Went in with problems created by another shop and they took care of me as if I had been their customer for years. They are upfront with them being short on staff but also they make sure they fix your problem even if it takes a bit longer. Honesty and quality over quickness will win me over every time.This will be our new go to mechanic.

We ve been taking our vehicles to Bergman s for years & referring friends and relatives. We ve never been disappointed - they are honest, do the work that is necessary, and don t overcharge. Having been burned by disreputable shops, taking advantage of me because I am not a mechanic,I have full confidence in them, and don t hesitate in recommending them.

I highly recommend Bergman's Automotive. It has great customer service, the people working there take great care of your car, and the price isn't outrageous! I would say the wait times can vary, so plan ahead for that. Definitely a keeper in my book

Took my 07 Silverado there to address a rough idle after my local mechanic couldn t fix it. The place doesn t look like much when you pull up, but I took a chance based on all of the positive reviews. Sean said he would do his best, and a couple of days and some new O2 sensors later, the 8.1 liter monster is idling smoother than it has for years! I am very happy with the results and will definitely return when necessary.Service: Engine repair

Sean provided not only clear communication and transparency as he diagnosed our truck's main issue, but also went above and beyond taking liberty to address minor issues he noticed throughout the vehicle to ensure our rig was running optimally. We have the impression that he exercises attention to detail and appreciated him saving the broken parts and showing us the issue so we understand the problem first hand and why it was important to approach problem solving the way they did. Thank you guys!

Thankfully, we don't usually need to take our cars in, but when we do, it's usually for an oil change.This time around, I needed an oil change, the serpentine belt looked at, the brakes checked. Surprisingly, all that needed done was the oil change and a cabin air filter.My little Kia has over 100k miles and I know if I took it anywhere else, they would tell me all the things wrong with it and try to upcharge.Sean doesn't do that. One of the most honest mechanics I've met!

We had never used a mechanic before, so I was a little apprehensive, but Sean was great! He fixed my brake problem and noticed that my air conditioning wasn't working, which I was aware of. We were planning on addressing that at a later date, but Sean offered to fix it for such a reasonable price that we couldn't say no! I would absolutely bring our car back to Bergman's!

After bad experiences with mechanics in the past I was looking for a good one I can trust to keep my car running safe and reliable. After reading reviews I decided to give Sean a try and he did not disappoint. He did my suspension and breaks for 1200 less that I was quoted elsewhere. Showed me the parts he replaced and used quality name brand parts. He went above and beyond my expectations. My car is a bit of a project so I am excited to have someone I can trust to help me get it dialed in. He s my new go-to for regular service and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. He s old-school, knowledgeable, and is in there working alongside his technicians making sure everything is done to the highest standard.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Oil change

I brought my car here, my husbands car twice and my boss even changed mechanics after 12 years somewhere else. They have great turn around times, communication, and the prices are extremely fair and affordable compared to anyone else. Awesome shop awesome people highly recommend!

My Nissan Pathfinder crapped out right across the street from the shop. It was a blessing in disguise and they gave me a really fair price for the work that needs to be done. They were just a few minutes before closing and went out of their way to help me. One of the mechanics from the previous shop that I used to go to who retired was working at the shop. Our VW Jetta broke down in middle of a bad spot at night and we asked the tow truck driver to deliver to VW shop, but we were sooo tired we didn t notice at first, we were somewhere different. But combined with the tow truck driver saying ..oh I heard they are great, then just happened Steve was there and we talked a good while and he told us his brother Sean can and does fix everything. As my husband was chatting with Steve, I also saw the great reviews...then decided this is a good place.Now this was 10 pm on a Wednesday night. The next day, he had to wait for the fuel pump for my car and by Friday the car was finished.Not only does the car work better than it has, the issue was solved. Since my on board ODM, and his at the shop, didn t show an issue, he had to be somewhat adept at VW vehicles to figure it out and he was correct. It was especially hard because as soon as we parked it, it starting running again. So we thought this could be hard because now it sounds ok and runs again?Needless to say we were very happy with how fast, accurate, polite and such Sean and the crew were, but the price was extremely reasonable and I am sure our first choice would have cost a lot more!Thank you Sean, Steve and crew for the great job you do there. No wonder you have those reviews and your lot is hopping. You guys I think deserve a big vacation...but I was very happy you were there. Service: Engine repair

