Carl did a 4 wheel alignment on my 1968 Chevy C10 after I rebuilt the suspension and steering. . He did a fantastic job - showing me all of the steps along the way. Friendly, fast and thorough. I highly recommend him and his shop for excellent work and fair pricing!

Attention to detail and looks out for the customer. Trevor took care of me when I brought my truck in for an alignment after having to get new tires. Ended up needing to replace several components that were end of life which caused my tires to wear out premature. Been riding smooth and quiet since.

Very unprofessional. Did a lot of unnecessary holes in my Jeep (had to replace parts). Charged me $1500 for the alignment and ball joints, but still had to go to another shop to fix their job. I Do not recommend

I love Carl's Alignment! I went in to have my car checked for an Alignment and clunky noise in the back. They were able to point out a couple of things that I need to fix before my alignment can be done! So awesome to have a good honest mechanic you can trust!

Body shop would not align my Mustang after being repaired cause it was too low. Had to find an alignment shop on my own. Called around town and was finally directed to Carl's for lowered cars. The team was great, clear, honest and on it. They ended up finding that the control arm and steering tie rod were still bent during the alignment. They let me know, ordered the parts and billed my insurance and made it all easy, and they also reduced the camber on my wheels. Nothing but good things to say, will be back when it's time.

It s always a pleasure doing business with Carl s alignment. They re knowledgeable and know what they re doing. Got a new set rear gear and pinion installed on my Mustang as well as an alignment. The gears are working flawlessly and no whining and the car drives straight. Would recommend this place to anyone

Only great things to say. Friendly, informative, finished on time and on budget. I thought my Sequoia was toast after getting broadsided square in the back tire. Trevor replaced the axle and found some other suspension issues that needed addressed. Great experience working with Carl! My car was completed while I ate at Benny's next door. Perfect!Only downside was my windows were left down and car unlocked in lot after it was complete by the mechanic (not Carl) who completed the work and then went to lunch. I little concerning considering the heavy pedestrian traffic in area but OK.Carl later, went over all findings thoroughly and with great customer service.They are definitely trusted for local classic collectors, think there were 6 classics in the shop at the time!I will definitely come back for brakes or alignment issues in future!Thank you Carl for your assuridy, explanations, and your great sense of humor!

The gentlemen I delt with here were highly knowledgeable and up front with everything. They truly know their stuff. I've gone here a few times for alignments and they somehow always do it better than any other shop I've been to.I did have a wheel bearing done last year, though, and will say they're service is not especially affordable. I've come to find out the price of my one wheel bearing at Carl's would've been about enough to have all four done at most other shops. They didn't really seem to care to do the job too quickly either (almost 2 days for one bearing?) and they didn't seem extremely friendly either. At the end of the day, however, it's excellent work by superb mechanics. It's pricey but at least you can know you get what you pay for.

I was quoted $1700 for both front lower control arms, and several rear end suspension pieces needing to be replaced. The mechanic showed me underneath my car the "loose" parts. This guy was clearly taking me for a ride. AnyWays, I then took my car to MY mechanic, who quoted me $550 to replace 1 lower control arm, and my 2 rear sway bar links. That's it, he did the work, and now my car is drivable and safe. Carl's shop was obviously trying to sell me work that I did not need. Please, go somewhere else. Do not get work done at this shop...

Carl's was recommended by someone I respect and trust. Honest, very knowledgeable, excellent work, communicative, on time! It's a treasure beyond description find an automotive service place with people you can trust!

I am a Mercedes Benz owner and I am pretty picky with a quality of a service when i do to any of the shops. . This guy spent 2 hours to do a proper alignment on my car, and i feel like he would spend 5 if needed, just to make it right way, and that for the half of the price what dealer would charge me...! I reccomend to use this shop! Thank you!

My husband brought his pride possession down to Carl's and literally wanted to die leaving it there for the hour. Regardless, they called and were completely honest with him, they were unable to do the work. They could have completed the alignment and sent him on his way, however, they were very honest in telling him what needed to be done prior to the alignment. With this type of honesty and integrity, we will always return to them as well as recommend them to others! My husband is not happy his baby didn't get completed, but he is happy he didn't get taken to the bank either.

Carl was very helpful explaining what my issues were with my truck. He very obviously knew what he was doing and was very willing to show me exatly what needed to be done, I would definitely recommend end and I will be a future customer if his!Thanks Carl!

I have a 2000 corvette and I lowered the car. Took the car to there place and they called me and told the rear wheel bearings where bad. They didn t charge me for diagnosis! I went to get the car and fix the wheel bearings and took it back to them. Trever who is awesome aligned the car perfectly. They are honest and great people!

Great place with folks who know their job. They do many custom and collector cars for owners who demand the best. I've been there a couple times for problems that other shops couldn't properly diagnose or screwed up.. Both times Carl's did the job right the first time and my cars have never handled better or rode more smoothly

I took my 2006 Buick Lacrosse for suspension work, the car was lowered, gas struts were installed, new sway bars front and rear and front brake work were all taken car of in short order. Thanks to Carl, Dustin and Trevor for providing excellent service. If there were more stars available they would get them from me. These guy's are "Can Do". My car exceeds my expectations.

I took my daughters car into Carl s today because I thought she had ran up over a curb and knocked her alignment off balance.The gentleman drive the car and then called and told me to pick it up because the car didn t need an alignment, it needed a front left tire.I am a female and know noting about cars, he could had very well taken my money but he didn tWhat an honest man and he didn t even charge me for telling me what the problem was.He s a Saint in today s world !!!!! Go see Carla brakes - you won t be sorry

Carl was very personable and said he'd try to take care of me. $430 bill for about 3 hours labor installing rear sway bar/w alignment. I supplied all parts installed. Won't be back.

Used to be good when the old man ran it. Went to have my wife's Forester checked they tried selling me control arm bushings. They said they were torn. NOT! They would have been better off explaining that the bushing are not of the best design. But no they argued that they were torn. Bummer they didn't that I was a ASE certified front end mechanic for 22 years and still wrench for friends and family because I enjoy it.I just don't own a alignment machine. I used to send alot of work that way, BUT NOT ANY MORE!!!

Really disappointed. Return customer, and a car guy, and they totally ripped me off. Went in for an alignment and car needed a part that they charged me 3x what the part cost anywhere else. The guy tried saying that it was hard to find bla bla bla. I stupidly said ok just cause the car was already there. Then I looked up the part and everyone in town had the same brand/part in stock for $60.00 and they charged me $152.00. When I complained he gave me a lousy $20.00 off. He even had the nerve to tell me he paid $90.00 for the part, I know they mark the parts up a bit but to mark it up 40% is just good old fashioned highway robbery. I don't mind paying a fair price for labor, but I'll never go back or recommend Carl's again.

My dad and i will only go to Carl. Hes more expensive than les schwab on most things, but come on. Your paying for quality work, compared to the guy that just got trained and has no idea what he is doing. I prefer paying for a quality job, over saving a few bucks. Thanks again for another great job Carl.

Carl charged my husband $2200 for bushings, king pins and other parts + front end alignment(which was not done). Today we had to take it to another .mechanic for the same thing because they didn't replace half of what they said they did.BIG RIPOFFS!!!! Don't do business with them! BEWARE!
