I would recommend Bavarian auto works and I personally will be going back for future services. I had my oil change and brake oil fluid replacement done here a few weeks back. I had the car back the same day as Jason promised and he gave me a cost estimate on replacing my air suspension which I plan on returning to get serviced.I feel the quality of work done here is really good compared to the Portland BMW service center which I no longer go to. Overall Bavarian auto works knows how to service cars and they offer competitive prices with a high quality of work.Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change

I've been going to Jason for years now and he has always treated me with respect and top grade work.My Mini Cooper was a mess, but he kept it running well, now it's my 2015 Mercedes CLA 250, top-grade work, and doesn't use the name Mercedes to gouge me...Thanks, Jason.

This is a clean, organized shop. I'm a repeat customer for a reason. They know their stuff, do everything a dealer has ever done on my scheduled services, have helpful attitudes, a pleasant little waiting space for my service dog and I, and all at a fair price for my AMG. THANK YOU, BAW. We'll be back

Came in for an oil leak diagnosis and repair. Barvarian got back to me quickly telling me what my issue was and where, while also performing a car inspection. The communication methods used to talk to customers was phenomenal and respectful. I felt comfortable knowing my car would be respected just like one of their own. This shop takes its repairs seriously and performs test to check the integrity of there work making you feel confident that the issue is fixed. I would highly recommend coming here especially if you have a higher performance model car. One of a few shops that take pride in their work and show it.

Jason did an excellent job diagnosing and replacing bad injectors on my X5 Diesel. He never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need, and even fixed a loose wire he found during the repair. He is honest, trustworthy, and his prices are very good. I would definitely take my vehicle to him again.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I called to ask how much a oil change would be on a Mercedes, the moment the person picked up the phone they had a very hostile attitude and were very rude, when provided information about my car I had to wait a long time until the person got back to me and ended up telling me my oil change was gonna be 200$. Respectfully I asked him if it was because of the type of car I had since I had no prior knowledge and very rudely the person responded because that s the price I charge you don t have to like it wouldn t recommend and is the reason I call places before I go. EDIT: After I left this review owner called me back cursing me out, being obnoxious, having a huge ego. The whole time I was showing respect and had let him know the first call that I meant no disrespect. From two phone calls I can tell owner has ego issues, and mental problems. *Stop calling my number* Edit: You responded 4 months later saying I need help when your the one who was threatening me over a review seek therapy

Worst service and repair on brakes possible. Twice we took car back to fix their brake pad job .. brakes were still squealing so took it back again this time he said it needed rotors. Paid for rotors now breaks still squeal loud. On top of that owner was EXTREMELY RUDE. That s what we got for $900!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My Mini Cooper periodically has the engine light come on and off so I brought it in. They were knowledgeable, respectful and fair. Would recommend and will be back if my car needs work

If I could give something better than 5 stars, I would. We do not live in the area, and we broke down. Had vehicle towed to the shop, and they were able to do our emergency repair the same day and got us back on the road so we could make it back home. Quality work, but by far the best thing I can say is, the understanding and compassion for our situation was unbelievable. They made our horrible situation better. They really saved us, and couldn't be more thankful. I have other german vehicles and I would take them to Bavarian if I lived in the area! Thank you Jason and RobertService: Engine repair

Had a brake issue with my Porsche Cayenne that we thought might involve the replacement of the master cylinder. It turned out that was not needed. Jason could have replaced it anyway, and I would never have been the wiser, but he is honest and I ended up paying less than 10% of what we originally expected. In the past had other work done with which I was also very satisfied. Highly recommended.Service: Brakes

Very impressed with the professional conduct of this shop. I realized I was getting ripped off from another shop for about $1250 so I took it to this shop instead. They were done with the repair super fast and ended up costing me about $250.. This is the shop for your BMW. Thanks

After having my BMW X5 towed to the shop (longer wait at preferred shop) and diagnosed by dealer, I was told that this particular job met the criteria and was accepted by the owner (Jason). I was told it would be started in 2 weeks. I have spent 20 years as a professional mechanic, including BMW, and although this was within my capabilities (valve cover), I didn't have the time to take it on. I was willing to pay the money as I had committed on this vehicle. After 6 weeks of waiting, the owner had called and smugly told me it was time to pick the car up because it was running but would need additional diagnostics from someone else, more qualified. I then paid and was given the keys. I hadn't made it 2 blocks when the engine light came on and derate was initiated. After clearing with my scanner the car went into limp mode. I was able to make it to my preferred shop and it was later diagnosed and properly repaired for Bavarians tech as having set the left bank timing chain one tooth off on the cam gear. This was a low mileage car in great running condition and the damage caused by Jason at Bavarian Auto Works resulted in almost 5K in repairs. I am still driving and loving the car to date, but I feel it's worth mentioning that Jason at BAW was in the woods on this one and should have admitted it. In addition to this experience, every encounter that I had with Jason was arrogant and aloof. I was made to feel as though the problems with the car had really put him out! Humility and honesty are indispensable traits of a good mechanic, for which I feel BAW is lacking. I am a supporter of good independent import shops but I would encourage all to know their limitations. Additionally the cargo area was filled with greasy, unbagged parts and the center console was still dismantled (I was told it was already like that), although I unloaded it from the flatbed and it was pristine. I bought this lesson but you don't have to. Disappointed.at best.Service: Engine repair

