Dealing with auto insurance loss is not fun; however, this specific Caliber Collision made it fun. I scheduled a few weeks out - giving them time to order and receive parts (seat belt assemblies for both seats on the left of my Jeep). My insurance carrier already generated a preliminary estimate and sent me the initial funds. I dropped off the day after Christmas and got a ride home. Drop off process was seem less. I received text messages from my service advisor - Misty - all throughout the day. My vehicle was repaired and returned back same day. I couldn t be more grateful for the top notch customer service. If you find yourself in an insurance claim situation and need a repair shop - I would recommend this place hands down. If I m ever in need, I will use this place hands down.

If I could give more stars I would! My experience front start to finish was very professional and friendly. I was dealing with another repair shop that dropped the ball so I searched for a local repair shop and Caliber Collision came up. After initially talking with them I immediately felt like my needs were being taken care of.The amount of communication whether a phone call, text messages about the progress, or just the amount of information about what will happen from start to finish on repairs made me feel extremely thankful that they took the time to make everything so easy.I can t recommend them enough, if you need repairs done quickly and with precision I highly suggest Caliber Collision in Vancouver, WA.The work speaks for itself! An excellent service from start to finish! Jeff Pope and the team at Caliber Collision went above and beyond to fix my car's issue promptly and effectively. From the moment I walked in, they were courteous and knowledgeable, explaining the repair process and providing a transparent breakdown of costs. The repair was completed ahead of schedule, and they kept me updated throughout. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Let's face it, if you are in need of your car being repaired after an accident, it's not your best day. However, Jeff Pope and his excellent team at Caliber Collision (Vancouver-Hazel Dell) go a long way towards making you feel better. Jeff was great at communication, letting me know several times a week how the repairs were coming along and when I could expect to get my car back. He was empathetic and worked hard to get the repairs done as quickly as possible. It's obvious that his team takes pride in their work and are dedicated to turning out the best result possible. I was astonished at how beautiful my car looked when we picked it up! The body work and paint job are flawless. It was detailed and shiny inside and out. Thank you, Jeff, and your fantastic team for giving me back my beautiful car!

Caliber Collision delivered excellent service throughout the entire repair process. The estimate was very thorough and very accurate. Communication during the repair was done very well and I always knew the status of my repair. The end result is a vehicle that looks like new! Outstanding work by the entire Caliber team!

Misty was amazing! She kept me updated every step of the way and let me know when it was expected to be ready as well as called me. They cleaned my car inside and out, which I wasn't expecting and very delighted to discover. She also left me a really nice thank you card in my car. The time it took ended up being half of the original estimated time as well so that was fantastic. I'm happy to have my car looking like new again. They did a beautiful job repairing it.

Caliber Collision at Hazel Dell did an exceptional job in repairing our Mercedes GLK 350. It came back looking like brand new, several weeks ahead of schedule. The staff kept us informed through the whole process and showed great care as if it were their own pride and joy. This is a top notch operation!

Caliber Collision is the best! My vehicle had been sideswiped by a hit-and-run driver. I went to Caliber Collision for the estimate and repair. I really appreciated their professionalism and thoroughness throughout the process. I interacted with at least 5 employees, with Misty being my main point of contact. Every single employee there was friendly, helpful and extremely good at their jobs. When they repaired my vehicle, they did an excellent job, the final cost was actually less than their estimate and they offered a life-time warranty on their work. What started with an unhappy situation of dealing with a hit-and-run turned into a happy outcome where I left feeling grateful and taken care of. If only the rest of the world could run like this company does! Truly great customer service.

I want to preface that nothing is perfect and it's hard for me to give a 5 star review because there is always room for improvement. However, I have worked with other shops such as dealership collision centers. For instance, I am still trying to get one currently to fix their error in my autobody repair from a year ago. This specific dealership's collision center, I have gone to multiple times for the same issue since then. To remedy this particular situation. This ordeal has really tested my patience. This experience with Caliber Collision was VERY refreshing in comparison. They got me in for an appraisal in about 2 weeks from the incident. Then in for the repair within about a month from the appraisal. Which right now is the best we can hope for with availability at shops. Even though, it was a windshield issue I brought to them. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. But the repair took about 3 business days. this is while they were short staffed. Misty, she was fabulous! She, I felt, was very genuine, honest, friendly, understanding, flexible and just overall personable. I will definitely bring my car to them if (heaven forbid) I need auto repairs done after a collision/accident. I am very impressed by the whole staffs professionalism!

Excellent customer service and quality body work completed. My day of appt. I forgot to drop off car. They worked around my schedule and drove me back to work when I dropped it off. Caliber provided updates often and were even done earlier than expected with my car. Also, what a treat, they washed and detailed the inside and outside of my car. Wow!! It looked like a brand new car. Would definitely choose them again. Not too often you get service like this!!

Outstanding experience. Had a bid for a few hundred dollars. Turned out they were able to re-attach a panel with an internal clip in a few minutes. They did not charge. Will definitely go back if need arises.

My new car was dented by a vandal. I was very upset that the work to repair the dent would result in paint that didn t match or misfitting trim. Caliber did a perfect job. My vehicle was ready in three days. I highly recommend their shop on HWY 99. Misti, our estimator, was so great to work with.

The body work by Caliber was of excellent quality. My Jeep was ready, earlier than expected. During the repair process they kept me updated. I really liked the detailed invoice, you know exactly what you are paying for. Excellent customer service & quality repair work on vehicle. Only thing is extremely long wait times to get an appointment to determine damages and then you have to make another appointment with long wait times before they take the car to repair it. 4 stars for appointment availability. Everyone at Caliber was wonderful, and my repairs were done quickly and look great! My car was shining inside and out, when I picked it up. They guys did a great job, and I appreciate their attention to detail! They also kept me informed the whole time and had my car back to me in exactly a week. Very impressed with services received at this location, at this time. Misty was our rep. She was very professional, helpful, thoughtful, worked with us and she was beautiful as well. Always smiling and being very nice through the entire process. Vehicle was damaged in the rear driverside quarter panel. Tail light destroyed as well. Rear bumper had to be removed and replaced or repainted. All the work appears to be top knotch and the car was returned back to stock with the reapplied ceramic coating. I can not tell it was ever damaged. Thank you all at caliber collision. Oh, we even got a $5 gift card for coffee at Black Rock. Don't know who they are but, guess we will have to check them out also. Thank again.

Weird. My BMW got hit in the bumper in downtown Portland. The piece damaged pops right off. Brought in to get painted. 'We don't allow people to bring pieces in to get painted.' So they would need my entire car to paint a piece that pops off. Lame. This would make sense if it was large damage or needed to blend, but not this piece. This makes sense now. I sent them an email about 6 months back about some other paint projects and they never replied.The lady at the front was friendly though.
