Front drop off to pick up, everyone was very kind and helpful. The front desks folks were welcoming. Marcus assisted me the most through the process and was top notch. Johnnie assisted in the beginning as well and was pleasant to interact with. The manager also ensured that I was satisfied after everything was completed. They did an amazing job fixing my car. Got in a fender bender during a horrible ice storm. They were able to replace my bumper and fix my car in less than a week! They kept me updated and answered all my questions. Everybody was so nice and patient with us as I ve never had to go through this process before. They even put on my front license plate bracket so I didn t have to do it at the dealership! We won t be using anybody else since we found this place, they re the best!

I would say overall the experience was a success. There were parts that were "supposedly" on back order with no date of getting them and then they all of a sudden showed up. They said this may happen. The tailgate of my van leaked because that is where it was hit and I told them this when I delivered it. When it was finished, the carpet smelled of mold, the motor for the tailgate did not operate, and there was a molding piece inside that wasn't snapped in all the way. I had to return my van to get it detailed and tailgate motor replaced. They fixed it right though. Even with all the back and forth, I was pleased with the final results. The team was very friendly and kind. Kept me in the loop the entire time.

After rear ending someone and needing the front of my car replaced. I received it looking better than new! My car was returned much earlier than estimated. I got a text every step of the way. Caliber Collison did a fabulous job with my car, and they were awesome providing communication with me about car. They even helped with arranging the car rental which was a big bonus for me. I felt so much relief that had everything taken care. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I brought my car to Caliber Collision after getting into an accident leaving my rear bumper cracked and scratched up and a broken tail light. After they inspected they found other problems underneath the bumper so I am so glad I didn t just go out and buy a new bumper and tail light and called it good! I had a Great experience overall, and staff was amazing. They communicated very well throughout the entire process and they were quick to get it finished! It only took about a week and a half! Picked up my car and it was clean inside and out, the paint job matches perfectly I am so happy with the repair. I would highly recommend. All the workers were so friendly, I will definitely be using them for my future car needs and referring them as well.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I m updating my original review from 1 star to 4 stars after having picked up and inspected my vehicle yesterday (2/9). After posting my original review, I received a text message the next day indicating that they had ordered a new part and would be correcting the issues. I was notified a few days ago that my car was finally ready for pick-up after the issues had been corrected. After speaking with David the estimator, he explained the reason for the issues and how they were able to resolve them, which I greatly appreciated. Upon my visual inspection, my vehicle looks back to the way I remember it before it was in an accident. Although I ve only had my vehicle back for a day, all the electrical sensors impacted in the accident are working as they should, and everything else seems to be running as normal. Although I didn t appreciate the unfinished product at the time my wife originally went to pick up my vehicle, I very much appreciated the way David worked to resolve the issue.

Would recommend the shop on 33rd for sure. The customer service was above and beyond, The team that took care of me was professional, personal and took the time out to keep me informed and to personalize the experience! Glad that I chose this shop off the list of places to go to have my repairs done!

Showed up to get an estimate on my car and this guy just kept asking if we planned on leaving it today and I asked multiple times how long it will take for repairs mind you the repairs are not major this was a fender bender at 20mph. He said after we leave it he will have a better idea. He said it could take a week or 3 weeks he doesn t know. This is my only vehicle and I have a kid in school 5 days a week not so reasonable of an answer for someone who works a full time job and needs to pick up a child from school 5 days a week. This place has zero clue what they are doing. He said I just get an estimate and send it to Geico my wife told him we have the estimate from Geico already for $789 so what are we going to do? No answer other than leave me your car and I ll get back in touch with you about how long it will take. What a joke.

