Do yourself a favor and ask for Lucas Davidson! He s not your typical pushy salesman and will go the extra mile to get you the vehicle you want. Over the course of two months we had many conversations about the Kia Telluride, and even sent me info on different cars he had on his lot. Even though I had worked with other Kia dealerships that were closer to us, we drove an hour out of our way to make our purchase with him. I felt that he, of all the salesmen we worked with deserved our business. He made the car buying experience a lovely one.

Lucas was great. He was very caring with our daughter, patient, and took the time to answer all our questions. No pressure sales. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and wants to make sure they get the best fit for them. Even after our purchase he took the time to go over everything with the car and make sure we were comfortable. Even has been following up making sure everything is going well. Very appreciate of him and the other staff at this location.

I arrived at the dealership to finalize the purchase of a reserved vehicle and the salesperson I'd been dealing with (David Rivas) was unavailable so Lucas N. was the person who helped me. He was personable and knowledgeable and in not too long we had a deal. It was a busy, sunny Saturday afternoon so the back and forth with the sales manager took a while but we eventually got it done. I was very pleased with the final cost and the F&I person (Kelsey) didn't pressure me or try to get me to buy things I didn't want so that part of the process was pretty good too.

Easy to arrange an appointment. Manager and salesman followed up and I was met promptly at my scheduled appointment time. Good opportunity to peruse options, informative test drive and a relatively smooth convergence re trade in and net price. In and out with a new Kia in less than 3 hours. Salesperson Curt was great.

It was a great experience over all. Went in unplanned and left with a Kia Telluride. Working with Brian, Anthony and the team was great and look forward to doing business with them in the future. If you re looking for a no stress car buying experience then I would head to them.

I wish I could say I had a good experience here but it's been a headache, five months after purchase, the vehicle is running out of oil every week in a half, so I have had to go to the trouble of replacing the oil every week to a week in a half. The end result it needed a new engine, I purchased the warranty and was assured it would cover. The vehicle is now undrivable and cost of repairs that are related to the engine are uncovered and the bill is almost higher than the cost of the vehicle, tried trading it in and ran into having double the car payment I was making, the salesman said they would have liked to help me, but a million dollar business as big as Kia could do nothing to help or fix the bad business they've done of selling me a lemon. I haven't even had the vehicle a year. I was told by the service dept that the previous owner had the same test done and was having the same issue with the vehicle, so it sounds like they resold a lemon. Very disappointing and worst car buying experience I've ever had.I'd like to add to my review a supervisor by the name of Alex reached out to me stating he has reviewed the issues that I've been having with my vehicle shortly after purchase and they have decided to pay for the service and have provided me with a loaner vehicle while they are servicing the vehicle. Although I wish it could have been decided sooner to save some stress, I am glad they have reached out to help resolve the issue. I will update my review with the end result and hopefully this will end up having a good end result.

I cannot believe that we have fallen so far that the experience I have encountered is acceptable. I try to be understanding in most cases, but I can't excuse the experience I have had here.Brought my car in for a repair that was supposed to take one afternoon....that was three days ago now. I have come back five times now and was ASSURED that my car would be ready today. Mind you- because I never planned to be without a vehicle for more than one afternoon, I have been without a car and have had to get rides every time I have come here.Today I am reassured that the money I prepaid yesterday for parts and services have been completed. I ask for the old part back (I had requested this since my original visit) because it was under warranty with another parts establishment. Thankfully- I had asked for that part back. Because in an effort to "find" the part- it came to light that they never actually replaced the part. AFTER I had paid to have it replaced INCLUDING parts and labor.Additionally- yesterday- before I was as frustrated as I am now- Kassy Shaw, one of their service team receptionists, whipped a paper away from me when I was trying to show her a reference I had the day before with another rep, and had an absolute terrible attitude. She is not suited for customer forward service.I cant even begin to tell you how far I would go to NOT recommend these guys to you folks. As it stands, I'm STILL in their waiting room, waiting on someone to help me......If you think you don't like car salesmen as a whole, don't think you will get anything better with this service department.

