5-star review. Is tough to get. I will have to say Ryan Singh did a great job helping me with my purchase. The customer service was the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. We did most of our conversation and dealing outside. Made my experience perfect. From the test drive to walking out with my new keys. Was great. My purchase at Carr Buick GMC was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I was in and out in 40 minutes with a new car. The team was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. I worked with Cody Halsey who was able to answer my questions, professional, and no pushy. I am extremely happy with Carr and would buy from them again.

Absolute top level experience ! No pressure, no gimmicks, professional car buying environment. Ryan is genuinely the nicest , most down to earth salesman that I have ever come across ! True class act. I highly recommend that you consider giving him the chance to help you purchase your next car, you won't regret it. Cody helped seal the deal with his no nonsense professionalism. The absolute BEST car dealership in the metro area! Great inventory of vehicles and fantastic customer service. Ryan Singh is my go to car salesman for life. He was so kind, knowledgeable and NO pressure. Matt, the finance manager was great too. If you are car shopping, I highly recommend you call Ryan. You'll be glad you did.

From start to finish, this was hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had. I walked in, told them what car I was looking for and drove off in that car. I greatly appreciated the fact that they didn't try to talk me into something else. Rich was extremely nice and pleasant to work with. Wade, was a great salesman, not pushy and was nice to talk to while I waited for the financing to be finalized. Overall, best dealership all around.

Just bought a a used 2022 Denali from Wade at CARR GMC. It was exactly what I was looking for and the deal was done easily over the phone. Arrived to pick it up and he came to pick me up at the airport. Looked over the truck, and started the paperwork. The finance department was super easy! Beat vehicle deal I ve ever done. Service department did an excellent job inspecting it. Would happily buy from Carr again! And they will be my first choice when I get ready to buy another new vehicle.

Worked with Ryan Singh to purchase my new Acadia. Ryan was very responsive to email for several weeks as I worked my schedule out. He was very accommodating with my schedule. When we finally came to the dealer Ryan was very informative of the vehicles they had to offer and was very helpful in getting us a vehicle that met our needs. Would definitely recommend and use this dealer again in the future!

Just purchased my 2nd CARR car with the help of James. He was great.Everything went smoothly. When I had a question he was super helpful with follow through. I would definitely recommend James for anyone looking to buy. Additionally, Ari helped make the paperwork process go so smoothly and quickly. He was very friendly and professional.

We had been looking for a truck for quite some time. We looked at a lot of different makes and models at a variety of dealers. When we came to car Buick GMC in Vancouver. Stu What is the one who came out and helped us. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, And not high-pressure. We drove A truck but it was not quite what we were looking for. He seemed to understand what we wanted and a couple days later called us. See if we wanted to test Drive it. We did later that evening and fell in love with it. He and his finance team Stayed late to get the job finished. If we are ever in the market for another GMC or Buick we will definitely come back to car Buick GMC in Vancouver.

Stew and Ari were the two people who helped me and my family make a decision on a car yesterday. To start off Stew was very friendly, kind, honest, and patient with our child and ourselves as we came into the dealership with little knowledge of vehicles. Ari was very truthful and also very good with our kid. Overall the experience we had was incredible and I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you for making our first car a special one!!

Josh, the general manager and team did a fantastic job in getting our 2024 Yukon Denali for us. James our sales professional kept us well informed from the time the factory order was placed to the time the vehicle was delivered. I wanted to take a minute to give Jake in service kudos. Every time I go in with my 2019 GMC3500 he treats me amazing. He s always welcoming, makes the process easy, he always has a sense of urgency, always communicates really well, and I always leave feeling like he went above and beyond. Good customer service goes along way. I highly recommend going in for service at Carr : )

Stopped by this weekend to take a look at a new truck! I left with a beautiful Red 2023 GMC Sierra AT4 3500! Stew landed us on the Model of truck! Ryan let us take the truck for a super fun test drive and helped us with numbers! Ari wrapped up our paperwork within 15 minutes in the finance department so we could make it on time to our family dinner.My entire family was takin care of and we had a great time!GO SEE STEW, RYAN and ARI!Thanks guys!