The work they did on my car was fantastic. The only problem was there was a miscommunication on the model of my car which led to the wrong bumper being ordered so it took longer for the work to be done. Also, one of the painters left a mask in my trunk. That I had to return. Also, there was a lack of communication between me and the company about how the work was progressing. This is an amazing company from making an appt with the receptionist, to speaking to the associate Pricilla . I had a side mirror that needed to be replaced and it was done in one day painting and all. I had two scratches and she graciously tried to buff them out. She did a good job on them making them less noticeable. I would recommend them to my family and friends for sure. Very friendly company and are customer oriented. Mixed experiences with 1 great experience and 1 poor experience with different locations. When things are bad they are really bad. Had to make multiple trips to pick up the vehicle, each time all of the original damage was not repaired and additional work was required. After getting the original damage repaired, new damage to the windshield and a seatbelt along with parts rattling around inside of the areas that were repaired will require even more additional work.

The quality of the work was stellar. The work itself took way too long. If I hadn t pushed for my car s completion, I m not sure how long it would have taken. The repairs took upwards of 6 weeks.

Had no previous experience with vehicle damage repair and no idea which body shop to take my injured Camry to. Fortunately, my insurance company strongly recommended Caliber Collision, which they have a long history of satisfaction with. They also warranty their work forever. So I went there. I was not disappointed! The facility is nicely laid out, clean, much more attractive than I might have expected. The staff were all friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped thru the door. They were able to get my car in right away. The insurance company paid the estimate the next day. The service rep kept me updated thru regular text updates. And, the job was done in a few days, faster than expected! When I picked my vehicle up, she was beautiful again. All mechanical and electronic were fully restored. The rental turn-in happened right there. The rep helped me transfer my personal property back into my own car, answered all my questions, reminded me of their lifetime quality warranty. I had already paid my deductible at the desk. The service rep and I had a nice social chat, and I drove off smiling. I m still smiling, and strongly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in the unfortunate position of needing a body shop for damage repair. It was a surprisingly wonderful experience. I am 73, a resident of Vancouver, and have no other relationship with Caliber Collision than being a very satisfied first time customer. You can approach them with confidence.

I was in an auto accident that destroyed the rear of my car. Caliber took great care in repairing my vehicle and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I'm happy they were the ones who repaired my car. First of all, their estimate came in at half of what my other estimates were. Second, there final price matched there estimate. Third, they completed my repair faster than they estimated. Fourth, the washed my exterior and vacuumed my interior before I picked it up. Hopefully I'll never need them again, but if I do I'm glad they're there for me.

Edit: this is my second edit. I m dropping it to one star out of principle. It has been almost 2 years and they still have not replaced the part they had on back order. At this point it can t possibly have been on back order and it shouldn t be my responsibility to chase them down for it. They promised me they would contact me as soon as it became available. Leaving the original review in there for them to be fair to them and I still stand by those words. But be prepared to be forgotten about if you get your car back incomplete.Fast and friendly. Kept me informed of their progress and I m happy with the repairs. Detailing the interior of my car was a nice touch, they didn t have to do it and I was pleasantly surprised when I got back in my vehicle!Edit: Dropping my five star rating to a four stars. When my service was complete they were unable to replace a part due to market back orders. But promised me as soon as it was in they would have me pop in a replace it. It s been over a year, and in fairness to them I have checked once months ago to find it was still back ordered, and I haven t heard from them about it. It s not a crucial part, but it s the principle that they have not reached out or kept me updated on it. For all I know they haven t been on top of it because I haven t been bothering them about it, but still I shouldn t have to.

Was so frustrated when our car was vandalized AGAIN in a 12 month period, but the folks at Caliber were amazing to work with and took as much stress out of the process as they could. They were willing to take my car despite having a full lot and got the repair done in a week and a half--much faster than I expected. While they are dealing with the same supply chain issues as everyone else, so other customers may not have the same experience, one thing you will get with Caliber that you won't get elsewhere is a responsive team that answers your questions and lets you know how the repair is going. Krista was fantastic to work with, and they did a really good job--even saved my tire, which saved us time and money. I would 100% recommend, especially if you have Progressive insurance--they handled everything, so I didn't have to worry about reimbursement or anything like that.
