This review is for Classic Collision, Vancouver location on Minnehaha only. My insurance company recommended them after a serious fender bender in downtown Vancouver. They were a joy to work with. Got me in fairly quickly for both the estimate, and the repairs, and finished the job on the day promised. They even helped coordinate with the rental car agency so I could be shuttled back and forth, at my convenience. Matt was my representative, and he was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and kept every promise he made. And, they did a great job. The car looks brand new. Thank you Classic Collision, for making a difficult time, just a little better.

Classic collision repaired my truck after I hit a deer. The truck had front end body damage, passenger side damage and some damage in the motor bay. They DID NOT return it with any oem parts, parts that match existing parts (fog light bezel, grill, headlight, passenger side corner panel). They didn t properly re-install my air intake and left screws in the engine bay. They did not mask over places they painted and got white paint on my white interior. The customer service was rude and they time to return was 1-month past the time they said it would be back.Service: Body & Trim

Friendly and fast service. I had my car fixed in 2022 after I was rear ended and was happy with the service back. They were great with communicating where my car was in the process. Unfortunately less than two years later there was an exhaust leak found by my deanship. I brought the car back to Classic Collision and Ryan (I hope I remembered that correctly) was super helpful and found the factory part and it was fixed within an hour.

Comically bad service. Absolute clowns. I went there a few minutes ago to drop off my husband's car for a scheduled repair at 2pm. He had to work today, so it was my duty. When I went into the front office, I found a full press of idiots loitering behind the counter, all loudly talking over and at each other. Nobody greeted me, but one of the goobers in the back became confused and alarmed when I told him I was there to drop off a car for someone. When I said it wasn't mine, he didn't bother to go out and look at the car or check to see if it was on their schedule. And when I told him my husband's name, repeatedly, he was all like "Who is that?! That could be anyone! We don't even know who that is!" Meanwhile, the lady by the computer, who apparently had been listening to all this even as she was talking to another employee, quietly said my husband's full name, then resumed her other conversation, refusing to further acknowledge or speak to me.None of this assuaged the goober, who followed me out of the office, shouting "You can't just show up and leave a car here!" and "I have no idea whose car that is!"So I took the car back. Their original window for repair was Jan, but that had called a couple weeks ago to say they could fit us in today. Husband will be mad, but I'm going to petition insurance to let us find a new vendor. I've never seen such a disorganized bunch or been treated so disrespectfully. I get that maybe they've all gone a bit feral, and it's hard to find good people post pandemic, etc. etc., but enough's enough. No idea if their repair services are any good, but when it comes to doing even a modicum of the most basic customer service imaginable ("You're here to drop of a car? Let me check our schedule... as, yes, here you are!"), I'm skeptical their employees have even a brain cell between them.

I will never go anywhere else for car repairs. The entire staff was so kind and helpful, shout out to Kelly, he was awesome!! They even cleaned my floor mats!! Such an amazing experience, thank you again!!

Very quick and efficient. There was one scheduling snafu but once that was cleared up it was very smooth. I also appreciated the texts on how the car repairs were going. Repairs look great.

They will wash your car when it's finished... with sand paper. Don't bring your new car here, they destroyed my new paint job that had a ceramic coating. Probably letting some new hire with no training wash the cars.

That what I got after paying 1000$ cash and the insurance paid the rest,add the stress and the driving twice Back and forth to fix there mistakes ,today whoever I met him at shop was quick, bringing the car to me and I can see the middle part hanging down when he was driving through me ,when I asked him what is that?his answer was very simple in cold blood your insurance not covering, I don't understand who will cover there mistakes, I hope the owner and the manager happy for scamming senior man on disability.

Getting in a car accident is never convenient. I had a really busy week ahead of me when I got in an accident I wasn't sure how I was going to swing everything. They explained the auto body repair process, helped me secure a rental car, sent me text message updates and even dropped off my vehicle and picked up the rental car when it was all done. It looks brand new! They definitely made everything extremely convenient and lot stress. Thanks McCollum Auto Body!!!

I'd give 0 stars if I could due to the unprofessionalism and abhorrent customer service provided by this location. My car was stolen and after two days of coordinating with this location regarding repair, I was told by Jeffrey that my vehicle was physically present at the shop and that I could come by to do the authorization forms and retrieve my personal belongings. My car was not physically present at the shop at all and I had to request time off work to accomplish nothing.The next day I'm notified of the vehicle finally being delivered to the shop and Justin, a customer service representative at this location, reached out to let me know they had not received keys for the vehicle. I had brought the keys with me the day prior and no one asked for them.My request for a potential concession on pricing due to the miscommunication on their part seemed to upset Justin, who was now speaking about a social media trend that taught people how to steal vehicles like my own. I let him know that I was aware of this issue and stated that a lack of personal responsibility and repercussion allowed these kids to feel as though they could do anything, including steal cars.Justin offered to fight me for expressing frustration at the individuals who stole my car. He then refused to service my vehicle and I need to find a new shop to have the vehicle brought to after coordinating with this shop for 2 days. Is it even legal for them to refuse service for no reason like this?

