Fabian Castro was our sales rep. He was great and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the whole buying process. He helped negotiate a good deal for us and made sure we were happy with the purchase process. He has reached out several times since buying our Subaru to check in and make sure we were still satisfied. If we buy another Subaru it will be with Fabian. He made the car buying experience truly painless and was the best car salesman experience we have ever had! Low pressure and 100% customer orientated.

Bought my first brand new car from here about a week ago and it was the most painless and quickest deal I ve done. Worked with Tanner and had a deal hammered out in about an hour and half. He was quick, listened to what I wanted, very professional. Would definitely recommend working with him!

I have worked with Christian over many years, and he is such a good natured guy who authentically likes to take care of you and your car. He just got promoted, and that makes me feel like this place takes care of great employees. That to me means they take care of your cars. Always service my outback here and nowhere else.

Rosa is absolutely amazing!!! It was my first time purchasing a car. I was deciding between a 2024 Subaru crosstrek and a 2024 Toyota RAV4. She asked the basic questions and took the time to ask what it was that I REALLY wanted/requirements for the car I d be purchasing. I had looked at used models for $27-29,000 that were older, with 12-52,000 miles and didn t have the features I wanted. She showed me 2024 s that were 0 miles that were $31,000 and had exactly what I wanted. Rosa was able to find me a better deal and better savings for financing the car than what I had already been preapproved for from a credit union I d gone to. She made sure to explain everything to me (gap insurance, safety features, financing) and let me know that for my tiny size (5 2) I d most likely feel more comfortable in the crosstrek. She brought the car around when it was p*ssing rain, absolutely drenched and with a smile on her face! We test drove it and I absolutely fell in love with the car. After completing all of the paperwork she signed me up for a 30 minute course with someone to go through all of the tech, some passes, the Subaru app and she connected my phone to the car during the test drive. She went as far as to drive the car to my house in camas to make sure I went home with it! There was no pressure, I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time despite my anxiety over this new milestone. HIGHLY recommend going to Rosa for any purchases you make at this Subaru location, customer service is through the roof. Thank you Rosa for making it feel like family & for being so personable throughout our time together. I appreciate you endlessly and I hope you get everything you want in this short lived life :)

This was my very first time purchasing a car, Jay (and my parents) helped me with the process. Jay made it simple for me to understand everything and was absolutely amazing and friendly. He didn't push me to add any extra stuff, understood my needs and I was able to walk out with my new car! Mikella in financing was also very easy to work with. She took her time and made it an easier process to understand. Definitely the best service I've had, I highly recommend this dealership.

High pressure sales and unprofessional sales person. Very unpleasant. Would not take no for an answer. We felt harassed and badgered. They were basically trying to prevent us from leaving. Initially Austin was not cooperative in giving back the keys to our trade in! That s scary. He was not honest up front about the monthly payment of the lease. Bait and switch.I had problems several years ago with Hannah dealerships. I thought maybe they had changed. Not so much.

my wife was in to get her oil changed on her2017 Subaru outback.it took 2,5 hours that's ridiculous then the service rep told her she need a $500.00 battery and it would be a $120,00 positive battery cable end. then $189.00 to change a cabin air filter. we will never use your service department again. or ever buy another new vehicle from your dealership againI realize prices have gone up, but this borders on customer robbery. my wifes name is Carole Preecs, her cars vin # is 4s4bsadc1h3275153 . we have paid your service dept. lots of $ in the last 7 years. hope you made some money cuz we WILL NEVER RETURN to your ripoff dealership again.!!!!

I loved the experience buying my car and have not really had any issues when it came to getting service so far. However, recently the passenger door on my 2022 outback stopped opening from the inside. There's no reason why this started happening, the issue came out of nowhere. I went to the service center to get it fixed and since I was 300 mi outside of the warranty that comes with the car, they said I would have to pay for it. Personally, because of the type of issue, considering it's not an engine issue or other wear and tear from driving the car over a certain mileage, I think it's unfair that I would have to pay out of pocket for such a random issue that my car I've had just over a year is having. A lock is not going to stop working because I've hit 36,000 mi. It seems like a bit of a "lemon" issue. Since they weren't helpful, I'm taking the issue straight to Subaru but wanted to warn others in case your car starts having weird issues like this.

The website "bot" is horrible. Won't answer simple question, then said "bye" to me and hung up. Just wanted to know answer to simple question... the Ascents they advertise don't tell me how many passengers it will support... seven or eight? Damn stupid bot couldn't answer and wouldn't direct me to a human who could. I thought the motto was "believe in nice". Internet experience "not nice".

We had the same car for 18 years. Was thinking about an Outback. A man with cowboy boots frist time said to late it was almost closing. Next time same man said we could not drive one till sure we would buy if like. Next time same man said he would go get key to car never came back and neither did we. Bought new Mazda and very happy with it and sales man.

If you re looking to find a new or used car I recommend JR as he helped me get my outback this last weekend. This is the fourth vehicle myself and family members have purchased here in the last two years! I love the no b.s. and I get to take home a car I love. Getting a good salesman is always difficult and I am happy to say that this last time I was beyond satisfied with the care and time he put into my purchase. He is a great person to talk to if you re unsure what you want, and knowledge like that is priceless! I was lucky to be able to get a great deal, and all within a couple hours. Thank you!!

They are extremely happy to help guide you to buy a car and services. Expect significant markups and pushy warranty with extremely poor follow through of coverage. A typical stealership. I have heard better things from Carr of Beaverton if you are set on Subaru.
