This place is awesome! Josh was amazing went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed, he made it so quick and easy even helped me install items and checked the battery for free! Great experience all around and exceptional service, Thank you!!

Got a free battery charge and test. They never called when it was done. (He said they were going to) Then when I went to pick it up..... They couldn't find it. I had to go in the back with them to select mine from the group of unmarked batteries. From their reactions and remarks it seems like this is a recurring situation from one employee. Those two who helped me were awesome though. Very kind and helpful. If it wasn't for them I would have given one star.

Everyone knows the drill at AutoZone...long lines down the middle of the store with grizzled but chill and helpful gearheads working the counters....Well this location has the long lines...Workers were 20 somethings who didn't know a socket from a Screwdriver. l called ahead to get a battery, gave my make and model and year then asked if they still remove the old batteries on site..I was told it depends how hard it is to get to it (A Honda Accord car battery)..this should have been my 1st red flag..decided to go since it was 20mins away and the next location was about 45mins one way...when I got there I received the wrong size battery...I reminded them I called earlier and would like to swap it on site, (mainly to save myself the hassle and so I can give'em my old one and be done with it)..Nope.. Apparently now it's no longer a "hard to get to it issue" it's that their tool bag is "light" meaning missing tools and they don't have people to help me due to being short staffed. An AutoZone without tools...seriously.. I literally watched three people walking back and forth giggling and avoiding customer eye contact while ONE guy the "our toolbag is light" guy worked the counter. I take the battery home...get charged the core charge and now I have to waste my gas driving back to turn in my old battery and get my $20 back for the core..gone are the days of being taken care of at places like this. I wouldn't recommend this AutoZone. Unskilled workers who are playing at being actual service providers. AutoZone please stop hiring people whose only resume skill consists of..."I have an instagram" & "Gamer"

Lame chic with braids n fake glasses...no name badge and was suppose to update my husbands account info but never did .. Talk about lazy and unknowledgeable about car parts too....out vaping on the side of the building too.

I am amzed at Ms Elaine's willingness to go the extra mile for me, an elderly citizen, who desperately needed help getting bulbs in my 2007 Hyundai Sonat . It was impossible for my artistic hands. Excellent professional customer service

Today was a hard morning. Woke up, and my car wouldn't start. Got a jump and found Auto zone on mill plain. Taylor helped me and my daughter with a free test on the battery and also put the battery in for us. Everybody was so nice and it was over-all a great experience! Thank you Taylor!

Excellent customer service! I came in to purchase and install a new car battery. Hannah made it super easy to choose a new battery, and she mentioned normally she'd come out to install it but was the only employee working the register so she wouldn't be able to. I was happy to do it myself, I just needed the tools. Hannah came outside with the tools I needed and explained what I needed to do. She even came back out later to check-in and see how it was going. I ended up snapping a bolt so we had to find a replacement one (whoops!).Being short-staffed, it would've been so easy for Hannah to have said, "we're busy, figure it out." But instead, she took the time to put the customer first and ensure I had what I needed. This level of service is why I continue to shop at AutoZone.

I went in to only get something for my tires. While I was paying, I remembered I needed windshield wipers. The first person that helped me was good. Then another associate Hannah, took over to make sure I got the right parts. She took her time. Made sure all the parts were there when she offered to help replace them. She was amazing. She was helpful. Resourceful. And best of all, she made the transaction flawless. Thank you for being an exemplary employee.

Everything about this Auto Zone is user friendly! After I was told that my battery was at only 51%, I went to Auto Zone to buy a new one. The manager, Hannah, and her co-worker went out of their way helping me out on this cold, wet dark evening to check the battery life and advise me of my best choices. I really appreciated their help and will happily to continue to give them my business in the future. Thank you so much!

What an experience I had at this location!Joshua was a complete blast and beyond helpful! I came in today needing a battery, some small parts and oil and can I just say how efficient this location is. Looks like everyone working there loved being there! (Which in the corporate world, that is very rare) They made me feel welcomed and helped me find the best price!I'm coming here for everything my little Toyota needs.Thank you!

Decent store, workers are mostly attentive and friendly. Given the rough area the store is in I would expect more rude behavior than I got or saw. This store is one of the good ones for sure.

Stood in front of the cashier while he silently broke rolls of quarters and organized his till. Never acknowledged me or looked up until I started to walk away and leave. Very strange experience.

The people are nice but, they don t have a sign saying their oil tank is full. I ve gone 4 times in the past month and they don t ever seem to have their own tank available.

Short hair girl mid 30's . Absolutely the worst person I've ever met at any establishment. I ask about code reader for my truck. I'm standing in the front counter and she sat on her phone texting as I'm standing there. She finally says what to me , and I ask her again, if she could code read my truck she said no. Threw the code reader on the counter, and said bring it back. I explained to her that I never used one before and her response has figure it out. I ask if she could show me how and she walked away. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

When they saw I wasn't sure they stepped in and helped. Loaned me a wrench to install and then gave me a spacer I needed free and even came out and taught me a nice trick propping something up. These guys go out of the way and seem to genuinely care about your success. Not just your money. It's rare these days. Exemplary service. Sincerely.A+ earned not given. They went beyond.