Hit a deer needed quote. Took about a month to get on their schedule for just the evaluation. I arrive at my appt Justin evaluated car and gave me a quote that day. We set up an appt. For their next opening a month away. I realized my appt. Was on Labor Day and called and a co worker answered and I told him about the holiday and he dropped the phone and Justin was on the other end with a Yeah? I asked if they were open Labor Day. He tone changed. No we are not and set it up for Sept 5. The next day I realized I forgot to ask a question , it was simple how long do you think it will take. I called three time and even said to the cop worker just have him text me if he can t talk. I didn t hear from him. The co workers were very short and would drop the phone too. I decided that there customer service was terrible. I decided to go else where and found Alpine Auto body. Who will talk to you and the re is no on fighting in the shop. My two stars relate to customer service only. No work was done on my car.

I was in a collision earlier in the year and was searching for a collision repair center. My headlight cluster was destroyed and corner panel was dented and marred. Classic Collision on 63rd st in Minnehaha was the fourth shop I called to obtain a quote and they were the soonest that could schedule me to survey the damage and give me an estimate. Their estimate advisor, Stacie, provided daily electronic updates on my truck's repairs and and answered every question with honest expertise. She is very detail oriented and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality repairs!

I was in a car accident with my brand new 2016 vehicle. I was worried that the shop would use aftermarket parts but they replaced all parts from the nearby dealership and emailed me an update twice a week. My car looked brand new in less time then promised. Everyone was incredibly helpful and polite. Will absolutely be back if I need any more car repairs. There was a scratch on my trunk that I did t see before, but the manager Tiger to care of it with no problems. Super customer service!

Had my car repaired here after a wreck, didn't do the best job because my rear bumper was not smooth, felt textured. They buffed it and it seemed fine after that. Now a year later the paint is peeling and since then they switched owners and now they won't honor their 5 year warranty, how convenient.

I do not recommend the shop. Justin miser, and the manager Mike Ackermann are extremely unprofessional. Justin does not conduct himself in a professional manner hanging up on clients and his inability to be the middleman for the insurance, Geico that they partner with.Another instance that proves this is a bad shop is when I took my 4Runner here for repairs (my first vehicle) it took them four weeks longer than the original estimated time. This is because the first time they tried to give me the 4Runner back they didn't assemble it correctly. Their attention to detail or lack of was a apparent at this moment.I am all about giving people and shops a second chance, but at this point classic collisions has failed both times. I do not recommend working with the shop. It's apparent that Mike (The Manager) does not know how to run this shop. He allows his employees to act in unprofessional manner and he does not have accountability for their actions. Again, I do not recommend working with the shop.

The folks at McCollum were just awesome. Daily texts to update me on their progress and even the delays we encountered were most welcome! I felt included in the entire process, which was really very streamlined, efficient, and super friendly. I am very impressed with how fantastic the body work came out! My car is perfect again! I just had repairs completed at McCollum's in Vancouver. My car looks great. My experience was outstanding. Although it took longer than expected, it was due to a faulty component, and I would prefer it be done right than on time. The best part is the quality of communication with McCollum. The women staffing the office were so courteous, knowledgeable in their business, and helpful, it was a pleasure to deal with them. They kept me posted by text on progress, as well as on phone. You can tell that they understand the importance of being first driver in delivering updates, as opposed to me having to call to get them. Thanks to Eli, Caitlyn, Molly, and all at this location.

Insurance agent here and I personally used these guys when my brand new car was banged up. They are professional, fair, and great communication. Once the part came in, it was only a few days to get my car back and they did all the arranging with the rental company too so it was less work for me. A+. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Picked up after hours after having my fianc� pay the deductible due to the fact I knew I d be late. When I went to pick up I wanted to make sure the rental key was taken care of properly since it was missing the tag and since I noticed there was someone still there I took it inside and the lady was extremely rude and it was only 10 minutes past closing. Secondly the quality of repairs is not what I expected. The fresh paint has swirls and micro scratches from being washed/dried, the windshield has hard water spots that weren t there before, the rock chip guard was improperly installed and is already peeling and has air bubbles inside of it. Very poorly taken care of and not the quality workmanship I d expect for 2500 dollar repair.Service: Body & Trim

Auto body work was fine, but they subbed out for bio detail because it was a stolen car cleanup. They did not do a scan of car like they say We always do also did not test for drug residue as I was told We test every recovered stolen car we get in . Car came back with an unbearable smell of smoke and marijuana. One car mat was missing and the rest were trashed. When I took it back they were very nice and said we ll get you new mats, and we can take care of that smell. Then no further contact. They sound great, but DON T trust it. Second time we have used McCollum for collision repair and they have exceeded our expectations each time! They keep us updated through the whole process, complete the repairs quickly and make things easy by partnering with the insurance companies, rental companies etc for one stop repairs! I had an amazing experience with McCollum Auto Body. This was my first time having body damage and they came highly recommended. Form the very first minute I knew I made the right decision. Their online estimator was easy to use and I got a response right away. Throughout the claim they kept in constant contact with texts updating the status of my 4Runner. They facilitated the communication with my insurance company and I felt such peace knowing they were handling everything for me. My car was ready when they said it would be and they even washed and detailed it before pickup. Took my 2017 Limited Ford F-150 here after someone had backed into the rear drivers side door. They were very professional, kind, and informative about the entire process. They work closely with Enterprise so I had a rental there for me when I dropped it off. The work done was great, and I have white Pearl paint which is hard to match.
