Oh my Lord I love these people!!!! I think this is the third automobile I have brought to them. They are so quick, and they genuinely care about your car and why you're there. My truck looks unbelievable! I will only use Brady's Auto Body for their services, and you should too. Trust me. Go to Brady's Auto Body, don't go to anyone else. Everyone is so nice! They treat you like family.

I very much recommend this shop. They examined my vehicle and gave me a 24 day estimate of when the work would be done after I dropped it off. They had it done in 12 and it looks brand new. Any concerns were addressed immediately. A very friendly and professional staff, they made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Our Subaru was repaired at Brady's Auto Body. They did an excellent job. The repair work looks perfect and the car was ready when they said it would be. Very nice people there and we couldn't be happier with their work.

Attempted to get an estimate, found the location and pulled into their estimate bay. Sign says pull in here for estimates- sign in the door in smallish print says estimates by appointment only. I had a small thing for them to look at, just a door that needs some repair- they wouldn t take 5 -10 minutes to look at it while I m there and said the next appointment is 12 days away. In 12 days I could fix the damn thing myself!

My experience with Brady's was the best I have ever had with an auto body shop. They were able to work with myself and my insurance to get an estimate the same day that my accident occurred. Their team was very inviting, had great communication throughout the process, and kept me up to date on what was taking place until the car was finished. I would recommend Brady's to anyone needing auto body work. A huge thank you to Trevor and Sandi for all of their help!

Terrible customer service. Called in 04/2023 regarding a collision, was told I needed an appointment to evaluate the damage, first appointment was 30 days later in 05/2023. I arrived for the appointment and it took about 5 minutes. They told me they could do the job, but their next available appointment was 10/05/2023. I made the appointment and began the long wait. The insurance company sent them their payment. Today, 10/02/2023, they called me and advised that they cannot do the job. When asked why, they stated they could not get the parts. When I told them the parts are readily available, they continued to state their vendor could not get the parts. I will never return to this establishment and when asked for a recommendation, this company will not be it.Service: Body & Trim

My 80-year-old mother and her Subaru Ouback was rear ended on 117th coming from Battle Ground into Vancouver. She was sitting at the light at Padden Parkway when a drunk driver swerved to miss her, but clipped her a pretty good one. From family reviews we were recommended to Brady s auto body.They are so busy, it s going to take at least two weeks before they can get your car in. However, they are great about letting you know the timeline and assisting with a rental car or working with your insurance. Insurance company insisted on sending my mother the check, which we then brought in to Bradys. They sent information to the insurance company showing that the lowball check was in adequate. As a result, the insurance company paid additional directly to Bradys, minus my mothers $500 deductible. Because it was a hit-and-run, she was responsible for that portion.We were super impressed with the quality of the repair, which took almost 3 weeks by the time they got in parts, etc. It s wonderful that a business is literally at full capacity, but if you want them to work on your car you re going to have to wait for a time slot.Having said all of that, I would think that the quality of the repairs they make are well worth the wait! My stepson and daughter-in-law have both had their cars worked on there and highly recommend them. If I should ever be in an accident, I would take my vehicle there to be worked on. That s the best recommendation I can give!Here is what my mothers car looked like when they got it. They returned it in perfect condition. It didn t occur to me to get pictures, but I will in the next couple of weeks.

I recently had some body repair work done on the back rear corner of my Venza. It was a great experience from start to finish. They were great at keeping me informed of the progress of the repairs. Hardest part was getting an appointment for estimate and getting car into shop. Took over 8 months total. Once in though, car was done in less than a week and day earlier than planned. Kept me up to date daily on progress. Would definitely use them again!

This is probably my 3rd review that I ve ever done. I don t usually write reviews for anyone but I think this is a must! I have nothing but good things to say about the team that works here at Brady s Auto Body. They are all so friendly and helpful! Very responsive and keeps you up to date with the progress of your vehicle. The time frame they told me on getting my car back was about 2 weeks, but they got it back to me in less than a week!!! When I dropped off my car, my car was so dirty. When I got my car back, it was sooo clean and car smelled really nice! Also, I think they filled up my tank too. LOL! I just want to say thank you for your amazing service! Definitely will be using them again and also recommending them to friends and family!

