Karim was an excellent sales person. He was very considerate of my time and make the transaction smooth. He gave my daughter the time she needed to learn the vehicle. I would blindly recommend him to my family and friends.

Let me start off with Brandon in service. Super attentive and seriously on it. He communicates everything going on with your vehicle and always is so pleasant. Joe and Bret sold me a Subaru while I was getting my other vehicle serviced and were so helpful and patient. They took the time to actually talk to me like I was a human being and not just a sale. They were patient with me and answered all my questions. My situation was tricky and Bret with his extensive tenure in the business reassured me it was all gonna be fine and it was. Joe sent me several text following up and just making sure I was all good. Jeff poor Jeff in financing..super nice and informative. Also very patient with as I am not always the best at keeping my stress level down in these situations. This dealership has pride and a lot of years of experience amongst its staff. I will be a return customer for years to come. Thank you all.

They took very good care of me. warranty work was done correctly, and oil change. they did a full inspection and let me know what needed to be done before they started. I would recommend it. in and out faster than most dealerships that takes a month for repairs

Really liked my salesmen STEVE WALSH he deserves ALL of the commission. Everything went smoothly on the delivery . Steve has kept in contact during and after my Jeep purchase. Had a really good experience buying my new Jeep after 22 years with my other one.

Brian Cortez was amazing. There was no bait and switch. The price was exactly what was advertised. No hidden anything which is good these days. I told Brian I wanted to make this easy and he made it exactly that. This will now be my go too dealer and Brian my go too salesman.

Joe helped me from start to finish. I like that Joe was not pushy. He asked me questions to make sure I was satisfied and didn't push too hard. He is friendly, and knowledgeable. Sometimes it can be intimidating for a woman to walk into a dealership alone and make a big car purchase. All of the people who helped me made me feel comfortable, I felt welcomed and knew I could ask questions of the entire team. I LOVE MY NEW JEEP TRAILHAWK!

Rick Baertlein did a great job and I feel like a got good deal on a car that I now love. However, when I first showed up to check out a different car, I expected the car to have all of the features that were advertised on its listing page, but I was told the car did not have the features that I needed and that the listings are often not accurate. I find this inexcusable and would equate it to false advertising. Please fix your listings.

My salesperson Chandler, was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the Jeep I was shopping for.If he could not answer a question about the vehicle had an answer for me within five minutes or less.I would recommend Chandler to others interesting in purchasing a new vehicle.Christina in the finance office was very thorough and also answered all our questions. Christina was really pleasant and easy to deal with. My wife and I never felt rushed or pressured.Overall great experience.

Roxanne was great and a pleasure to work with. Was able to test drive during our snow and ice storm surprisingly, what better way to see what a vehicle can do then under extreme conditions. Jeeps are held high with their capabilities so it was great to put it to a real test and not just dry pavement.

We worked with Quilante Puckett to purchase a Jeep Wrangler 4xe. He was really helpful, patient, and understanding. Integrity is really important in my car purchasing experience and his integrity was one of the main reasons we went through on purchasing our Jeep.He was not a pushy sells person, rather he was a person who was interested in placing us in the right car that fit our lifestyle.We had a great car buying experience.

I leased and then bought my Jeep here. When it comes to service, as long as you have zero concerns about money or time, this place is for you. If you do have concerns about time and/or money, I'd recommend avoiding service at all costs. Worst service I've ever experienced.

Customer service was top notch! Very professional crew. Stopped by after a visit to another dealer. Found a great jeep. Very hassle free. Calmed my nerves as well as my wife's. Highly recommend. One of the best dealerships I've ever been too.

I made an appointment for service and showed up on time. Upon arrival I was told that my appointment was only to put my Jeep in line for service and that they would actually not work on it until they got around to it. Yes, they were talking days or weeks before a technician would actually look into the problem! So, why the appointment I asked and was told that all their appointments except lube, oil change and filters are that way. They expect the owners of Jeeps to drop off the Jeep and wait days to even get a diagnosis, let alone begin any repairs. They offered to rent me a car while I waited for them to have a chance to look into the problem!!So, if you value your time or expect to do something in the next few days with your Jeep, you better not go to Dick s.

Ive purchased a lot of Vehicles from different dealerships throughout the years and jeep has by far exceed my expectations. They went above and beyond to make our car buying experience easy and fun. Their customer service was amazing from Dina our sales representative coming in on her day off to close our deal to the financing department getting us the best deal. I couldn t be happier. They are one big family and you can feel it s not just about making a sale and pressuring you to buy a Vehicle it s bout the customer service they provide and making your car buying experience fun,stress less and getting you exactly what your looking for. Worked with Gabe, nice guy got my truck taken care of. They did a multi point inspection and found some issues that I'll need to take care of. Only downside is they no longer do the window cling stickers after an oil change. Not sure when that stopped, not a big deal just was nice to have.

Sales experience was great. Staff were knowlegable and helpfull and low pressure and their financing team were able to get me a better interest rate on the loan than I'd arranged with my bank.

Adrian was an absolute delight to work with, from our trade in to driving our new Jeep off the lot, he was informative and helpful the whole time. My husband and I have wanted a wrangler for so long and he helped us make that wish come true. Very quick and painless process. Even when we had to take it in the be serviced the next day, he made sure to call and check in to make sure we were being taken care of.

My salesman, Adrian, was awesome to work with. He was very friendly, and wasn t pushy at all. He listened to what I wanted my payments to be at, and worked hard to get them there. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle!

Beware! This dealership is like many others. We took our Jeep in to have a recall fixed and it was only supposed to take half a day. It is now 2 days later and we still do not have it back and it's impossible to talk to anybody who knows or seems to care.

It was an easy experience car buying. My sales guy Michael took over and his positive attitude and keeping expectations realistic was nice. The sales manager David was up front and set expectations and was very kind. Thank you all, and Roxy, who helped us first :) I love my new Jeep Renegade.

DON T DO SERVICE HERESpecially with service manager call Teila , because she won t give you your car before 3 months .She won t answer you if you call .Hint : new clients goes straight to her !That s a picture of my car how the service give it to me after fix it , they give it to me with a check engine light on , they didn t want to fix my car to save the insurance money !I really don t get how there s a company that big hiring people like that !!I bought my car from them and never coming back, because i lost the trust of the company.
