I recently took over ownership of a used 2013 Acura MDX. I noticed it was having some slight issues at 134k. Figured I d get an inspection done at the next oil change.Casey s Auto repair was great, straight forward and friendly. I dealt with Brett with quotes and length of service. He sent over reports with images and request for service with quote and figures, very convenient for on the go. I will say, you pay for what you get. Yes, the price was fairly high for all the work done but with a 3yr warranty on the work I m happy with my investment to keep my vehicle running another 100k. I d recommend Casey s to anyone needing work done by professionals with experience. Go to the pros!

Since my regular mechanic was busy and my car was stranded with a coolant leak I elected to have my car towed to Casey s. They were quick to answer the phone, got me in the next day and quickly diagnosed the issue, a failed radiator. Casey s also provided a fantastic inspection of the entire car in a nice report. I received a call going over the issue with the car and was told my quote would be sent over shortly. The quote for a new radiator, hoses, thermostat and coolant for my Infiniti came out to just under $4300 dollars. A quick call to Beaverton Infiniti and I had a parts list that came out to just under $400, meaning their parts markup, taxes and labor were just shy of $4,000 for what was less than a 6 hour job per Infiniti. After I saw the quote I had the car released to my regular mechanic, who competed the repair for 400 dollars in labor. While I understand there was a short turnaround, the car was released to me with the cabin filter and glove box on the floor, as well as two broken clips on the engine intake s airbox. I did not drop the car off for anything filter related, yet in their haste to sell me filters the car was left semi disassembled.Casey s seems like a decent place to get your car worked on, and I m fairly confident had I approved all of the work my car would not have been returned to me in pieces. The inspection was top notch and they were very communicative. It is though, almost twice as costly as the local dealership and they seemed to try to upsell me on lots of unnecessary repairs (5,000 dollars for new struts, just due to the car s mileage and not a physical issue with the existing parts). For those considering Casey s, please get a second or third opinion before pulling the trigger on costly, unnecessary repairs.

Casey s was wonderful. They listened to me and tested my car and found the issues that needed to be fixed. It was expensive but it s what needed done. I appreciate the fact that they sent me text messages showing me the test results on the equipment not just a piece of paper saying this is what they found. I will continue to use Casey s for all my future car needs, as well as recommend them to others.Thank you ,Julie

Wow so impressed with the rapid and thoroughness with which they acted and resolved the multiple issues with my daughter's car. I am very grateful the way they provide minute detail showing everything they are doing to get to the bottom of all the issues. Justin was so accommodating and so kind understanding how important it was to get our car back on the road.

Casey's gives you a warm greeting when you arrive. They have a nice waiting room with computer and TV, plus a charging station for your phone. They keep you updated as to what the find. In my case they discovered I needed a new battery. They had to have one delivered which took longer than expected but they kept me informed. Because it took longer they gave me a discount. I will continue to use Casey's.

Very friendly and professional. I very much appreciated not only the honesty and trust when I told them I knew about cars. They didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need and made sure I confirmed I was aware of other things that were needed in the future. I felt valued. Also very reasonably priced

Bought a used car that had been checked before purchase. Out of an abundance of caution I wanted a truly independent review to make sure all was well. And I had hit a curb in the dark that likely did some harm.Casey s was spot on, friendly, did not try to up sell service, just tweaked the alignment all for avery fair price. If you like peace of mind, choose Casey s. I ve been to Firestone, Point S and Sun Auto, and I m going to stick with Casey s. Great job spotting my vehicles needs and organizing a plan of attack AND providing an affordable payment option. It s all I need for my vehicles.

This company is by far the best mechanic shop I ve ever used. Very very fair prices and honest people who do good work. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was completely fixed in the evening. Don t go anywhere else.

I'd give 10 stars if possible. They got me scheduled for a check engine turbo code diagnostic. Isaac was then able to get my repairs done the same day, which was very helpful because I desperately need this truck to move and my drive was over an hour to the shop. I am also thankful for the two mechanics that worked on my vehicle and the manager that ordered extra parts so it was on-hand for my 2007 vehicle. It's difficult to find a shop that will work on diesels on short notice. Today I got: fast, good AND fair price. Thank you Casey's!