I would like to leave a 5-star review for Brady s Auto Body repair. After being involved in a collision, I took our car to Brady s for an estimate to have it repaired. Trevor came out and gave me an estimate, and afterward I made an appointment to bring it in and let them do the work. When the time came, I dropped it off and they got started right away. Brady called me and texted a few times during the progress, and even sent me a photo of the car when they were about halfway into the repair. I would also like to mention Sandy who works in the office. She was very cordial, helpful, and knowledgeable. Once I received a phone call saying our car was finished, and ready to pick up, my wife and I showed up and saw our car parked in the parking lot near the front entrance to the office. It was gleaming and sparkling, and looked like new. We both got out of the car, walked over to it, and closely inspected it, and went over it with a fine-toothed comb. It was done to perfection. I consider myself quite meticulous, so for me to leave a review like this is something to be said for the quality and professionalism extended to us by Brady's. They even kept the repair cost right inline with the estimate. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. I also wish to thank Trevor, Brady, Sandy, and all the repair, and paint technicians who had a role in getting our car back to it s pre-accident condition (maybe even better). Trevor and the Brady s group were awesome! From setting up the estimate, handling the insurance payment and scheduling the rental car everything went smooth and flawless. Often when you ask a service type business to do something that might be extra or outside of the scope of work they were hired to do, they usually will forget all about it. Not so at Brady's. They went over and above for us and I would highly recommend them for service. This is our second time we have used them and they are excellent in service.Fast forward.....I had a second bumper accident that caused a plastic toe plate to come loose. We took it back and they were able to snap it back into place. It took them 5 minutes and said there was no charge. Again, great customer service. Can't say enough about the quality of service they have provided us.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brady goes above and beyond! I had to have both of my vehicles repaired (long story) so I took them to Brady for estimates. The amount seemed reasonable so I said go for it. He got me in right away and helped me navigate the insurance process. When I asked the insurance adjuster if he needed to look at the damage, he said no, he had worked with Brady many times in the past and he trusted him. When I got the final bills, both vehicles came in below the estimate!Brady treated my vehicles like he owned them. You can t even tell they were damaged. He even cleaned up the interior! I hope there is no next time, but if there is I m going straight back to Brady s Auto Body!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my vehicle in for repairs and was amazed at not only the amazing job they did but also the level of communication and thoroughness in making sure all of my concerns and questions were addressed to keeping me updated on the process. I had my vehicle, looking better overall than when I took it in back a day earlier than they estimated. They really go above and beyond and I would hands down recommend them over any body shop in the Vancouver area.

I always have a great experience at Brady's, which is unfortunately more often than I'd like to admit! My car is cared for with perfectionistic standards. They work well with insurance. Communication is clear and timely. Their staff is friendly and professional. I have no questions.about their integrity and never feel pressure. Very pleasant. Was concerned on what need to be done and how you would like done if choices are to be made. I called and ask for a quote, it was very fast and I felt like the price was very competitive if not maybe less than other places. I am a older widow and alway had my husband to handle car repairs so to do it myself I feel like they took the time with me and explained what needed to be done. Especially since I had the part and it ended up being the wrong part needed. They did a great job!!!

This was my first time using Brady's, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of repairs. They were courteous, professional, and fantastic about communicating what needed to be done. They finished up my car much faster than expected, and it looks GREAT! My last experience with another repair shop was completely aweful, and these guys treated me so good, I'll never go anywhere else. Seriously great experience!

I've used Brady's Auto Body twice now and have nothing but good things to say about it. They do an excellent job, are very responsive and professional and make what often times is a stressful situation very seamless and easy. I dealt mostly with Guy and Sandy and they are both incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. I recommend this business to all my family and friends for any of their auto body needs. I have worked with Brady's twice now with 2 of my vehicles. They are honest and transparent from beginning to end. They also communicate with you throughout the whole process. I prefer texts because I am busy and cannot always accept a phone call. I would recommend them to anyone in need of body work. Thank you for all your hard work and excellent service!

The front desk lady greeted me very kindly and warmly. The man who checked my car to give me the estimate was very nice and explained it slowly. He waited if I had any questions. They went over and beyond to provide excellent service. My car dent was fixed very well. I highly recommend Brady s. You can trust them.

Brady's came highly recommended, and after using them to fix my vehicle, I can see why. They were professional, friendly, did excellent work, and updated me throughout the process. My truck looks better than it did before it got rear ended. If you're shopping around, you can stop looking and go with Brady's. Brady s was outstanding from the first phone call to pick up! The office gal was efficient and confident! I had not been through this experience before. All aspects were explained. We recently took a car into Brady's Auto Body for repair caused by a rear end collision. I can not say enough good things about this shop! First and foremost are the people. Everyone is courteous and very pleasant to work with. We needed a rental car and they made that process seamless. They keep you updated each step of the way during the repair. Finally, the body work was excellent.After dealing with insurance companies and other body shops we were prepared for the worst and ended up being completely happy with our experience! The owner has created a great company and they obviously care about their customers!If you are looking for an auto body shop I would highly recommend these guys. From the first estimate to the final result they could not have been more professional and pleasant to work with!

Just got my car repaired here from an accident and though no one likes being in this unfortunate situation, Brady's was great to work with. The staff is really friendly; they always kept you informed with multiple updates including texts and my car was ready for pick-up earlier than expected. Mine was a minor repair but the job was done well and I also liked that they finished it off with detailing that s a nice touch to help make the process more painless.

We're extremely happy with our experiences (yes, plural) at Brady's. Our car was hit twice in the course of 18 months and they handled both repairs perfectly. You can expect great customer service, a commitment to excellent craftsmanship, and consistent status updates. They are extremely busy though so be sure to call & schedule your estimate appointment in advance. While I was there dropping off our car for the second time I got to talking to one of the guys in the waiting area who was dropping his car off too. Turns out he was an insurance adjuster. He said Brady's is the only place in town he'd take his personal car to.
