If you have a Tesla then this is the best body shop in town. Unfortunately, there are very few Tesla certified body shops in the state of Washington and they are among those few places who are certified and approved from Tesla. Moreover, they have the best rates in the whole state of Washington. Their staff members are very skilled and they know exactly how to talk to insurance. They are amazing and they help you above and beyond. They have a huge facility with a so many certified technicians. I called every place in the state for the appointment and they gave me the earliest. Overall, the customer service is really amazing. I came all the way from Seattle for the repair and I must say it was worth it.I would highly recommend this body shop for any sort of repair work

One of the best auto collision and body repair shop in Washington state. Great customer service with regular updates provided and workmanship is of superior quality. Consider your Tesla to be in good and reliable hands at this center. My model Y was in immovable state in Jan with back tire suspension crooked from a hit. The timeline given by other Collison centers around Seattle was closer to the fall of 2024. Got my Tesla towed to D&H. Fixed in just over a month. Thank you for the amazing support.

I understand that this takes time. We brought our Honda Pilot in for repairs. We were able to get it back in time for the winter storm, but even that took some doing.Everything was fixed except a sensor they were waiting on from the manufacturer. I called a couple weeks ago and it seemed like I was a inconvenience for John. He repeated several times that he had a reminder set on his email.We still haven't received the sensor or even a call. It was supposed to be in at the end of January. It's now the end of February.Mix this with the fact that they didn't even look at a couple other items I wanted fixed.Assuming that I may need to call my insurance company to report that they paid for something I've yet to receive.Communication is horrible.

This was the worst auto repair experience of my life. I had a dent on the liftgate, and a broken reflector. At the estimate, they told me the liftgate would need to be replaced. I've had structural body work done on past vehicles that took 2-3 days. This repair took 2 1/2 months.The day I dropped it off I expected less than a week (they did not communicate their timelines until that day). They had not ordered the parts they needed to work on it. They only worked on it Tuesdays and Thursdays (if then). While I got "updates", they never answered any of the specific questions or concerns I had asked.I twice requested a meeting with the manager, which was promised, but never happened. When I dropped it off, they asked (twice) if I wanted a loaner from them, but my insurance had a rental car reserved for me, so I declined. A full month later, when my insurance rental ran out, I called for a loaner, and they told me that loaners were not a service they provided (after having asked me earlier if I had one through them).If they had been honest about their time frames ahead of time, I would have refused service, but they were not. They also refused to estimate time frames once they had my car.Also, I expected them to replace the liftgate with the correct color (basic repair 101). However, they sourced the wrong color and needed to paint it, and post factory paint jobs are always lower in quality/ hardiness than the factory work.This was a horrible experience all around. The lack of accurate and honest communication, the insane time frames, the use of substandard parts. Most of all, I don't know anyone who can go for 2 1/2 months without their car. For a dent. And a broken reflector.

Absolutely horrible place to bring your vehicle. I had minor damage from a rear end accident and they repaired my vehicle. The day after I picked it up my dash lit up with warning lights. I took it back twice for them to tell me that it needs to be diagnosed at my expense! They messed up my car and refuse to take responsibility for it. Do not take your car here!

We are very happy with the repairs to our Subaru. The work was excellent and done in a short amount of time. We want to thank Alvin for the great service and going out of his way to make sure we we completely satisfied. Also Emily was extremely helpful and patient with us. The whole staff is rated A+. I should have taken the hint when it took me two months to get an appointment for an estimate.Pros: the communication from John, Trinidy, and Calli was great. I appreciated their updates and extra effort they went through to secure a headlamp for my car when it was on a national back order. Otherwise, who knows when my car would have been ready. So far, my car looks great and the damage was repaired. Thank you.Cons: Timing. I dropped off my car and didn t get a notification that it was being evaluated for about it a month. Did it just sit there? Why did I have to drop it off then, instead of dropping it off later? I was without a car for 9 weeks for a minor fender bender, and wasted the 30 day rental benefit from my insurance before the shop even took my car apart to see what repairs it needed. Waiting around to see when it would be done was very stressful.