Brett helped me out at Casey's Independent Auto Repair! These guys did great! I am out of town for business and my vehicle alternator went out. This is a lengthy alternator change at 4+ hours. My vehicle is racing down the road again. Thank you, I had several people refer me with confidence in their voices about ya'lls work!

As usual these guys were stellar. They kept me up-to-date over the two day process It took to do all the repairs to my truck. I have been coming to these guys for years. I grew up in a world where you got what you paid for. You expected it, you could count on it. On one hand if you made the choice to pay less you did so at your peril. Sometimes you got lucky but that s not really what I m talking about; I m actually addressing the inverse.Competence is the exception in this age and there seems to be no correlation to price.. I like that I can count on Casey s to tell it to me straight, give me a thorough and comprehensive diagnosis, offer a fair price and a perfect repair, every time. I won t go anywhere else, nobody should.

At $800 spent and the problem still unknown I decided to pull my truck from the shop. After being told it was an ecu reason the abs was out, turns out it wasn t. Seemed more interested in selling me a $6000 transmission then listening to why the truck was brought in. Got it home, spent 3 minutes googling the problem and found an article on the fuse block being mis labeled from the factory, check the fuse, replaced it. Abs light off, problem fixed. $800 fuse.

Brought in my wife's GMC Acadia due to filling up issues. Said it was the vapor canister and valve. Had them do recommended repairs they said to solve the problem. $1200 later it is still not fixed. The repair costs were way more than other shops around but they had the time to bring in right away. Took the car back in when problem was not fixed and a few hours later they say they wanted another $1454 to do more repairs. They did not take the time to check to see if it would work properly fill at a fueling station after charging $1200. I do not recommend having any repairs done by this place. The GM Justin was not willing to take responsibility for repairs not being fixed. Problem in finding a good shop anymore is shops only repair what a computer says instead of diagnosing what customers say what the problem is. I would like to see some money refunded for not solving the problem, but that won't probably happen when they can't even admit they made a mistake.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Today was my 1st experience having work done on my vehicles by Casey s team and they exceeded my expectations! They put new tires on my wifes SUV and performed scheduled maintenance on my truck all in just 2 hrs. Brett made the check in/check out process and communication super streamlined which helps with my chaotic schedule. They will be my Go To for all future automotive needs!

I have been using Casey's Auto Repair for about 2 years now.I took my diesel truck to them for an oil leak. They found the leak. They told me it was an easy fix and told me of several other issues with my truck. They are honest and give customers options to prioritize the things that are in urgent need and others you can wait on. Brought my van to be servic due to engine light very nice in the beginning even convinced to sign upFor the credit card, which at the time we thought was very to offer. I follow all there recommendation services. We paid over $2000 on service work done on the van. After retrieving the van back I still noticed the problem exsisted took van back to Casey auto and followed the recommendation. Two months later my transmission dropped on the highway with my Family in the car! Drop the van back to Casey auto and the rudeness I received from the phone was shocking.Dont recommend to do business with a company that does not stand on services they recommend or provide. Over priced on services. Overall, bad business if you need to address issue that Casey auto services things on the van that did Not need to be serviced. Never fix the original problem

I went to Casey's as I wanted a second opinion on what a dealership had quoted me for work they said needed to be addressed on my vehicle. After inspection, Justin agreed the work would eventually need to be done but not right away. He was remarkably shocked (as I) as to the dealership's quoted price and told me that he could have the car aligned and both rear shocks done for about $950 less. WOW!! That was such wonderful news that I decided to have them do the work that day because of price and for piece of mind. They have a nationwide 36 month/36,000 mile coverage policy.I would highly recommend Casey's for their work ethics and customer service. Thank you, Justin (service advisor) and Sean (tech)10/19/23I went in for an oil change. Isaac was very accommodating. He did not make me feel like I needed to act immediately when he told me it was noticed that my brake fluid needed replacement. He was also able to get my wiper blades replaced on the spot even though they were not part of the original work order. Terrific customer service

They were super easy to deal with. Did a full inspection on my rig which was unexpected. It didnt show any surprises. Was a little pricey but im good with that so long as the work is worth it. And it was.

Been coming to Casey s since 2017 for all diesel maintenance and repairs.. always come through with stellar service n honest pricing. Far superior then the competition...