Edit***While I firmly believe that the first experience I had was completely accurate It ultimately led to my second interaction. Which deserves notice. It s very hard to come by a business that stands by their word. I am happy to say they did just that. I was contacted immediately after voicing my concerns. It wasn t your usual I m sorry for the mix up call. They honestly did go above and beyond just to make my fluke of an experience a million times better. Above all of that, they genuinely listened to what I had to say, and will be able to properly educate the first sales person that misspoke. Life is a constant learning curve, and while I wish the first experience could have gone better, I m glad the next person that walks in will ultimately have a better car buying experience. ****Between lowball pricing for trades, high interest rates, and lack of communication between the sales floor and financing, not much nice going on around here. We had a much easier time financing through our bank and taking that to their competitor to buy the exact same vehicle with more benefits for 26,000 less with our trades. An absolute waste of our time and resources.

I had a great experience buying my new Kia Soul last weekend. It s unusual to say that buying a new car is a fun experience, but it actually was fun! The salesperson, Anthony, was professional and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk with and I felt comfortable discussing my concerns and needs. Dave and Kelsey helped with the paperwork and financial stuff. They were great also! We laughed a lot and I walked away having enjoyed my time there and not feeling like I had wasted time. It was such a great experience, that my wife ended up buying a car too. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Billy was a fantastic salesman from start to end. He was very patient with our family circumstances, came in on his day off, and was very informative and helped us find the car that fit our needs.he clearly cares about his customers and their experience. When it was time to finalize the deal, the finance officer was extremely efficient in providing us with necessary information while helping us finalize the process. Everyone was very kind and helpful from start to end. I highly recommend this dealership!

Had my truck 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 Rambox diesel detailed at Dickhannah Vancouver detail shop on 2/14/2024 , and they did a good job, on March 15, 2024 I put my truck up for sale and a person from out of town come to look at it, looked it over asked me if I had a problem if he took it some where and had a Vehicle buyer pre-inspection and I said no problem, he was from out of town and I recommended Dickhannah of Vancouver since they were closest to me, he called them they got him in and told him all 4 Ball Joints weren t good at a cost around $3000. the guy called me told me what they said , asked if I would be interested in splitting the cost in witch surprised me as I was thinking all four of them, i questioned it as I actually had a text from Dickhannah Vancouver on my phone saying from there buyers department saying they were very interested in buying my truck and I responded, someone coming to look at the truck rite now, So I told the guy to take the truck back to his home town and take it to less Schwab tires and get a second opionion and if nothing wrong to mail me the cost difference back to me and he said that sounded fair, next thing I know a check showed up in the mail from the guy who bought my truck a check for $1500. And a note saying, turns out our instinct was rite. Less Schwab Tires did not have any concerns about the Ball Joints. Here is the difference, Thank you again. So you can say I was alittle Ruffled that I recommended Dickhannah and either they seen the truck they were very interested in popped up at there dealership and tried to make a deal fall threw or they went out of there way to rip this guy off for a $400. Pre-vehicle inspection, I call them asked to speak to the highest guy I could Dickhannah they said they didn t know how to get ahold of him, I told them what happened and they owed the man who bought my truck $400. They said no, I would like to think Dickhannah or someone who really cares about there business and what is really happening at there place reads this review. I do have a copy of the check the buyer sent me and the text from there buyers department of them saying there very interested in my truck, I m sure they can find out who I am this all took place on 3/15/2024. It will take a life time to make a good reputation and only 1 or 2 incidents to destroy it. I have never left a review other then this with Dickhannah of Vancouver, be very Cautious when do business Here..

Buying a new car can be an overwhelming experience. I filled out an inquiry form online and Gianni replied by email. He was super helpful with answers to my initial questions. Once I decided to go into the dealership, I was introduced to Lucas who was knowledgeable, patient, and worked with me until I was 100% satisfied the deal. Neither one had a creepy car salesman vibe and both were very easy going and conveyed only positivity and helpfulness throughout the entire process. In the end, I got the car that is perfect for me and I m absolutely in love with it.

