I called many places to have the clutch replaced on my 2013 Ford Focus SE. All the places I called said I needed a new transmission. It was very annoying. I have done lots of research on this car and I know that the transmission is still good and it was that clutch is worn and dirty from many miles and years of use. After calling many shops around Vancouver, one place told me it was too difficult for him but to call his friend Miguel at CNC automotive because he knows how to do it. I called Miguel he said yeah can do it, but he only uses Factory Original parts and wouldn't allow me to bring in my own cheaper parts even though I wanted to. I was initially annoyed with that but with a job this big I understand. He replaced the clutch and also diagnosed the o2 sensor that was causing the check engine light to be on for the past year. I now get better Gas mileage and the car seems like brand new. I also got a warranty on the work done which I wasn't expecting. He even kept the old parts to show me how worn out and dirty they were. I will come back in the future. This place has a small shop feel but highly professional too.

These guys are really great. I needed help without a appt and they took me right away while looking very busy themselves. I'm 5 month pregnant and was trying to do light work on my car. They took care of it so quick and easy, they also put my plates on my car for me too. Being from out of state it was nice to receive such great hospitality and professionalism. They didnt even charge mewouldnt take my money. They really are so great . Thank you again for helping on the spot!!

Hands down most incredible experience I have ever had at a mechanic! I called in the evening Miguel got me in first thing the next morning, and got my service done in 45 mins! I was quoted an apt time, and the apt time was true!!! Not only was he very fast and efficient, but super friendly, very easy to work with, and kept me in communication!! I will absolutely be back to him and you will regret it if you don't use him! I could not believe the service that was provided, I have never had this sort of service at a mechanic! 5 stars all around! I will be recommending him to everyone that needs a mechanic now or in the future! Thanks Miguel for making my day! My AC now blows cold!Service: Auto A/C recharge

Do not take your car here for any electrical fixes. They don't know a thing about the electronics of a vehicle and they will deny any accountability after you leave the lot.After the way you handled it over the phone in the first place is why I made this review. If you would have fixed the problems you created and didn't bother to check then we wouldn't be here. Tried to say I should have brought it in 3 months ago but you had only worked on it 1 month ago at the time so clearly you don't even know what work you're doing when. Very unorganized and will not be coming back. Still denied the problem after I had another mechanic verify it. My friend that recommended you to me heard how you behaved on the phone so they probably won't be back either.Service: Battery

BEST service EVER!! I was 150 miles from home towing a travel trailer. My power steering pump failed late Friday night on a 3-day Memorial Day weekend. I needed to be back home Sunday morning to work an important wedding. I only found 2 auto repair shops open on Saturday. Only Miguel at CNC called me back at 9:15am. He opened at 9am. He told me over the phone he could fix it same day! So I unhooked my trailer and arrived at 10am. He even called me by name and offered me freshly brewed coffee when I arrived! He pulled my big truck into a bay right away and went to work. By 10:20am he had diagnosed and showed me exactly what I thought was wrong, the power steering pump was out. He quoted me a really good price and told me it would be done within 3-4 hours. At 2pm, he called and said it was done and price was just as quoted! The emergency fix was completed in under 4 hours and I was back on the road again!! Amazing service to help in an emergency situation! I'm super happy and impressed. Thanks Miguel!! Don't hesitate to go here! 10 Star service!!!

This shop is the best. These guys always fit us in in a timely manner and explain everything they re doing clearly. And great prices. Best service of any auto shop in the area!

Very welcoming and qualified mechanics. We had to replace spark plugs, wires, the ignition coil and the air filter. They made a quick job and we were able to pick up the car instantly the next day. Everything is repaired and works well so far. They also asked us to fix our A/C, for which another repair shop told us, it s a big reparation. It took 30 minutes et voila our A/C is working again and they haven t charged us extra for the A/C, very nice!! In conclusion our experience with this repair shop was short, but excellent! In can only recommend!Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair

I dropped my car off with Miguel on a Friday evening after work for to fix a couple of issues. He called me the next morning and all repairs plus oil change were done!! I was very impressed with the service! Miguel and Sam are very friendly and professional. It is nice to have a local repair shop that I can trust!!!Side note, I dropped my car off at the end of November and I didn't post a review until I saw how my car did after I left the shop. I am happy to say that i have not had any issues and my next oil change is approaching and i will definitely return to support this local, trusting business!! I recommend taking your car here!!

Miguel and the team at CNC are impeccable. Their positive attitude, attention to detail, and honest work goes way beyond what's normally experienced at mechanics. Miguel at CNC was amazing. He diagnosed what was wrong with my car and had it fixed by the end of that same day.He even took the time to show me the old parts that he had replaced and what exactly had gone wrong with them. Excellent service, will definitely come here for all future repairs.

Outstanding service and value!! Fair pricing and Miguel goes above and beyond! I brought my vehicle in for throttle issues, they fixed it promptly and even called me to see if I wanted them to install a headlight and wipers that were sitting in my vehicle that I was going to install later. Greatly appreciate them taking care of my vehicle and keeping me on the road!