Took my truck in on a whim after the other auto shop down the street gave me an outrageous quote. Had them look at my A/C which the other shop said I needed a whole new unit. Come to find out I only needed a valve. This is a honest and reliable business. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I had work done here awhile back, good pricing, was able to get me in last minute when other shops down the street weren't able to. Sean is nice was very knowledgeable about his stuff. Will come back if I have any issues. Only issue was that he charged me for an oil without asking me first, would of appreciated if he did. And recently I came by to fill my air up and he charged me a dollar so he can run his compressor. Other wise he runs a tight crew with lots of knowledge between all of them. Conveniently located.

I was referred to Bergman s Automotive last year and have not looked for other automotive help since.Shawn and the crew are by far the most fair and honest people I have met in this industry. They never push for unnecessary work and are completely up-front and honest about the work being done and what needs to be done. Not only are the prices fair but the work is trustworthy and well done. They are always willing to answer any questions you have without charging you a $140 diagnosis fee that any mainstream dealership will force.I HIGHLY recommend Bergman s any day of the week! Great shop, great folks. I will definitely be bringing my car here if it needs work in the future.I had a problem with my fuel gauge that lead me to run completely out of gas right after my fuel light came on. I am new to the area and didn't know a shop to go to, but luckily my tow truck driver recommended Bergman's. I am truly grateful that he did. Sean and his team took great care of me and my car. They figured out that the gas tank was dry and only charged me for 15 minutes of diagnostics and the for gas they put in. Another shop might have charged hundreds of dollars just to figure out the problem. The honesty and integrity I received from this shop certainly made an impression and saved me a bunch of money!

Shawn is a super honest hard working man that did an amazing job on my struts and sway bar links!! I was quoted close to $3k and a week for the work from another shop my friend goes thru and was devastated. Single mom on a crazy tight income. Shawn told me it shouldn't cost more than $1k and 2 days. He got me under $800 and I had it the next day so greatful! Got a customer for life!!

Upon recommendation from my daughter, I have taken my Saturn Vue to Bergman's Automotive twice. Both times I received courteous service and attention to detail. The work was done in a timely manner at a fair price. Honesty and integrity - two values you don't often find - describe the standard they represent. Sean caught the fact that there was a fungus on the exterior of my car, which eats away at the paint, something I thought was just pollen that would wash off. Not so, and I will be taking my car to a detailer to deal with that problem. They go above and beyond what is expected, spotting potential problems that can become big problems if not taken care of ASAP. I will continue to take my car to Bergman's for servicing because I trust they will do it right and not charge me an arm and a leg to do so.

Expert staff, honest as the day is long. Only uses high-quality parts, keeping our cars running with proactive checks and expert diagnosis. These guys are a gem, don't know what we'd do without them! Have kept our 2 older cars running smooth for over a decade now. If you need car repair, look no further than Bergman's!

We took our Durango there thinking we needed a new heater core when actually it was just a clogged plug. Sean restored my faith in mankind knowing he could've taken advantage of us but he was totally honest and you don't find that anymore with mechanics these days. I will never go anywhere else from now on! So very grateful!!!

I wish I could give them 10 stars. My van barely made it into his shop. It has 370k miles and it now drives like new. I can't say enough good things about Sean and his crew

Unexpected charges always show uo when working on cars or houses. Sean was great with keeping suprise costs low while still doing quality work. I have taken 2 cars to him now for different issues and will be going back to him ONLY from now on.

Sean is awesome he is one of the few mechanics that doesn't try to pull a fast one especially on women I took my car for some major repairs he showed me ever part he took off and why. I have been going to him ever since 3 yrs now and I will never go anywhere else

I called this place multiple times and left message with our phone number to call us back and even contacted them on there website. Very frustrated that they never return our call. This place was recommended by my family. Because they take there cars here for maintenance. Seeing a lot of good reviews from there customers.