I have been bringing my BMWs to Jason since 2010. The shop and waiting room are clean and well organized. Although they are always busy, Jason takes time to talk with me about my service needs and concerns. He helps me keep my car performing at it's best. Both Jason and his assistant are very meticulous in their work and Jason stays completely up to date in his knowledge of BMWs and other German autos. He has a wall of recent service training certificates from BMW and others. I have complete trust in Jason for my 2017 440xi coupe's needs. Recently, Jason and Robert went way out of their way to bring my car in the same day to diagnose and solve a perplexing and annoying exhaust problem at no charge. If you have a BMW or Mercedes, this is the place to bring it. It's like taking your car to the dealer except less expensive and the work will be done right the first time.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

We have been taking our x5 here ever since we moved on from dealer warranty trudging to and from Portland. Fair pricing for honest, quality service with no bs. (Now if everyone would stop using them so I can get next day service, that would be awesome!! )Jason and his crew are top notch and can be trusted with your German investment. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

I've been taking my cars to Bavarian AutoWorks for almost 6 years now and it's been mostly oil changes/routine maintenance and, for a short stretch, some more serious work on a 650i. Full confidence in Jason and his abilities when I take my cars in; extremely knowledgeable guy who knows his cars and has answered every question I've ever asked and also gives honest, solid input/advise. Fair prices, as well. Highly recommend.

My 2012 Mini Cooper S had engine idling and timing problems, which I needed to fix promptly. So I contacted Jason, and he told me to bring the car into the shop, and he will make it a priority to check it and repair it.I did, and within 1 hour, Jason fixed the engine idling and timing problem.Top-notch, professional service.Highly Recommend!Dale Lehar

Bavarian AutoWorks is amazing! Best German Car service in Vancouver hands down. Jason is honest and hands on. He really knows his cars and his prices are more than fair considering the quality of the service. He took great care of our BMW X3 and we will absolutely be a repeat customer. Thanks Jason!

Came in for a diagnostic on my BMW cause my check engine light was on and paid over $400 with diagnostic to get it fixed and made my car worse. The owner Jason had a big ego and didn't seem to care. Customer service was terrible and talked to me like I know nothing about cars. Had to take my car in again. He then wanted to charge me another $500 to fix what I think was the actual problem. Decided not to because didn't trust him anymore. The owner either doesn't know what he's doing or he was trying to make money. Either way would not recommend taking your car here

LOVE this shop, Jason is always prompt to getting customers service quick. I've used him for all of my services on my CLA class his prices are half what the dealership wants to charge me and is 10x more convenient as far as location goes. Highly recommend this place if you want your car taken care of for a MUCH better price than the other guys.

Excellent experience and would definitely would use again. We needed the AC compressor replaced in our 530i. We were a little concerned that because they wouldn't order parts beforehand that our repair might be delayed, but it wasnt. We brought the car in, were given an estimate on time and price and they delivered 100% on time and price. Couldn't of asked for a better, more simple experience. more companies should be like them.

Great place on the phone. Exceptional service. A odd customer came in asking about the lights and the gentleman was very nice telling him that there were several people waiting who had appointments he was welcome to wait. The fella kept trying to pressure him to go out and look . The owner was still incredibly respectful after communicating clearly he was last in line as it s obviously a busy shop for a reason. Impressed all around.Service: Oil change

I've taken my Mercedes-Benz GL450 to BAW several times, and have always felt like Jason knew his stuff, charged fairly, and got the work done on time and budget. I've read a couple of reviews questioning his customer service, but first, I don't want my mechanic to be a slick salesman. I want him to know what he's doing and charge a fair price. I'm not paying for his smile. Second, when I've needed him, when my vehicle needed him, he's made time for me on a quick turn and helped me get moving again. THAT'S great customer service. I highly recommend Bavarian AutoWorks and will definitely keep going back.

We took our 550i into the shop thinking it was the transmission. Jason kept the car and took his time doing due diligence before giving us a final verdict. So glad he did. Saved us thousands of dollars and was able to fix our car. So thankful for his honesty and integrity.

Fabulous shop! Jason the owner is honest, reliable and appreciates his client base. This shop came highly recommended by friends of mine and I'm so happy I've had my BMW worked on at Bavarian AutoWorks. I would have to say this shop is the best in the Portland/Vancouver area for honest, fair pricing and attention to detail. Excellent customer service! I would never take my car to anyone other than this shop!

Jason runs his company professionally and with impressive integrity. He invoiced my ML350 service at nearly under $300 of the estimate he gave over the phone. Highly recommend and happy to have found him for future needs on my Benz.

Jason is awesome. I'm a prod owner of Mercedes CLK 350 and I always serviced in Portland mercedes or Beaverton mercedes service center, but when I moved to Vancouver, I saw the review and went to Jason, he is very good at his work, very honest and super professional. I saved so much money servicing with him. Also, anytime I had any issues, i call him for appointment he is very accomidative. I was planning for a road trip and my tail light were out, I called him and he took me in and replaced my light for free. If I would have taken to Mercedes service center, they would have charges atleast $100 and also made me to wait for day or two. Anyone looking for a good service center for german cars , Jason is the guy.
