lot of prep work before I got there for my appointment which made my purchasing experience even more streamlined. Had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I got my car home and now another indicator light about a different problem is coming on about low tire pressure (My tires are fine). I now how to find time to bring my car back in yet again. How many times do the censors have to be fixed? I mean really?? I work a fulltime job and can't just "swing in" all the time. This is the third time I have had issues with this brand new car. The wrong brake pads were used by the manufacturer and I wasn't notified that they should have been replaced. Apparently there was a deadline in order to have them paid for that I also new nothing about. Also, I could have been hurt very badly along with whoever was in the car at the time the breaks decided to give out. Smart move! This has been a huge hassle from the get go. I will never ever buy a Volkswagen again or come to your location. If I could trade this car in WITHOUT having to pay another huge amount of money up front I would in a heartbeat! But that in itself is a joke. My car should be picked up, fixed and brought back to my home for all the trouble you all have put me through. Terrible customer service.

LOVED getting my ID.4 here! I had the best experience from the whole VW team! From the time I walked through the door, Koren answered every question that I had with ease. He helped me find the right fit for me, walked me through my vehicle end to end, and went beyond the extra mile which really spoke volumes since I m a new EV owner. Zane and Mike on the finance team were outstanding! They made what has been historically a daunting process absolutely painless. They were kind, so helpful, and I couldn t be happier! I m really thankful for my experience with this team and will happily go back for future cars. Highly recommend!

My husband scheduled service to take care of two recalls on his Beetle. He scheduled his service appointment to coincide with a trip he was taking out of PDX on the same day. We live two hours away from the dealership and the airport. At the time he made his service appointment, he was told it would not be a problem to leave his car for service and to pick it up upon his return from his trip 3 days later. On the day before his service appointment, he called to confirm and to remind the service department of what he planned to do. He was told that he could not "store his car" at the dealership after the repairs were done. They just didn't seem to care about making it easier or more convenient for the customer. So much for possibly purchasing another VW product here---we will look elsewhere.

Absolutely an amazing staff all the way around. Super helpful and very professional. Everybody made me feel right at home and they were willing to work with me, helping with: understanding everything that goes into acquiring a vehicle. Very informative and pleasant experience. I appreciate everyone there. Zayn, Koren (spelling might be a bit off) tall handsome fella. And the Gavins are awesome. Great atmosphere and friendly and they have coffee!!! 10 stars!

I recently bought a car here and absolutely loved the experience. I spent about 5 hours here with 2 little kids and not one of them made me feel bad if they acted out. Garrett showed me multiple cars and showed me all of my options and found me a car that I absolutely fell in love with. The man at the front desk was very kind and brought coloring pages out for my kids and offered them snacks. Zane did my paperwork and I'm so glad because at this point my kids were done and being quite naughty and after reading through them all again I know he didn't have me sign anything that didn't make sense. I will NEVER go to a small shady dealership again and will be back if and when it's time for a new car.

I was in and out to drop off my vehicle for my appointment. Confirmed some info quickly. Vlad kept me update to date. Had answers to all my questions. No high pressure sales. Advised of recommended services coming up. Gave me a car wash and sent me on my way. It was fantastic!!!!

Nathan, and the entire VW team gave us the best experience we have ever had at a car dealership. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and personable. We never thought we could recommend friends to a dealership, but definitely will after our experience with Nathan and team! We look forward to being long-term customers.

Everything about our buying experience was right. Jake was so pleasant and patient. Jacob came in with so much support and worked to get us an awesome package. The ID.4 is such a great car that I traded in my beloved BMW.

Had a great experience with Nathan and Jake. Super easy, came in, asked my questions, was firm on what I wanted and between them and their finance manager Zane, they made it happen quickly. They stayed well over closing time to ensure the quality of the transaction was up to my satisfaction. I was able to spend time getting to know the staff while I was shopping for my car and I never once felt like a customer but more like a friend. I ll be buying my next vehicle from them.

I wanted to thank Isaiah for the test drive earlier in the week. I was skeptical on getting a EV but he guided me through the process and we came back yesterday to buy one! Super professional and answered every question we had and took care of everything.I also wanted to thank Colin for being so quick and efficient on getting the paperwork completed so quickly and walking us through that process as well. Appointment at 9am. I told them I would wait there. At 12:30pm they came and told me the vehicle was ready. Later in the day I saw an email on my phone that car was ready at 11:09am. My phone did not signal me that I had a message. Sometimes messages do not go through immediately. Why would a message be sent when I was in the waiting room?

I worked with Corin, Mike & Colin. Just got to say those guys seriously took care of me and did everything they could to make sure I got my dream car. The car wasn t ready until a couple days after I bought it as there was a recall. But Mike put me in a rental to get me by FREE OF CHARGE. And I also noticed a chip in the windshield when I finally had brought it home from the dealership and called them the next day. They told me to come as soon as I could and they would take care of it for me. Brought it around 4:45 and was back on my way at 5:05. Love this place. So if you come here wanting to buy a car from my experience Corin is your best bet!

I made an appointment two weeks in advance to fix the VW emblem and the squeak in the rear hatch. During the two weeks something happened to one of the front sensors and they are not working at all. The dash says to clean the sensors, which I did, and it still doesn t work. I called service before my appointment to let them know what happened, and if it could be fixed at the same time. I dropped my car off at the time of my appointment, and it took 5hrs to repair the two problems I had wrong with the vehicle originally. When I picked up my vehicle, they told me that the sensor isn t covered and I will have to pay out of pocket. I leased the Atlas only a couple months ago, and I don t feel like I should pay out of pocket on a brand new vehicle.

Let me start with saying I m the person that despises car dealership s and the stigma surrounding used car salesmen. Initially, I went to sell my truck only, but I decided to check out a few vehicles while I was there and Koren completely changed my perception of salesmen. He never pushed or forced an upsell, or any typical annoying sales tactics . Just a natural conversation about what I was looking for and how to make it happen. I also appreciate the help from Debbie in the purchasing center, to Koren in sales, and finally Zane in finance. Thank you all!

The services recommended were not clearly explained to me. I do not just take a technician word for it. I would much rather see what needs to be done. All 4 tires were recommended to be changed but they are not in a bad shape just yet. I do not feel like I can trust a technician word in this location, felt like they were just going to try to get my money.

Isaiah was truly excellent to work with. I typically can t stand the process of procuring a car, but he was so helpful, down to earth, and nothing like the cheesy sales experience we ve all come to expect and dread. Isaiah embodies the personable and considerate spirit that buyers can only hope to find. I strongly recommend him if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
