I had to park here for about 10 to 15 minutes to check on a road issue. When I do this, I usually buy something from a store. But in this case, there was a note on my vehicle telling me parking was for customers only. The parking lot was empty and sign was not needed. Plus, this place always has the highest, or nearly highest, gas prices in Vancouver. I've never purchased from them and with their "notes", I'm not encouraged to try them again. If you stop by here, you better have your wallet ready to buy something or you'll be asked to leave.

I am a contractor with the state of Washington and DCYF. As I was supervising a family visit, I watched the family pick out their items and then pay. I stood behind them, as it's my job to observe them. As we were leaving, a homeless looking man and a cashier came out screaming at us to leave and never come back. The family did not steal anything, and I surely didn't steal anything either. I didn't touch a single item in the store. If the cashier felt something was wrong, it should have been addressed right away and not by the dirty man who came out from behind the counter.Regardless, none of us did anything wrong, and the way that man came out yelling, I should have called the police myself because of the safety of the family I'm supervising. Just absolutely ridiculous. He was threatening to hurt us, and we had a child with us. Just absolutely out of line, for not doing anything wrong.

I went there twice in the past three weeks and once you squeeze the handles the fuel doesn t come out but the cost starts to go up. I tried filling a 2 gallon gas can to test it the second time and it was $1.73 spent before a drop came out. I told the attendant and he said he didn t know what to do. I sent an email to Chevron on Friday asking about it and have not heard a peep. Avoid this location they re taking advantage of us.

Cashier didn't feel comfortable selling my husband beer because my daughter went in the store with him (my daughter has a fair complexion and was picking out flaming hot cheetos ), while I was in the car with baby. He said this is my daughter....meanwhile my daughter left the store and said I'm going to get mom. I came in and said whats the problem...I proceed to show the cashier a family picture of both my children with a fair complexion, my son with a dark complexion, my husband and myself. Then we left without buying anything. Outrageous!

Just spent $63 on gas and I have to go in the store to get a receipt. I asked the clerk if that's normal and he kind of shrugged and said yes. I know they do it cuz they hope you'll buy something while you're in there which I will never do. I told him I was my last time in the station. It's a really bothers me to have to sometimes wait in line just to get a receipt. and with covid do we really need to be going in and out of a store unnecessarily.

have never once stopped using an establishment due to the poor service I experienced. The cashier had been somewhat bearable in passing, but her tense demeanor and brash tone set a tone from the second your moment of "service" arived. luckily for me I had the 30 year veteran there just to let me know how obnoxious my inability to follow her direction was, while my cards magnet strip didn't work, and she constantly snapped for me to go slower. my smart ass remark, although un-offensive, was delivered in a way that would never illicit her response, especially in its, break the insane tension, kind of way. but apparently I was so agitating It was worth an, "are we done?" as she stopped attempting to help just to glare directly at me in order to acknowledge her displeasure. unfortunatly her 30 years of experiance probably pulls some sort of tenure in this type of position, but seeing as ive never left a review, never boycotted an establishment, and never felt the need to express my concern for the poor customer service, I arrogantly hope this will mean something. unfortunately she will most likely read this laughing from her tobacco throne behind the chevron badge emblazed on her polo. I wish my grammer were better, and I wish i could express how disrespected I felt by this individual that I, in the past, have been cordial too, and even supported after a row with another customer. At least this makes choosing a gas station easier when they are all bunched together!

I was accosted outside the bathroom by Brandon. He accused me of consuming products in the bathroom then I was told to never return. Was this freak listening to my gastorental bowel movements? He told me I opened a beverage. I was in there for four minutes. When i called after the fact the staff was hard of hearing. I asked to speak to a supervisor I got the can't hear you excuse. Apparently Tina is the supervisor. Can you say civil rights? Is there a public bathroom on site? I bought products.

I an 43 years old and I still get carded for cigarettes here and I've been coming here for 2.5 years. Finally, I am done. I live down the street and dont take it on my dog walks. Also they price gauge. Save yourself the time and money and just go a mile further down the road for better service and cheaper gas!

If Brandon is there I won't go in. He is rude and thinks he is above everyone. Everyone else is super nice. Some of the prices may be high, but that's the price of convenience.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is foul, customer service went out the window when Brandon left. Mercedes is the only one there with any human decency. Management and owners are horrible. I won't ever go in there again! It is so dirty and the price gouging is ridiculous.

The selection here is a joke... "Well it's just a gas station" well I've seen alot better selection from other gas stations locally... Only redeeming thing about this location is the workers so the two star doesnt reflect the employees but the garbage selection they have..

Wish I could give this place a 0. But, will star will suffice. Dirty, price gouging, questionable people hanging outside doing questionable things and the cashier at the time of my visit had a terrible attitude.