I was looking for a small crossover type vehicle and was almost complete in my search & buying on Automall road in Vancouver, and I forgot there was a GMC/Buick dealer around the corner.I quick drove over just to check, and I went in and immediately hit it off with Tristan who helped me out tremendously. Calm, casual, not pushy at all (none of those bad things that car salesmen all get all the rap for) and I ended up walking out with a brand new Encore GX! I am very happy with the car and the experience! Thanks Tristan! and Ari over in finance! Quick, easy and out the door with my new Encore! Loving it!Would recommend 100% The buying process, bought some accessories a week later in parts and was so easy, and on top of all that I got the call and my new plates came in quicker than I thougth and they held themn for me at the front desk to pickup...Fantastic experience all the way around!

Purchased a car and had such a easy going experience. Was apprehensive and a little overwhelmed as I was a first time Tesla buyer. Sheri Dickinson made this experience a easy one. Great service and had all my questions answered. Walked with me from looking, to finance, to driving off the lot. Would go and buy a car from her without any hesitation.

From start to finish these guys made my experience buying my first BRAND NEW car easy and pleasant. It took me a little over an hour to get through all the paperwork which made it fast in my mind. All my questions and concerns were addressed quickly. Overall a great experience.

I had done a lot of homework regarding the car I wanted and was split between a GMC or a Chevy. I loved the terrain 2023 I drive, but what helped to stear me towards buying GMC was also my dealer Tom's great customer service. He didn't try to push me into a higher priced vehicle or something different. I had experienced this at other places and that just makes me want to leave. He. did a great job helping me figure out my payments along with my trade in. This is the first GMC I've ever owned and I love it.

I sent an email requesting information on availability of a specific vehicle we had been tracking down and sales associate James Reardon called with in an hour of receiving my email. I was able to tell immediately he was seasoned and experienced on the phone. We were over 220 miles from your dealership and he was able to do some quick research and respond to all our questions and concerns. With in two days we put together the deal, organized our trade and financing so when we pulled in to do the deal everyone was ready and our new truck was sitting out front with a full tank of Gas all washed and ready to go! They even sent us pictures while we were in route. We arrived late due to traffic and work issues and everyone involved kept the dealership open late to make sure we loved our new truck before sending us on our way home. I was totally impressed with everyone involved and would not hesitate to refer the sales team and the dealership....even if you are out of the area. We love our new truck and the process was not stressful but rather seamless and we are in love with yet another wonderful GMC Denali Truck! Thank you for your professionalism from start to finish!

I have been blessed to have had no need to go car shopping for the past 18 years, but that changed suddenly when my car was totaled by a rear-end collision. I was not looking forward to the experience as in the past it has felt like what I refer to as "swimming with sharks," and this was my first time having to shop alone. I had the complete opposite experience at Carr. Jonathan was the main salesperson who assisted me multiple times over 2 days, but Ryan and others also jumped in when he was not available. Everyone was extremely personable and happy to help me find a car that fit for me, not fill a personal agenda or quota. I had arrived in a rental car and had no way to drive the vehicle home. Jonathon went above and beyond by picking me up from the rental car facility the next day and driving me back to the dealership. Ari in finance was helpful and never pushy with trying to sell me extra products. It really felt like a supportive community with them instead of pressure to make a sale. Kudos to the business owner and team who have created such a beautiful and rare environment of people over profits!

I called for an appointment and was able to bring my car in the same day. An oil change was done and the service manager informed me my car needed a tire rotation and an alignment, which I agreed to have done. Service was quick and the service manager also advised what would be needed at my next oil change.

Ryan in Vancouver sales was very down to earth and real. Very honest to deal with. Very pleasant buying experience!And Matt is standing by to help with any postsales, maintenance, finance issues that come up.I've dealt with many much more untrustworthy dealers! These guys are for real! And the lifetime powertrain warranty is a killer sales advantage!I Will be back!

Be very careful when buying a car here. They are very good at selling you a new truck and selling you on how great of a costumer service you will get with any of your truck issues if you get any. When you call themUp on warranty and recall work stuff they push you off and don t even bother checking up on you. I gotta call them all the time to get my truck in. Also I custom ordered a truck here and it did not come with the options I asked for and they told me it was all the sales men fault. If you buy a truck here make sure you don t leave with it unless everything you wanted was on it. They told me don t worry about we will order the stuff and we will get it installed I have had the truck a year and several calls and nothing.

Worked with Ryan Singh on getting my father in law a beautiful GMC 3500HD Denali. The customer service was awesome, no dealer mark up like others I was trying to work with, and they even stayed late for us which I am not proud of but definitely appreciate. Thank you Ryan!
