I hate to blast people on the Internet, but after not hearing back for two weeks regarding an issue I guess this is my only option. I took my car in to have a few things done with it. I got home and the car was still having the same problems that they claimed to have fixed and charged me for. The person in the service department that I had worked with told me to come back at a scheduled time the following week when it was convenient for me. I took the time off work for this appointment. When I arrived, I was not on the schedule and was told that they could not see me even though I had confirmation emails. The person I had talked to told me that they would not work on the issues regardless, and there was a note on my account to send me elsewhere to have fixed. My service person had the day off. I sent messages to the service person that have helped me original but got no call back. There was no conversation or refund offered after I had paid for that repair.

I called to get an oil change service for my BMW they got me in same day. They quoted me one price and charged me another price which was more than the original. Then they couldn t clear the message that says to service my oil, nor could they figure out how to get my odometer reading, I now have to contact a BMW dealer to get the oil message off my dash and the other error message that says there the emergency call system has malfunctioned. If you are selling all types of car models then you should have mechanics capable of servicing them. And be able to complete the service

They were great.. I have been having problems with my car and Dokota was great about keeping me informed and up to date on what was going on I was able to get my car back sooner than we thought and it is working great..

Great customer service, gave us all of the information we needed regarding our cars health, fitted us for new tires and changed the oil , they noticed a few things that needed maintenance and took care of it. Highly recommend

I would of never bought the vehicle, I only had the car 1 month and it was in Service just about the whole time, the front window had to be replaced trim on the driver window had to be replaced all this should of been noticed before they sold the car, and I still hear air from the driver side

I paid $195 for a misdiagnosis. On my 2018 Buick Encore. There was also an item missing out of my car ashtray. I was very dissatisfied with my experience and paid for nothing. Dakotah ensured it was a great experience. I was schedule for a simple oil change, but I'm moving 1200 miles away in June so we did the 60K service a little early. He and the mechanic determined a few things that weren't necessary at this time, so that saved some money! It was worth the wait.Hannah service center has been doing my service work for over 7 years. Cory, was promoted to their Finance Team! Couldn t happen to a better guy!Dick s Service Team offer full service and have been great to work with. We don t see much of the Service Team except for regular services, because they thoroughly go through their vehicles and they repair and resolve issues prior to putting vehicles out on the lot to sell.Great Team! When my car overheated, I worried that I might have a much bigger problem, but the technician let me know it was only a bad thermostat and everything else checked out ok. I have been to many auto repair shops in my 60 yrs of driving I have never left a good review but Dakota the service manager & Eric the director left me so impressed with their communication, kindness & respect for this 76 yr old woman I had to send them a gold buzzer review from the minute I arrived till the day my car was repaired they kept the line of communication open and kept me informed, when the parts arrived they told me they could get my car in the following Tuesday but I was going to be out of town so they squeezed me in on Monday & repaired my car in record time I cannot say enough good things about this shop if needed again I will happily be back thank you gentlemen C PattonServices: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Air conditioning

Brought my 21 Trx for the cooling fan not working, they told me the fan is working fine. The truck is getting to 225 degrees in 30 degree weather it's never got that hot in 117 degree weather. I also told them the fan is supposed to turn on in sport mode, they told me it does turn on in sport mode, it doesn't! I bet when the warranty they find the problem. Now I've got a 96k truck that I can't drive.

Came for an oil change and was quoted a price. Wait was pretty quick about a hour. Went to pay and it was less because I didn't need a tire rotation... also changed my FOB battery and car was vacuumed. Great service.

Eric is exceptional. He always takes the time to make sure I am fully informed with everything that happens. The service department really makes me a part of the service team when working on my vehicle not just a paying customer.

I was on time, they were late. It took over an hour to finish. And for paying over $100.00 for an oil change service, you would think they would have at least vacuumed the inside of my car or washed it like they do at other dealerships. And they didn t sanitize my car after them being in it.They had no cups for water and no coffee out like when I had just bought my car three weeks prior. I felt stuck.
