I firmly believe in supporting a veteran as I am a veteran veterans help veterans. The salesperson was top-notch I'd recommend him anywhere he goes in this life he's a good people. In all honesty I sold my vehicle for 20.8 k and it is currently listed on their website for 26.4 it is a Mazda 3 carbon edtion 2023. I did not get half of the difference between what they bought it for and what they're trying to sell it for so I can't give a five-star rating simply because I asked for $500 which would have been approximately half of what their profiting but I will recommend the salesperson they were top notch. This was the only dealership in the region that had a blue Honda and it's exactly what I wanted and I did drive away with it so I have nothing bad to say but 500 bucks would buy a fifth star

I adulted today + it was surprisingly the EASIEST part of my entire week. Erick in sales + Nick in management were professional, informative, and NOT pushy at all. Just bought my 24 Honda Accord Hybrid from Christian and he was so amazing and accommodating in terms of schedule, patience, and the fact I wasn't having the best day. He gave me a great car buying experience helped me move over things from my old car I never felt pressured and he was so friendly. I highly reccomend buying a car from Christian!

Customer since 2018, great sales people and overall team , don t have much to say about nick fauster sales manager but buyer beware with this guy, thinks he knows everything and everyone. If you want them to negatively funnel you a car or bait and switch you go here. Too bad they got lazy and comfortable.

I was originally interested in a different car from this dealership, but decided it wasn t for me, and they worked with me to find the perfect fit! John was honest and helpful, and Juan was friendly and made everything very easy.My friend and I were in and out of there in less than three hours, and I got to take my new car home that day!I can t say enough nice things about this place. Highly, highly recommend!

I was working with Christina yesterday and let me tell you she is JUST SIMPLY AMAZING!! The whole staff is great, but she took her time to go over all of my vehicles needs, pricing, and financing options etc.. (She even Let me know all my future vehicles needs in advance as well, So I can plan and budget!!)She even explained what they were doing since I don t speak car!!! And even gave me a deal! She is the BEST!! Let me tell you I can t say thank you enough!!Merry Christmas :)

Christian was fantastic. We were unsure of what we wanted had to come back 3 days In a row to test drive and weigh our options to make our final decision between various cars. He stayed late called early whatever we needed to help us ultimately get the vehicle that was right for us.

Yesterday, I reached out and talked with rep Oswaldo. I explained that I wanted to buy a new Honda Civic in a manual and saw the dealership would have one in soon. Initially, the conversation went well, until I was sent the detailed invoice. It included over $3000 of extra charges. I explained that I didn't want the extra warranty and he informed me why I needed it. I did not hear back from him. I called again today and talked with Ben Doan. I explained the situation and he gave me another invoice. I explained that I will put down the down payment and wait until the car came in.First, the second invoice was more expensive. I told him I didn't want the extra warranty or other items listed. He told me the dealership wouldn't sell me the car unless I agreed. When I asked why it was more expensive, he stated I needed to get the 7 year extended warranty instead of 5 year. At that point I felt extremely disrespected. I stated I was feeling manipulated and he said the dealership may miss out on money if someone else comes in and wants all the extras.Later, I sent him a text to verify he wouldn't sell me the car unless I met his demands. He then called me. I informed him I bought the same car from a different dealership who didn't manipulate me into buying more than I wanted. He had the audacity to laugh.The interactions I've had with staff is highly inappropriate.

Greg was especially accommodating. I didn't feel like I was waiting around at a normal car dealership. I almost felt at home. I had an excellent experience and now I have an excellent car .

I had a great experience at this dealership. The salesperson, Erick, assisted with me the whole time getting me a perfect car. He helped me narrow down from 10 cars to the one that is perfect for me. He cooperated well with me on communicating with me since I m deaf and made sure I understood everything.

Wow, what a great experience. After having done a bit of research online I connected with Criss Torres at the dealership. I explained that the last time I was car shopping was in 2002 when I purchased a Honda CRV. I was going to need a lot of help understanding all the new controls and improvements. Chris was great explaining everything ensuring that I was comfortable with the controls and how to use them. I ended up purchasing a new Honda CRV at a great price. I left feeling good about the entire experience from beginning to end. Chris did cover the options available but there was no pressuring me when I declined.I recommend that anyone in the market for a new Honda, go talk to Chris Torres at Vancouver Honda .

Be careful buying cars from this establishment. They attempted to sneak extras into my contract after I explicitly told them no (electronics protection package). Also, they lowballed me 4,000$ on a resale vehicle compared to Toyota Vancouver. Good luck!

John and Manny were great. I has been texting with Jeff and made the appointment thru Jeff. I felt very comfortable and not pressured at all. The only negative thing was that there was still a lot of ice and snow in the lot which had me a little worried for my safety.

I do like their service. Fancy drive right in to a heated or cooled reception area. Allie has been the person I work with, she does great at following up and got me a nice loaner car and also got my warranty to cover repairs.

Brittany and Little Ben provided excellent customer service!!!! We love the new car, but it has so many new features compared to our old car that it will take a while to learn them all. Brittany and Ben went over most of the features, but even with their training, it was hard for us to remember everything. Thankfully, they have left us emails and phone numbers offering to help us!!

The workers there were really nice although it did feel a little like they were trying to push additional services that I didn't really need at the time and run up my bill.I'm giving a lower review though because it seems the mechanic was careless during my oil change and forgot to put the screws back into the skid plate under my civic which I didn't realize until it caused me a few hundred dollars in damages to the underside of my car due to the part hanging too low.

Wasted a bit too much time here looking to buy a car. They made everything as long winded as humanly possible and then at one point reversed on several aspects of a deal we had been working on tirelessly for nearly an hour. When asked why it was comical seeing sales rep try to make up a story as to why. This place, in my experience, is exactly the type of place you are scared to go buy a car at. Lesson learned.

Luis was absolutely wonderful! As a first time car buyer, the process was scary to walk into but Luis made sure to be extremely thorough and answer all my questions. With any concerns, they were extremely comforting and made sure to put any stresses at ease. Will most definitely be a return customer :)
