So thankful for Will working with me today! (Hazel Dell location). I stopped by this store for a new battery and oil change material. Will was very friendly, kind, patient and knowledgeable throughout our entire interaction. I am so appreciative of him finding exactly what I needed, and being willing to help change my battery + filter on the spot! I am not knowledgeable by any means when it comes to cars so any maintenance is a huge stressor for me. Will provided such wonderful customer service, and made my day so much better getting this taken care of. Great employee!

I don't mind the store, they usually have what I'm looking for for my 454 BBC, which I can't say the same about many other places. .. but when you tell me you can't charge my battery because its bad and I know damn well with 100% positivity that it's good.... come on.. you guys were trying to sell me a battery even though my 250 dollar deep cycle I purchased new, literally the day before, was perfectly good. I do not appreciate being treated like a chump or a sucker. Demoted!

I've been a costumer at this store for a long time. The last two times employees are not willing to help you with what you're looking for or not even trying to help you look in the computer system sometimes. This last time, Robin the cashier I asked her about a fuel ejector cleaner and she just said "isle one, that she didn't have many options so just go and look" Prior to that I called about fuel linrejector and I talked to a guy, he said they had it but when I talked to Robin she said they don't have it and that she never seen it in the store but in reality makes me think that she didn't really want to look.Whoever is supervising this employees.They really need to look into either train them or replace them.

Surprisingly customer service was down parts person made mom feel as if she was doing something wrong by being there. Not the norm from AutoZone. although everyone has a bad day and the other parts person that finished up with us made up for the initial contact with an apology and a smile theirs the AutoZone I know .

I give this place 5 stars because their customer service is above and beyond. Other auto part stores pail in comparison. And, there is a lot of them to choose from out here on highway 99.

Let me just say I know nothing about working on cars, that being said....the young man who helped me out today went above and beyond. He was so polite and so knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this AutoZone and I wish I would have got the employees name!!

I don't know who they think they're fooling but the prices are outrageous and uncalled for. 12.00 for automatic transmission fluid??? Went to another store and they weren't much. That one started O' poor customer employees just standing around doing nothing getting paid pretty well I'm sure. I won't go back to AutoZone

This is my local Autozone. I am a gig driver and this store and it's Autozoners keep my vehicles on the and me making $.On this trip Robin was able to provide me a engine code diagnosis(possible).I purchased recommended parts, went to my garage, repaired my vehicle, was back on road in hours and making $$.Thanks Robin,a great young Autozoner!!Vern S

I had to update my review. My experience yesterday had me floored. As soon as I walk in the store I can hear the manager in the back having a loud conversation with many curse words to whom I can assume on the phone with a family or friend because it wasn t an angry tone but more of a excitable with poorly handled emotions. , Her actions were very unprofessional, and more training is needed.

Never afraid to ask any question and always treated kindly. If they do not have what I need they explain what I should be looking for and where or how to get it. Been getting all my auto parts and vehicle stuff from here for over 5 years. Never a bad experience.

Came in to get my check engine light read, Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable, helped me choose the right battery for what my budget and needs were, and had great advice, and replaced the battery right there. Very friendly and speedy service.

DON'T SHOP HERE. I'm an ASE master mechanic and have been dealing with parts houses for over 20 years and this one is the worst. I'm from out of town and my cooling fan stopped working. The fat, angry, short haired "woman" at the counter would not let me borrow a test light because she said people steal them. After buying what I needed to figure it out I tried to buy a new cooling fan, mine wasn't in stock and she absolutely refused to sell me a universal. I asked if I could buy any fan for any vehicle please? I'm broken down, I can install it on the outside of the grille if I need to, I just need to get home. She said they're in the back and she won't look them up. "I'm just not going to do that" is what she said. So I, like anyone would do, grab my phone, search the website, find the fan (in stock universal) try to give her the part number and she just walks away. Eventually I'm able to buy it and she is unbelievably mad, told me it wasn't going to work and she won't refund me. Fit like a glove, 5 minutes install in their parking lot with just a pair of plyers.

A reputable store that honors its policy and actually tries to be helpful. sometimes the associates are a little too new, but they are always willing to grab a more seasoned employee for help.

No way... Never ever will I spend $$$ here. Went in for simple air filter and wiper blades.... Blades $30 same exact ones at costless $5.99Air filter here $25.99 better one at costless $11.99That's just two examples of the ridiculousness of AutoZone...

They didn't have what I needed and the one thing I did end up getting was priced incorrectly. It was only 50 cents off and I only noticed after I'd paid, and since it was a small amount I really didn't care. But I did mention it to the salesperson so they could fix it before a "Karen" customer had an issue, and he acted like he didn't care at all.

I had a problem with my car battery from another store and was having a rough day and the employees that day really helped me out, found the solution and replaced my battery with no problem. We re also very nice.:) Definitely made my day better at the end.

The young girl that initially had an attitude, She told me my battery was good so I would probably need an alternator. (I did not)We went into the store where I I said I thought I had a credit foe my old battery because I was getting a new one, She continuously said I did notAfter going back and forth , she called her mgr.Now I could not have had a better person to wait on me. He was polite and knowledgeable. There is a reason he is mgr.I will say that the girl did not know about the credit, but she needs to lose the attitude.The 5 star is for the mgr, I would give the girl maybe a 2 star

I had an issue with the check engine light, one of the employees came out to help. They hooked my car up and let me know what was wrong.But definitely helped me with decisions I needed to make Thanks autozone!

I went in today to buy new headlight bulbs. I had misread the guide book inside and accidentally picked out high-beams instead of low-beams, and at the register Jesse suspected a common error and correctly guessed that I was about to make a bad purchase. Not only did he save me hassle with having to make a future return, he helped me install them right there in the parking lot, which took 50 seconds for him, whereas it probably would've taken me 10 to 20 minutes to figure out how to loosen the wires and turn the bulbs the correct way.Great service! Thank you Jesse!

This is an honest review. I was buying a part here and the first gentleman had it all right and we had to change registers because that registers couldn't do partial payments. What the second guy didn't understand is that the transaction actually went through and was NOT a "ghost transaction". My dad warned me that my grandma used her credit card to purchase a part and was charged Amazon purchases. That's happening to me right now. HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND SHOPPING HERE. . second guy was very rude and discouraging the first guy . Very unprofessional and wouldn't let me talk.
