I am very pleased with the customer service at Caliber. The front office receptionists were friendly and prompt in person or when calling in. George was wonderful and kept me up to date through phone and text throughout the process. Also, my van was returned earlier than expected and at a time when I was on that side of town so that I didn't have to make an extra trip. George, thank you for having it ready in that small window of time!The repairs to my van look great. Even my husband didn't note anything when he inspected the vehicle. I am very happy with the overall process.

One of the best places that I have ever dealt with when it comes to car repairs. Very knowledgeable staff. Very friendly. The communication is by far one that most places only dream to be able to keep up with. Text messages to let you know what is happening with your car at every turn. I absolutely love this place.

My experience was great! George was excellent and communications and keeping me updated with progress. It was a big relief that I didn't have to call for updates. They were sent via text message- HUGE PLUS. The staff was kind and respectful. The younger girl in the front office (cannot remember her name) was very helpful with all my questions and scheduling conflicts. Overall- great team work and communication on their end!!

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service (George, Sarah, John) and repairs on my vehicle. I was informed of each step and the thoroughness from start to finish and my car was ready 3 weeks early! thank you!

My car needed some repair after a hit a run. I came in, they looked at it and I made an appointment for about 3 weeks later. When I took it in, the receptionist was very casual. She said that the car would be looked at later today or tomorrow, that my insurance could give me a rental (my insurance doesn't) and they would order the parts. I assumed that parts would of been ordered when I took it in at the initial appointment (she said they didn't have the room to store parts). They finally got the part, but it was the wrong one, so they just put on the old bumper, so I could have my car back. I do have to say George the service advisor was very apologetic and put my car ahead of others so I could get it back. He also got the right part ordered, then painted, so I only had to bring my car in for one day to finally get it replaced. He would get a 5 star. but the whole ordeal that I went through would get a 1 star. It took 3 months. I think that they need to look at their process of how they do things. They were very good about calling the rental, when I went in to drop off the car (I was told by one person there, that it only takes 3-4 days to repair a bumper. I felt I could afford to pay for 3 days of rental). They were also nice to arrange a lyft to take me to and from the shop when I had to pick up the car and drop it off. They just didn't measure up to an experience I had years ago with another repair shop.

Caliber collision was highly recommended by my insurance company as they provide a lifetime warranty on their work. This is a top-notch body shop with no nonsense. Worked seamlessly with my insurance company and local car rental company to give me a great experience. George Blizzard and the staff are professional through and through from the moment you drop your car off with them to the moment of pick up. Text messaging follow up kept me informed every step of the way on status of repairs. I would definitely recommend Caliber collision to anyone looking for a quality body shop. They did a phenomenal job, workmanship was quality, and I am completely satisfied and happy.

We used Caliber Collision at the recommendation of our insurance, for one of our work vehicles. The quick turn around and detailed communication was spectacular! We couldn't be more thrilled with a process that more often than not, causes headaches for people. We moved from GA to WA this past August and drove an Rv and my Forte 5 and in Nebraska it began to hail like I've never seen before. my car had 12k in damage and originally state farm said it was totaled and now it looks brand new. These are great people! From start to finish excellent service. I actually enjoyed myself when I was at the shop. I cannot commend the Staff enough. This is definitely a wonderful team of people at this location and Jerry I BElieve(I'm awful with names) kept me totally in the know and informed me regularly about status. Plus they worked with rental car company so I literally showed up and rental car picked me up and then dropped the rental at Abra. Exceptional service I will use again if ever I need to. Here's after pics but I have no before pics because I couldnt get angle to show the damage extent but they will vouch it was bad and car looks new Thanks guys

David at Caliber Collision on Mill Plain did such a great job keeping me informed and getting the work done on my car as quick as possible. He has great customer service skills and my car looks great after picking it up. Definitely would recommend them for anyone looking for body work/repairs.

They were amazing! My car looks as good as new! So glad I chose Caliber, I'm pretty picky about my car and who works on it, but after reading the reviews and experiencing their service first hand, I will most definitely be using them in the future!

Waited over 2 months for a minor repair. Service was horrible. Felt like they didn't want my business and that it was a real imposition for me to want to do business with them.There are a lot of other repair shops out there..pick someone else.b

Went in to get my bumper painted was told over a month for a estimate 4 months to fix it but not 1 person on the property was working at all. 14 people just standing around not 1 car even being worked on . I see why it takes so long lazy people just wow. People at this place are not competent at all it didn't take 4 months to build the building your in and if your workers actually worked hard wouldn't be such a wait just a thought.

George and Kellirae were phenomenal. The communication was clear and concise and they were both so friendly. They had answers for all of my questions and made the whole process and experience actually enjoyable. They set the bar extremely high and I will be recommending this shop to anyone who's asking. Nick was pretty cool too but we only spoke one time since George was my main point of contact. Kudos to the whole team!Edited to add that the technician(s) that worked on the repairs did an amazing job and I wanted to make sure that they were also called out in the kudos.

The team at the Vancouver Mill Plain collision center are very helpful, courteous and efficient. Their updates and communication via phone and text, are helpful, timely, clear and top notch. In the front office, Ashley always greeted me with a smile, positive attitude and respect. George was especially helpful in that he walked me through the process clearly while making the initial repair estimate and was more than willing to politely answer or address questions or concerns that I had throughout the entire repair process. Upon delivery of my repaired vehicle, George again walked me through everything and made certain that I was fully satisfied with the work. I haven't seen or experienced this attention to detail, courtesy and great customer service in a long while. It made an otherwise stressful and tedious situation a lot easier to deal with and to resolve. Thank you very, very much!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everything was great. The work, the progress reports, any necessary changes, the time line, the professionalism of all, the final work product, and the condition of the vehicle when I picked it up...cleaned and shined...inside and out...even down to the tires. Great job guys.It is refreshing to deal with a company that you just have NO COMPLAINTS about. Outstanding!They earned every cent of the very reasonable price.

It took a month to schedule an evaluation, another month to schedule the repair job, a week after I dropped it off to get just the estimate of when it would be done, and 2 weeks to get the job done.
