Was able to replace my broken exhaust headers and studs without having to remove the engine and did it with the price quoted and time estimated for!

Clint does great work down there all his mechanics are honest and get the job done that's the only place I take my car recommended him many times and nobody's been disappointed in his service honest man

My father is 85 years old, got a flat tire on his motorcycle (Yes, an 85 still riding a Goldwing) and he was right outside of CG Auto Werks. He walked in asking for some assistance to see if he could figure out what happened. Although the crew from CG was busy, they greeted him with a smile, helped him get the bike into the shop, helped him get it on the center-stand so he could check the tire and diagnose the issue. Sadly, there was a large hole in the tire so there wasn't anything to do but call a tow truck, but the point here is that they went out of their way to help someone when they know they won't really make any money in that particular case. When a shop does this, you know they treat customers like humans and not just a paycheck. I want to thank CG Auto Werks for helping my father. I know you earned his and my appreciation and you now have a new customer for the next time we need service on any of our cars that we have there in Battlegound. Kudos in a big way!

Service was straightforward. They did an excellent job. Explained to me the source of the issues on the vehicle, also explained the parts and labor time that would be required. These guys are so reliable and reasonably priced they make it worth the drive from Camas. They ve done great work on our cars and charged literally HALF the price of another shop we took the car to. Friendly, reliable and quick. I would recommend anyone to come here, even women who know nothing about cars. Really feel like they re not taking advantage. They are definitely our families shop !

I came in for a routine maintenance on my vehicle. Team here is communicative and honest.For vehicle pick up, Mark was out on the back working on something. I had some curiosity and he had no hesitation; he quickly went to showing me what he was working on and shared some of his knowledge. Mark clearly has deep expertise with vehicles and it was a pleasure to learn from him. Fantastic experience here and felt that my vehicle was in great hands.Will definitely be returning!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Talked to Clinton, the other day and made an appointment to get the water pump changed in my 1998 VW Jetta. Upon arrival, we talked about getting the car detailed and he was able to refer me to someone he highly recommends. While we were talking, one of the mechanics took the car in and started working on it. We weren't able to pick it up the same day, due to our schedule but it was done and ready! It is wonderful to not have to refill the reservoir every week! Thank you and your team, Clinton!!Though we haven't contacted the detailer, yet, if his service and care for his customers is anything like Clintons, at CG Autoworks, I am going to be VERY happy!

I was referred to Clinton at CG Auto Werks to send my elderly parents for work on their car. This man quoted over 1k for under $150 parts & labor to change some hoses & flush their system. Then harassed them to get the work done. When I contacted him, his response was, "This is not a charity"! Talking advantage of elderly people is WRONG! This guys is a CROOK! I have the messages to prove this happened.

I purchased a used car for my son that turned out to have some not so obvious accident damage to the front suspension. The shop that performed the realignment recommended I talk to Clint at CG Autowerks for the repairs.The car had numerous repair issues, but Clint came up with a great solution and the car runs like new now and the price was reasonable. Clint also took time to explain how they performed the repair and answer all my questions.Very glad I found them; give CG Autowerks a call, you'll be glad you did!

Took hundreds from me and didn't fix my air conditioning. He was rude about it too. It was obvious that he didn't careIn reply; no, you charged me for repairs, but the ac never worked and you said to bad. Then, when I questioned you, you visibly irritated said you would check one more thing. Then you didn't another five minutes and said nope. If you could've checked one more thing in five minutes why didn't you already check that when I payed hundreds? You were happy to take the money and not be thorough. And yes I paid for you to not fix TWO vehicles

Best mechanic in Clark County. I know this is a large claim but Clint and his guys have treated my wife and I well. He does quality work and is not all about the money. He does not recommend unneeded repairs. CG is my go-to for car repairs. Highly recommended!

Clint is the best. Walked me through step by step what was found wrong with my 03 Tahoe. Did not try to upsell me anything, in fact there was an 02 sensor that could have been replaced and I would not have known. When I came to pick up my vehicle, he said the 02 sensor is probably fine and if it were him he would not bother replacing it. Saved me some money on top of his already fair deal for the repair. I will definitely recommend this place for auto repairs to everyone that needs a fair, upfront, no games auto repair

Absolutely love this shop. They do the job right the first time. We have a Honda Odyssey and a Chevy Uplander, the team knows the ins and outs of both my rides! We highly recommend them for any repair needed on any vehicle !!!

I called Clint from out of town when my son was driving my car and it began to malfunction. He got the car in the shop within hours and diagnosed a bad injection coil, repaired it and returned the car the same day. Excellent service and honesty. I will use him again.

Took my Honda Odyssey here for rear brake job. I was referred to this amazing place through a friend. They do top notch work at a resonable price. I found a new mechanic for my vehicles!! Our family highly recommends the team at CG Autowerks.

Took the Cooper into CG for a timing chain replacement, an issue that plagues this model of car. Clint and team were extremely professional and accommodating. Definitely earned a customer from this experience.

Dude is awesome....I wish I could clone him! Having paid other shops to go thru the process of elimination to figure out whats needed to actually fix my fleet of Bug Rigs.....If Clint says my rig needs something to fix the problem....thats exactly what it needs...period! Every time!

These guys know VW better than anywhere else I've taken my VW Touareg. They've saved me hundreds by giving me honest feedback about repairs, and knowing how to do the repairs I need quickly and efficiently. I will not trust my car to anyone else!

Excellent shop. Clint, is an honest man and wont ever try to oversell you beyond what you need. When you find a trustworthy mechanic he becomes your life long mechanic.

Excellent work. Brilliant at figuring auto issues. They have worked successfully on my '97 Burb, '00 Avalon, '04 GS 300, '03 Mach 1, the last four years. I was very tired of misdiagnosis by others. Waste of money and time.

Not sure what to think, had my clutch done. Had to do timing belt and water pump. Looking around under the car, I see no evidence the transmission was pulled out. I'm probably wrong, but the axle tubes have no hand prints, thers no figure Mark's in the dirt. There's grease and road dirt not a single mark from anyone actually pulling the transmission.Service: Transmission