Couldn't be happier with the work that was done on my car. Thankfully i didn't have to commute far, as this location is Tesla Certified My car suffered front end damage, and the difference is night and day. Chris was awesome throughout the whole process. He kept me updated with every step of the process ( tear down, ordering parts etc) . I can tell they take pride in their work, i most definitely recommend bringing your car here, especially if you own a Tesla Vehicle. Great experience. They communicated very clearly before, during, and after the work. The job was done early and the car looks as good as new. I really appreciated the complimentary Lyft to and from the location made working with them MUCH easier. When I picked up the car I found they d provided a complimentary detailing. Above and beyond my expectations!

I brought my 2021 Tesla in for minor damage repair that was supposed to take less than two weeks to complete and had THE WORST experience ever with this shop. Instead of two weeks, repair took two month to complete and there was excuse after excuse as for why there was a delay including We have a lot of cars in the shop waiting for repair After I finally came to get my car to my huge disappointment I found several flaws with the repair, such as scratches on the paint, loose rubber, etc.. (see pictures attached) and very annoyed Estimator who was rolling his eyes and wasn t willing to explain as for why they did such a poor job repairing my car. In addition to all of that, vehicle started making squeaky noise in the steering wheel that was not there before.Spread the word and don t make the same mistake I made choosing this shop.Service: Body & Trim

The customer service - Non-existent. The shop has had my car for about 3 months. I have been trying to reach Chris for almost a week. He won't return my calls. The shop delayed my job for 2 weeks because they couldn't find a fender for my car and decided to keep that a secret from me and the insurance company. I would think a body shop should be able to find a fender for a car. Chris actually told me if I ordered one and brought it to them, they would buy if from me. Poor performance from a body shop. Kris was a real pleasure to work with, very helpful. She walked me thru the process and arranged for an Enterprise rental (paid by my insurance). Good communication throughout the process.Andrew and Arveen did an excellent body repair job on my 2015 Honda Civic.Chris and Christian did an outstanding pain job, perfectly matching the color and the "metallic" appearance.Whoever cleaned and polished the car, along with cleaning the interior did a superb job.My car looks like new!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an amazing experience getting my windshield replaced here. The staff was very nice and helpful with the whole process. I have an ignition interlock device installed in my vehicl3 and they made the accommodations I needed that resulted in a smooth and speedy install. I highly recommend this shop.

They got my car on a Monday and got it back to me on Thursday that same week! I know that not all repairs are so easily done but, I am 8 months pregnant and I was paying for my own rental car praying that I would get my own car back before I deliver. They made extra effort to keep me informed of the process and get my car back to me all fixed and beautiful! They were easy to contact and very personable and friendly also honest and straight forward. Thanks Alvin and Kyle you were great!

Communication about the repair was very poor. It was promised that I would not be able to see the repair work after finished. The paint color did not match as promised. The car was not left as clean as when I left it with them.

Received estimates from 4 places and theirs was the lowest estimate. Lily and Kris were helpful and communicative, even when deciding whether or not we were going to go through insurance. There were daily updates on the progress of the repairs. Repairs were completed earlier than they said they would be. No problems with the repair itself so far. Really satisfied, especially with customer service. Everyone there was really nice. Will go here again if we need another repair in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Was given a two week time frame during the estimate for a fender bender repair. It has now been four weeks. I understand that their are shortages and staffing issues but they should have factored that into the time frame. My car has just been sitting in their parking lot, they could have put it back together and let me use it until they have what they need to fix it. This has been extremely inconvenient and disruptive. However I hear this is normal for auto body today.

Very impressed by how they handled everything. I was very leary about this whole process . Especially on how to deal with someone else's insurance. I didnt have to! Everything went so well. The car looks great to but my main concern was dealing with the insurance and rental car place. Thank you!Edit: just used them again. Top notch still.

Dealer sent my brand-new Santa Fe 2023 hybrid in for a creaking sound on the driver side while driving. They found the defective factory pinch weld and fixed it. Thank you for fixing my brand-new car and getting it all taken care of. Much appreciated.
