We were nervous about the process and was afraid to be pushed into something we were not ready for or could afford. Stephanie Lawty made us feel heard and took into consideration all of our concerns and need for our new car. She was incredibly patient and supportive and made this process a great experience.

I ordered a full detail including window tint and paid an extra $250 for them to repair scratch removal. I also paid $180 extra for mold removal. The interior detail was okay, and I had to point out a couple of things for them to fix. The exterior detail was terrible. The engine bay was left dirty and was not clean. The mold was not fully cleaned at first and I had to point out spots they missed for them to fix. The scratches on the truck were not fixed and they appear the same as they were before. The roof of my truck was not cleaned properly and was subpar at best. For the price I paid I expected a much better job. I ve attached photos for your review so you can decide for yourself. I would just like the service I paid for.

So happy with how accommodating the staff was with getting us scheduled as quickly as possible, and being flexible about it on the way. We had found evidence of rodent activity in our car and they gave us advice on how to catch it. Found it, waited over the weekend to verify no more activity- then was able to get our car cleaned thoroughly for peace of mind. It feels much better to be in the car now.

Incredible work! Was done faster than expected, I am extremely picky and the window tint perfect. Quick, high quality, and the office gals were a pleasure to work with keeping me updated on the progress. Will be back for more in future.

You didn t sand out the areas that needed touch up but in most cases waxed over them. In about 6 areas once again didn t sand but after waxing touched up with a paint brush instead of an airbrush. The paint color doesn t match. The car is red the touch up is maroon. The touch up is a glob not smooth. I would NEVER RECOMMEND YOU OR COME BACK. You had the car almost a week, so there was no need to rush. You also replaced a wheel and then didn t completely fill the tire and when I said the tire was low, you told me to take the car to service and ask them to fill it. Is that what you call GOOD service?

Q was great. A good communicator. I knew what I wanted. He got it. Made it a pleasant and relatively short trip. I d be happy buying another car from him. But! I bought a new Honda so I won t need to. The low interest rate from Honda a big win. Many thanks. Stephanie

I want to cry!!! I'm so disappointed with the "tint" job that I received as a condition to buying this car. You can't even tell anything was done. I wish I had never bought this car!!! I wudnt recommend anyone use this service. Ever. I knew it had to be too good to be true. I feel mislead and cheated.

They always do amazing work, they are sweet and caring and always so accepting and accommodating to my needs. They always fix my scratches and always so sweet 5/5 stars for me. Definitely would recommend them to everyone I ve never had an issue or problem. $350 full detail package on a sedan was disappointing. Old bugs and hair still in my rear windshield and cupholders, dirt still on interior trim. It's like they just shined the primary surfaces and ignored the details hoping I would too. Don't think I'll be back. Wish I could post pictures.

John and manny were awesome. They provided many options. I felt heard and not pressured. My only negative feedback is that when I came in on Saturday after the snow storm and the lot was kinda dangerous to walk on.

Decent. Van is great no issue there. I just hate being forced to buy an extended warranty when i requested "NOT INTERESTED". Ive never been pumped on buying warranties, they always end up being a joke when i need it.

The work was great, even with a minor setback. But most important of all, I felt that the staff, top to bottom, genuinely cared about their work, my car, and me. Tino, Marissa, Jill and Kim were fantastic and made me feel welcome and safe in my decision to have them do the work. The technician should also be proud of the work they do. I had a great experience. This was my first time buying a car and I felt extremely supported and not pressured at all. Zane was my car salesman with Volkswagen and did an outstanding job. He took everything that was important to me in a car that was well within my budget. I can say he truly set me up for success and explained all the great warranties that came along with my purchase. He has also been super helpful even after my purchase responding to every little question I ve had. If you re planning on making an appointment to look at cars with VW, Zane is your man!

To be honest, I don't really know how prices compare from this place to others, but whatever level of wizard, black magic they use to get my cars clean is just wild. They look so good. I've sent them some really nasty rigs and they give them back to me looking brand new. The difference in some of the before and afters actually don't make any sense in how good they turn out. I have pretty high expectations when it comes to detailing. It's nice when I find a place who shares my same expectations. Oh and they are also quick to fit me in, and the office staff is remarkably nice. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else.

I'm just going to write that this company is a complete joke. Not worth much more time than me just saying that. Stay away from this business at all costs. They have horrible communication skills and the repair abilities are even worse. They will give you lackluster work at best.

Don t recommend. Staff was nice, but I pretty disappointed with the quality of job we received for the amount we paid. They made sure to charge extra for ever single little thing despite my car being in decent condition (totaling $600+), but they left basic stains, streaks in windows, grime on the front console, etc. Everything looked great at first glance when I picked it up, but this was my first time getting my car detailed so I unfortunately didn t know what to look for, and regret not doing a more thorough walk through before driving it away.

Your paintless dent technician was 30 minutes late for my appointment, took a brief look at the dent and said he couldn't do the repair because there was a brace or something behind the area. He did not even look closely at it. I called another paintless dent repair guy in Portland and he came to my house the same day and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. He said it was an easy, straightforward repair.

This 2023 Black ID.4 went in due to hard water spots that were on the vehicle when it was bought brand new. When I went to pick it up. It looked good but the glass on all the windows had some sort etching/shadow on it. Took it back and they tried to remove it. They said they did and brought it back outside. It was still there. At that point. The gentleman told me he had no clue and said there was nothing else they could do. He said it is a service problem now. Before it was dropped off, the glass was fine.
