Not sure where the decline in service has come from, but wait times are 15 minutes plus in the service counter queue, and the last several times I ve come through have been advised/sold incorrect parts. Returning an item means standing again in a 15+ minute wait.Frustrating to consistently receive incorrect information for parts, will be shopping elsewhere.

I purchased a alternator here about four months ago and it cost me roughly $160 with the core exchange.Four months later, the alternator failed. I brought it back and decided to return instead of exchange due to the failure being so early on this unit. However, they were not able to give me a core back. This puts me at a disadvantage because now going to purchase one at the dealer, I will still need a core, and since I don t have one, I will have to pay extra for that. I tried to talk it out with the manager, but that was unsuccessful. I am very disappointed.Update:I was contacted by the regional manager and we figured out the situation. I am extremely impressed with their response. I honestly didn t expect the situation to be resolved in such a timely manner and headache free. I was able to go back to the store and get my core refund. Huge shoutout to Alex H who reached out and resolved the issue. Way to turn an unhappy customer into a extremely satisfied customer!

I was trying to buy a gasket for my EGR and all I did was sit on hold the whole time so I didn't even know if they had it in stock I drove for 25 minutes all the way to O'Reilly's because they answered and said they had it in stock and I didn't want to drive to cost less only to find out they didn't have it because they wouldn't answer the phone. they don't even say hello they just literally answer and put you on jold immediately

Usually pretty satisfied with this auto parts store. Last thing I purchased was headlight bulbs for my Honda. They're usually always the cheapest in town for Auto Care.

Gotta update your system for newer Subarus battery specs. Bought a battery in April at costless, now that it's colder batteries CCA isn't high enough. So I'm out $100 and have to buy another battery(going to Costco now). I really think I should have been refunded. really sucks for me and they didn't want to hear me out about the situation where Subaru/owners have realized they needed bigger batteries whatever. Told me it could be the alternator and that that's the correct battery while I was telling the actual fact of the matter. But ya, they had the systems not exactly correct Info and disregarded mine. even another cashier put his foot down telling me I'm incorrect, it felt especially rude when u knowingly are tryn to tell them this certain knowledge that I knew. Well I drove all the way back(over 24 miles in total) Alternator was perfect, as I assumed strongly. Wasted 2 hrs. Nice. Broke with a battery I don't need

I like the store. I think here for all cars you can find any spare part. because no matter how many times I come, I always buy what I need and even offer different companies, different qualities. qualified guys. very rarely, but maybe there is no spare part on site, then they can order and bring it in a few days. here you can ask and they will check your car and tell you what to do, what spare part needs to be changed. I especially remember a guy named Alex from the staff. he served me several times, I had some questions and he thoroughly answered and helped. It is immediately clear that he loves his job and understands a lot about car repairs. The prices are good compared to other places. The battery and alternator can be checked on site. I brought. I recommend, I think you will be satisfied

Amazing customer service Tyson even went over the top an filled up a water bottle for me so I could attempt to cool down my car before taking it home for repairs! A+ service will definitely come here for all my autoparts needs

They had everything we needed. Everyone was helpful. There prices where reasonable. I would double check how busy they are beforehand as you can really wait once you re in the store.

This place has amazing customer service! A few days ago my brother bought me new windshield wipers but they turned out to be too short, so since he's at work I decided to go by myself to see if I could have them replaced or if not, just to return them. I went to the cashier and she sent me to the store manager -Wayne- who listened to my inquiry and immediately gave me a replacement and even put them on my car for me. I really appreciate the customer service here and recommend this place. I am definitely coming here again if I need any car parts. Thank you.

The associate that helped me did not know what he was talking about, gave us the wrong parts at first then when we tried to get the right part the associate was very rude, they need to get rid of these people, othervl than that there an awesome business

*I'm like a Drunk in a liquor store at this place*Just a great time, only you can't drink anything outta the bottles. Unless you hit up the vending machine of course.Be careful though, the coin return is just deep enough to prevent undetermined folks from retrieving all their change.I wish we had this place in Oregon.Thanks Cost less, your store is "All That" and a Squeeze Tube O' Lube.Super White that is ���

It was an incredibly humiliating experience yesterday at the store; I arrived at 08:40 PM and one of the store representative stated to me: " we are closed because we are short staffed."I stated it is 08:40 pm only, and your website says you are closing at 09:00 pm. I was rushing to make it on time, you should be able to help me.There were several customers and workers inside of the store and they were pretty capable to help me. The tall person in the store was very aggressive about the situation and he stated he is the manager when I tried to ask for manager to talk to; He literally told me "just get out from the store!". I said to him, I am going to complain to the main manager about this horrible experience. I have been several years a good customer of this place, and this is not the treatment I would be deserving. When I left the store, there were several other cars arriving to go inside and all the people from the cars got out, and tried to get into the store and they started knocking on the doors by showing the staff inside of the store the time on their watches, like "do you know what time it is right now, what is going on!?" Yes, It was very humiliating/stressful experience at the store yesterday.

I went to get some fuel line and there were 2 guys helping customers so I took a number and waited and the one guys was done and closed his register and walked to the back and then the bigger guy looked at me after helping the person and did the same thing. Clearly they both seen I was waiting in line but were so rude and just walked to the back and ignored me. Never go there again just rude.

Stopped here on a whim yesterday, not knowing what to expect after watching how the Kelso store has gone downhill. Slightly better selection here, and found what I needed, but they really need to do something about the long checkout lines at all the stores and the long, drawn out procedure to check out when you are just buying one or two simple items. The new owners of Cost Less, Parts Authority, went to possibly the worst cash register setup I have ever seen. the cashier has to stop and hit buttons after scanning every item, print a receipt, scan the receipt, print another receipt, hit more buttons, and stamp and sort through multiple paperwork to get your receipt. Even a poorly staffed Wal-Mart has faster checkout.

I ve been getting my auto parts here since these guys were in the basement underneath Procailaber motorsports. Easley, some of the best prices in town. Super helpful staff. They are very professional, even over the phone. Everything that you could hope or wish for in an auto parts store but even better.I stopped coming here for a while because of the massive homeless camp across the street from this location. I had concerns about my vehicle getting broken into & just general harassment from the typical drug fueled transients. I had recently moved out of Portland and back to Washington to avoid the crime and homeless. It just irked me the wrong way to have to deal with it on this side of the river as well. When I had heard that the homeless camp was now gone, it brought me great excitement to be able to safely continue making purchases at Cost Less.

Not a fan of the take a number but they are generally busy enough it allows everyone to get their turn at the parts counter
