They were very helpful, gave me an honest quote (over the phone too), and did a good repair job with no unexpected fees, problems, or the like. I took my 2008 Ford Fusion in to get the water pump replaced, and haven't had any issues since.

I was referred to this shop to repair my 1992 GMC Sierra and my 2015 Honda CRV. Before doing any repairs they laid out the issues they found and also gave me a fair price. They very professional with their work and both my cars run great now. Now all I go there for are oil changes. Wish they worked on Motorcycles. I highly recommend this shop. I don't know if you guys read this but Thank you for always making sure my cars are ready for any road trip.

Steve is the best! I called to ask about my headlights getting fixed and he said he could do it that afternoon! They replaced it in no time! Excellent service and quality repairs! These are great people to trust with your cars!!

Terrible. They fixed my car using junk parts, left the work half done and charged me full price as if parts were brand new. My door is two totally different colors and they did nothing to fix it after confronting. Sure they are fast but don t do efficient work. 0/5 if I had the option.

This guy does great work and took it upon himself to fix a few minor things that just needed to be dealt with on my old blazer. Prices are great and I'm definitely going back.

A friend recommended them to me she said that they are good and honest. Had a wheelchair van taken into them and they went above and beyond they are amazing I delt mostly with James he is number 1 in my book.

They were able to get my car scheduled quicker than any other shop and I paid quite a bit less than I thought I was going to have to! Everyone that I worked with was very nice, patient, and very respectful! I will definitely be coming back here for anything else that may come up with my Jeep!

Honest reliable, I have taken my cars there and they are amazing. Reasonably priced. I was told I needed a new alternator and took my car there. D&E called me to tell me it was just a dead battery. They charged my battery and didn't charge me anything. They could have gotten me for more money but they were honest and I will always bring my vehicles there.

I have gone to D & E since I moved to Vancouver 4 years ago, and every interaction has been positive. The staff have always been patient and reassuring when I have questions, have done great work on vehicles for other members of my family and are the most honest mechanics I've ever encountered. I have moved cross-country multiple times and this shop is the best one I have ever worked with. Their quotes are always fair and 99% of the time the final cost is lower than expected. They give amazing advice and never try to upsell anything that isn't a safety concern or otherwise important. I tell everyone I can about them and will continue working with them as long as I live in the area. I cannot say enough good things about this business!Services: Tire rotations, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement, Transmission repair, Vehicle safety inspection

D&E auto center have always done good by me, fair honest people here. They will work hard to help take care of your car repair needs. The last time there,I had a radiator issue that was under warranty, they took care of problem,and got me back on the road sooner than I expected. Thank you to entire team at D&E.

You fixed my coolant pump for my 2007 chrysler 300 for a fraction of the price other shops quoted me. For that I thank you D & E you guys did great work for a fair price. Would highly recommend checking this business out if you are in need of repairs on your vehicle.

I live in Richmond VA and my 22 Year old daughter moved to Vancouver WA this past year. Her car was having trouble and I reached out to D&E Auto Care hoping they could look at her car and help her.They helped her with her car and treated her with respect. Extremely helpful, informative, and timely!A few weeks ago, I was on a long road trip from San Diego to Seattle (and back), when my vehicle broke down, near Vancouver. While I was able to acquire the part I needed from the dealership, Nissan was unable to give me any timely assistance on actually fixing it. Even though it was very clear that D & E Auto Care was quite busy, James showed excellent customer service and compassion for my situation. They were able to put me back on the road with my pup, all fixed up, within a few hours, alleviating a tremendously stressful situation, in an area that I was unfamiliar with. I am safely back in San Diego, but I would highly recommend this service center to anyone, local or visiting the area!

A & D Auto was really great. They were honest, and only fixed what was really needed and told me what I was going to need futuristically. Their prices are fair and they are very professional. They really know what they are doing and I have already recommended them to a friend. They are very busy so make your appointment early and if you have to wait, they are worth it.

I was recommended this shop by a friend of mine to get a stubborn sunroof drain unclogged. After a dealership could not get the problem resolved and lied about fixing my sunroof, D&E got me an appointment as soon as they could.They went above and beyond to get to the bottom of the problem. They were transparent about the process, the timeliness of their service and polite and professional to work with. I can see why they have lots of business!I highly recommend this shop, James was a pleasure to work with. Fair prices.Thank you so much for going out of your way to fix the sunroof drainage issue. I will be a return customer and can only say high regards of my experience! 10 stars if I could!

My family has been using D&E Auto Care for all of our automotive repair services during the last 15 years. They are honest, efficient and reasonably priced. We have referred them to many friends and at times they've done simple repairs for us at minimal or even no charge. Next time you need auto services please give them a try!

D&E replaced my evaporator core in my 2016 chevy impala, they did an amazing job! And works fabulous I've been burning up in my car the last 2 summers due to not having an ac now thanks to D&E I'm now turning off the ac because I'm cold. D&E is the best! You got a car problem? Call and they will try to help. If they can't help over the phone they will get you in as quick as possible. They ALWAYS go above and beyond. Fast, friendly and personable. I have never felt like they were treating me like "just a woman who doesn't know any better". You guys are MUCH APPRECIATED! Thank you!

These are great guys with great customer service. Not only were they less then half price on a padded bill from Reeds Automotive in woodland on my wifes car. But they took the time to help me with a clip on a ball joint on my truck at no charge when I just drove in unannounced and my most recent job that I thought was going to be at least a thousand was less then half with more work done then I expected! I will be back!

This place rules. I live in Portland with an auto car place right next door and I wanted to stick to this place instead. Had to stop by unannounced, no appointment, because my engine light was one and some weird stuff was happening in the middle of a work day. They squeezed me in, took care of the first issue in an hour for a great price. Then helped me with some underlying issues that needed repair ASAP the following Monday first thing for a GREAT price. Not to mention, they re all super duper nice, friendly, honest and genuinely helpful. Especially Tyler My car is in tip top shape and I highly recommend this place!

I have been a longtime customer with D&E, and just can't recommend them enough. Steve had helped me directly with offering his help inspecting a newly purchased vehicle, and he was (still is), such a professional, courteous, dedicated, and kind mechanic. To a single parent concurrently adjusting to life with a daughter dealing with a health condition, I can't thank you enough for your time and generosity! Thank you as well, to James for your courteous and friendly service!