These guys are amazing! My car was making weird noises, having trouble starting a new all sorts of things- being a girl who knows NOTHING about cars, I was being quoted so many crazy prices until I came here. Called on a busy Friday at 2pm, and he told me to come right now, showed up within 15 minutes and he had the repair done in less than 10 min. Such a great guy and prices were ridiculously low. THANK YOU MIGUEL!!

Just took my 12 year old car towed here after it broke down again. When I called, the mechanic who answered, Miguel, was very nice and helpful and told me they would get me in no problem.When I arrived with the tow truck, Miguel met me right as we were unloading, remembered my name, and the details of the break down. He called me back within 2 hours with diagnostics and the price of the repair. He took the time to give me a detailed explanation of what needed to be fixed and broke down the cost of the repairs without me needing to ask. Unfortunately it turns out the cost of the repairs were more than the car was worth.When I called him back and told Miguel that I wasn't going through with the repairs, he was very kind and tried to help me in every way possible. He even ended up offering to continue charging the battery so I could drive it home without having to pay for another tow! When I picked up my car, Miguel was so friendly and caring, wanting to make sure I made it home okay. Even though I offered to pay him for his time in diagnosing the repairs, he refused.It's a sad day when your car breaks down for the last time, but the silver lining is that I found a repair shop that I will be coming back to for the rest of my life. C&C Auto Repair took care of me like no other place has!

Let me paint this out: we are a family of 4 with two kids under 3 and heavily rely on our Volt. Last night we hit a barrier that wasn t marked and we are panicking about how much it s going to cost and money is tight. We are calling every gas repair place, getting our appointments cancelled on us, everywhere completely booked out and I call these guys but have to hang up before they can answer. They call me back immediately and ask for the vehicle and invite us in as soon as we are available. This in itself is an enormous relief. Then we get there, and this guy (Miguel) is so on top of it, I barely make it inside before he s greeting me and getting us all set up. He takes the keys and says he ll call back within a couple of hours. When we get our call back he says nothing is wrong and that he even spent extra time making sure. He didn t even charge us.We really appreciated their time and care. It was a great experience and when anything else goes wrong, we ll be back.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I went to C &C Auto Repair after reading all the reviews. I am glad I did because Miguel was very nice and helpful. He showed me what parts he changed for my car's A/C and heating system and his price was way better compared to others.

Miguel was AWESOME. My check engine light, tire light and traction light all turned on at the same time, my RPMs would go up when I pressed the gas. We were at a loss and rapidly started planning on a rental car. We called C & C and Miguel got us in right away. He called with an update and said my car was all fixed and ready to go, 2 hours after dropping it off! Long story short, a rat chewed my wiring and he fixed it and still only charged the diagnostic fee. He s a life saver and he deserves a raise. One of my headlights was out and I needed a new one quick. I was at Firestone and they wanted to charge me around $50 for cost and labor and they couldn't do it same day I would have to wait 2 days! They didnt seem to keen on caring of my car needed fixing or not and sent me on my way. C&C was just 2 min away when I called near closing and fixed my car in a jiffy and more reasonable price ($20). Very friendly and accommodating regardless if they were closing soon.

I recently moved away from Vancouver and I only miss two things: my friends, and Sam & Miguel at CNC Over the years they have become like family to me.I was back in town this weekend for an off-roading trip and ended up banging one of my wheels into a boulder. No problem, but the 4 hour drive with an unbalanced wheel is not comfortable. Even on a Saturday they got me straight into a bay and took care of my tire to make sure it still balanced. Thank you so much I miss you guys.

He had the right size tire for me but it was only 25% tread so he called his friend that has a shop called Primo Auto Care and I ended up getting a really good tire at a really low price compared to all the other shops I had called (the few that actually carried the tire I needed). So thank you so much I appreciate all your help!!!

Great reviews... responses on every review tells me for at least the time being someone cares about customer satisfaction. I've spent a couple hours making a list of shops around Vancouver to find a new doctor for our used vehicles. I'll be calling in the morning to give them a whirl, got a doozie. Need a new RELIABLE mechanic team. Will update after repairs. Update: The stories are true folks, these guys were great. Answered promptly did a good job with estimates got us in immediately and the truck rides like a dream again, they got it done so quickly we weren't ready to pick it up yet. Great work guys, we'll be back soon to do some additional work.

Absolutely amazing place. I came in on 3/8/2021 to have my oil changed for my 2015 VW Jetta SE. I called before hand to let them know that I had a stripped drain plug bolt and they said they would take care of it no problem. They replaced my bolt and changed my oil and everything perfectly. The people here are extremely nice and honest with their work. The price is extremely fair and I will definitely be coming back here for any future maintenances for my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Update 5/14/2021: Went back for another oil change, brake pad/rotor replacement along with new spark plugs and they did everything perfectly like always. They are the best.
