It's never nice when you need transmission work, but on the couple of occasions I have, this was the recommended spot and I never regretted it. Pleasant and professional service, accurate estimates, great communication, advice, and warranty support that was never needed because the work is solid. I hope Bill never retires.

I brought in my 98 Tacoma after I heard a horrible bang and then no gears. I thought all was lost. They did a great job getting me squared away and getting my yoda back on the trails, and they did it WAY faster than I thought, too! Next time I have transmission troubles, I know exactly where to go!

I called Bill with what I thought was a slipping trans in my Dodge 2500, he was honest over the phone saying he didn t think that was the issue, after a short test drive he said it was my lift pump on it s way out and showed me the issue. He quickly sourced parts and had the work done for a very honest and fair price, he showed me every part that was replaced and even noted the fuel filter looked new so he let it be. Great service, great attitude, exceptional work, honest, and fairly priced service!!

I asked about rebuilding a common (25 yr old) transmission and he said "I don't work on those anymore" and hung up on me. I had read the same in another review and thought -Well, that must not be the whole story. But its true. I was gonna ask if he could recommend someone else, but too late. Would never recommend that type of business.

I'm late on posting my comment about Bill tech transmission shop . It's been about 90 Days since my transmission been rebuilt , I've haven't had any issues with it. I strongly recommend this shop if you won't someone to service your vehicles with the experience he has and it won't be sitting in the shop two three weeks ,fast quality service ... Thanks Bill and your Team

I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional Bill was after reading so many good reviews. He told me that he was too busy to worry about what I had going on with my pickup. I wouldn t recommend this place.. not even to people I don t like

I used Bill's a couple of times now. Once to rebuild the 727B TorqueFlite in my custom and another time for my Chevy 700R4. Both jobs were done quick and professionally. I cannot say enough good about the work I have had done there.

Attempted to get info on transmission repair or replacement. Whoever answered the phone was unhelpful to the point of saying, "we won't even work on that.", no explanation no further information provided. Then without warning just hung up on me. Shame they looked like they had good reviews too. I didn't expect such bad phone experience to see if I could get a quote for some work. I definitely couldn't recommend them after that experience.

Very polite and professional. They got us in and done so quickly, we were surprised (based off experiences with other shops). They got our family vehicle back to us in such a timely manner, it's running great now, we are so thankful!Also extra thankful as a woman to go to a mechanic and not be talked to like I'm an idiot.Highly recommend!

I have had two transmissions rebuilt (two different vehicles!) in the last 6 months or so...I've been very impressed with the high level of service and quality of repairs; most importantly, I felt that Bill cared about my vehicles and provided multiple options for me. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. Totally happy with all aspects of the services that I've used!

Top notch work and warranty. Biggest small-shop in town. Guy knows his s@$t! I've had 3 trans done there and no problems. The 1 problem I did have wasn't Bill's fault but his part and he fixed it in a very timely fashion and I can't be happier!

Had a great experience. He diagnosed the problem and let me keep the truck at the shop for a couple days until I got my banking situated. Then got the tranny rebuilt in 2 days. Good customer service, Bill explained everything that was going on without talking down to me. Showed me the damaged parts and explained how they got that way when I went to pay. The rebuild job came with a 3 year warranty. One less major thing to worry about!

Friendly service and excellent work. My trans was shot. A rebuild would have cost more than the car was worth. I found a uses one and Bill checked it out and installed it. Got me back on the road in just over a week

These people are great! They review everything with you, they care about your problems, and do everything possible to fix your transmission within your price range. They give excellent service. I send my whole family here. They saved me thousands of dollars by being honest. Not like the Toyota dealership. Highly recommended!

Great guy with a great attitude! Hard to find someone who doesnt take you for a ride and is honest on what he finds. I thought my 1962 Ford Thunderbird had lost third gear and I was prepared to rebuild the transmission but he was upfront and explained the issue to me and for a few hundred i was on my way to a car show!

Great experience at this shop and fast service! I thought my quirky Isuzu was gonna lose the transmission soon if I didn t have it looked at! Bill checked for free and said it needed cleaning and filters...and was done at VERY FAIR PRICING! I m picky about choosing an auto tech, and I made a good call here! Bill always takes the time to show you the bad parts and explain the reason it failed. Professional and honest is what I experienced even with warranty work that was really my fault for running the fluid too low.

I would Never go Anywhere else. None of the BS you normally find at mechanics. They did the rebuild on my trans and many years later did repairs. Fair, honest, great work.

verrrrry good shop. thorough & kind professionals. they'll show you and explain worn-out parts that they replaced & they'll call you to discuss options when other things they notice could be or become an issue. they warranty ... the whole deal - what else could ya ask for??