Leaving a note for my service advisor Ruby. She was instrumental in coordinating my drop off, shipping of parts from CA and feathering the actual work under an incredibly short timeline. She was attentive via text and calling when needed. In addition Ruby gave me detailed information on the work that was done and work that was soon needed. I will be scheduling my next tuneup at Kia.

After the crazy snow/ice/rain weather my cars low pressure light went on. I went to Kia and Ruby helped me and didn't make me feel bad for not figuring out the tire pressure issue myself. She got my car tires corrected and made me feel safe to get on the road again during our crazy NW winter. I appreciated her time and effort.

I m a very satisfied NEW owner of KIA PRESTIGE , February 1,2024 .When I sent emails to the different KIA dealers asking about their cars it s Gianni from KIA Vancouver who got back to me right away. I called him and will be accommodated that same morning .Gianni showed us the car and explained everything that needs to know about it which added to the research I did online. His knowledge/ information satisfied me that I decided that this is the right car to replace my 14 month old Toyota BZM4X All electric.Though, I only have 8900+ miles to this car, replacing it with KIA Plug -in Hybrid is the way to go.The trade in processed went satisfactorily with the big help of Gianni who went beyond his job as a sales representative. He makes our decision easier. Whenever I have questions regarding the operations/maneuvering the car I can easily reach him.I am a happy costumer of Gianni of KIA Vancouver.

The sales team: Curt, Lucas, and Josh were all very helpful and patient with my family and that s why it s disheartening to give this team a 2 star rating due to the dismal interaction with a member of their finance team.We were called in because a trade number was said to us over the phone only for us to walk in, wait for the figures and get an offer much lower than what was stated. On top of that, when I said what the situation was he responds with I m not doing 1 dollar over, you should go to the other dealership .I wanted so deeply to give my business to these gentleman, but unfortunately I bought my new car elsewhere.

I had a fantastic time buying a used 2022 Kia EV Ex. It was at a great price, I had done my research ahead of time, and I did not want to stay all day at the dealership. I told that to Curt, my salesman at the beginning of the my car buying experience; and CURT HUSTLED, and helped get things moving and organized and me on my way. Curt was knowledgeable and friendly and professional, and I would definitely buy from him again.One thing I was not expecting was the support after I had purchased the car. I was concerned because the previous owner had Kia Connect set up with the car. I got in contact with the dealership, and Curt was EXCELLENT at showing me the previous owner had been deactivated and how to set it up for myself. As a note for used car buyers reading this review, Kia connect does cost a subscription to use. Overall though, I was super appreciative of the support that I got even after the car had been purchased :)Photos are from when I bought the car and when I went back in person to get help with the Kia Connect.

Kurt was incredible! We have had scarring experiences with previous car shopping endeavors and Kurt was the polar opposite. He was kind, caring, and accommodating. He made sure we were truly happy with the car and got to the bottom of our purchasing drive to make sure he was really getting us in the right car. Good afternoon. We would like to leave a review about our visit to the dealership. We speak English very, very poorly!We wanted to buy a new car and couldn't decide on the model! A girl came to our aid, her name is Anya, it turned out that she speaks Ukrainian and Russian as well! Therefore, she is very accessible and understandable on a professional level, explained to us and told us the characteristics of different car models! We are very surprised how professionally and very competently Anya gave us information on each model that we were interested in! Besides what she said professionally, she was very polite with a smile on her face! People like Anya have a lot of customers! We were not approved for financing the first time! But Anya, she did her best and made every attempt to make requests to different banks as much as possible so that the loan would be approved for us!In the end, we were approved for financing, and we bought a new car! We bought a new car only thanks to the manager Anya!!!!! If it wasn't for Anya, we wouldn't have been able to buy a car!Thanks to such an employee, a manager like Anya, there will be more and more customers in your dealership, I am sure of it!
