Very impressed with Brake Zone! First time there for an oil change today. I mentioned that my brakes were squeaking. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem as well as change my oil in just two hours! Fast, honest, quality service and great pricing.Also shout out to shop dogs Hazel and Otto! I will be back :)

Brake Zone is awesome. Pricing is great, customer service is excellent, auto work done right, caring and respectful, honest, mechanics have great integrity and I definitely recommend. They are absolutely worth going to! Go there and find out for yourself.

These guys were super awesome and nice. They got my car taken care of quick and easy and didn t charge me an arm, leg and possible first born like most of the big name dealerships do. And they have a super snuggly puppy named auto who is a big cuddle bug. I d go back just to hang with the dog! Thanks guys!

Mark runs a great shop and I always get taken care of. The best part of my experience is not being talked to like I am a simpleton just because I am a woman! Chris and Jake were especially helpful last time I was in! If you are lucky you will get to meet the shop doggy Auto! Trust this place to be honest with me!

Brake Zone is amazing!! Came in to get brakes checked due to awful noise.... with in the hour part ordered and service began. Work done immediately..my lucky day! Chris so helpful and friendly, along with others very courteous while I waited. Even shop doggos Auto and Hazel there for fun. Thank you so much for the great work.

Found this place through their website and within 10 minutes of filling out their online form, they gave us a call. Despite it being last minute they got me in, went out of their way to pick up tires when mine were completely messed up and helped me out by fixing a major problem I didn't even realize my car had.Super courteous and helpful, turned it around within a day, and explained everything before doing it. This is an honest shop doing honest work. I'll for sure be back cause they've got my business.

Mark from breakzone is the best !!! He went above and beyond and fought Hyundai for me. I don't even know this man and he saved me over 4,000.I highly recommend this place. He does so much for the community and during Christmas he does so much for the kids.Go see him if he can't help you he will send you in the right direction.

First time using Brake Zone and these guys are now my go-to source for identifying and addressing concerns on all my family vehicles. Brakes were squeaking and I took my VW Atlas in for an evaluation. After inspection, the team identified the sound was coming from my struts rather than my brakes. I wanted to take advantage of their complementary safety inspection, but they offered the service before I could ask. This shows me they care about the well-being and safety of customers that choose to bring their business to Brake Zone. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and had my vehicle ready for pick up in 90 minutes. A coworker told me about this place, you will not be disappointed. Had a problem with the heater/AC fan staying on high all the time .Jake said bring the vehicle in and they would diagnose the problem. (On a Saturday) Gave me a quote several hours later and repaired the problem the same day ..Also veteran friendly with a nice discount I found my new go to auto repair shop !

Really kind and great mechanics! I have a problem Ford Fiesta and had to get a new catalytic converter, they quoted me a reasonable price and got it fixed immediately! Did i mention how kind they are?

Any time he has a problem with his car or needs an oil change he takes it to Brake Zone and they always treat him extremely well! As a mom that means so much to me. I had my CR-V serviced here last week. I dropped my car for an inspection knowing I have worn out struts and was informed there were many things wrong with my car, the struts were low on the priority list. Chris called and discussed options, priority, and budget. He was able to work in my budget and gave good advice on what he would replace had he been in my position. He put two techs on it and I had same-day service on my entire brake system including parking brake, axle shaft, steering knuckles, and a radiator flush. I got 12 hours of labor done in one day, he put two techs on it. I felt prioritized and with his explanation I did not feel like I got ripped off. The guys were all personable and down to earth. A big plus is that they have extended hours which help people who work 9-5. Will get more service done here in the future.

Mark is a good dude. Had some problems with my repair and He made it right and I think he cares more about his reputation then the money, which is the best way to success. If you help enough people get what they want, you can have everything you want and I think thats what Mark is about! Thanks for being persistent about fixing this!

I ve gotten pretty much everything I need to get done on my car here and I ve never felt so comfortable and trusting with people working on my vehicle. I ve never felt like I m being scammed or tricked into spending more money than I need to, in fact they ve called me in the past to let me know that something I ve requested be done on my car isn t immediately necessary and advised I save my money rather than get it done at that time. They explain everything in detail and I don t feel like I m being a nuisance when I ask questions or don t understand, they go above and beyond to make sure they ve not only done a good job but that I m well informed and have access to any and all resources there is to offer. Pretty swell and tightly-knitted team. Also family owned. They were rather quick and efficient in completing the necessary task. And for a estimated HALF the price of an oil change (compared to Valvoline and Jiffy Lube, $110 plus, respectively! ) I think that I will absolutely have to swing back soon!

I have always done my own vehicle maintenance, but due to circumstances out my control, I didn't have the time, space, or tools to change the brakes on my Solara. This was the first time I had ever taken a car in for brakes and these guys took great care of me. They were honest, fair and stayed in my budget. They let me know when an unforseen delay popped up and still got the work done in a timely manner and on the same day. I highly recommend them to anyone needing brakes or maintenance done. They do excellent work and are very easy to work with. Also very friendly.

SUCH a hard thing to find trustworthy mechanics in general. Everybody here is honest, kind, and oozes integrity. I ve told all my friends that this is the only place they should be going for their brakes, oil, changes, everything. They even offer a veterans discount, which I think is great. I recently bought a used car that had a couple of issues and I took it here and got incredible service. They fixed the issue and I had a couple residual questions and small issues a couple days later. Every person I talked to was competent, friendly, and efficient. They took care of the car right away. I wish I had found this place years ago and I don t know that I ll ever take a car anywhere else.
