The manager Jesse plays favorites with his employees and treats everyone else very poorly. I ve noticed it on to multiple occasions as I WAS a regular but when I go in he s either talking to his younger male workers like their buddies, cursing and saying inappropriate thing s or belittling his other workers who seem to actually be doing their jobs. A while ago a young lady was giving me repair information on my car and he cut her off and told me the complete opposite just for me to later find out she was right, I m glad I took it to my mechanic instead of trying it myself because if I listened to him I would of been in a world of hurt. It s unfortunate the actual hard workers get treated poorly while his buddies get to just hangout and relax and get paid and I ve had enough, It s not right. If autozone allows this I might as well go to a different auto parts store, where the managers treat all their employees equal, and with respect.

My brake light went out.... I went to a different Autozone in Portland, and the employee was unable /unwilling to help.I came to this location, and Mike T not only helped but went above and beyond and replaced it for me!!! I am so grateful! Please recognize him for his stellar service!

I cannot recommend this location enough, and the employee James. He spent a long time making sure my car had everything it needed, including looking up other parts online for me and coming out to my car and checking it out. He even replaced my windshield wipers himself when it was pouring a ss rain, which a local car repair place refused to do for me, then he waited to make sure they all worked! Friendly people and great knowledge of cars and the industry. Really appreciate it! Go here! And give James a raise!

Preston greeted me with a positive attitude and in no time recommended a proper battery for my 2019 Nissan Rouge. He ran a test first to see if my battery is ok and I found out that it was no good. He installed a battery which he says would be the best for my car and even installed it in no time. My car started right away. Before that, I had to use my compact charger to start my car always. Now, with my new car battery, I have no more worries with faulty starter! Thank you Preston! You are a great asset! Keep up the great work! You ve made my day!

Went to autozone and wanted to pick up a battery I asked if jesse would install it he told me that he is not going to but I could ask someone else then proceeded to yell at a person in the back for the whole lobby to hear! Very disappointing won't be going back

Charlie, the guy that helped me was enthusiastic and welcoming. However james the manager was amazingly off putting, to the point of alienating. No eye contact and really made me experience like I was a total inconvenience.

Only reason I'll leave 5 starts is because TRENTON goes above and beyond. He's not like ANY other rep I've ever dealt with the way he tried to help me was out of this world couldn't ask for a better person. You go to this location ask for TRENTON!!!! He is the MAN!

Meh. I am not sure what happened to the girl cashier. The girl looked so beaten down and even acted a bit selfish when I gave her back another person's order that she had given me. I hope she finds her spirit.

I needed to order 2 of the same part but was told I could only order one at a time and had to wait for the part to arrive before I could order the second part then once the part arrived it was defectiveThe guys that helped me were great and cared.

Trenton did a great job on replacing my old battery in my cadillac. Very respectful and took him no time to replace replace my battery. Keep up the great work.

If I could give this particular store zero stars then I would. I took my car in for a seemingly routine battery test like I do once or twice a year and the battery tested good but low on charge and they tested the charging system which came back as bad and I was told I needed to replace the alternator. It was a surprise but made sense given the age and mileage of my car though it did feel a slight bit early. I had a shop replace my alternator two weeks later and a week after that brought back my car to the same store to check the charging system again and it was still bad even after the alternator replacement. The only thing they had to say was I had the wrong alternator installed and needed to get a different one producing 14.5 volts while I was only getting 13.5, the exact same as what it was before the repair. They told me this after I had already said the alternator is clearly not the problem, then handed me my test summary and said have a good day and walked away. $735 I spent to have the alternator replaced because they mislead me into thinking that was the problem with my car when it wasn t and they still claim that s the issue even when I say another new alternator will not fix the problem and I m not getting that money back. They should have encouraged me to get a proper diagnostic test on my car to diagnose the exact issue but no, they had to trick me into throwing away that money on something I never needed. I feel like I m owed something for this.

Went in to get a purge valve for my car, and as soon as the employee returned with my part, I get questioned in a very judgmental tone about why I chose my car... I understand why you would question a customers car as some have more problems than others. However, you shouldn't make your customers feel like their vehicle choice is poor.

Great helpful people. They had the filters in stock that I needed. Got Prolong Engine Additive, but did not have the ProLong Transmission Additive, or ProLong Engine Cleaner. Had to order both off Amazon. Wish the would stock all the ProLong products. Been a faithful Prolong customer since 2001.

I walked in and told them to give me the best brakes they had for my car. Got around to doing the brake job and found out they gave me the wrong parts. Called them, they did nothing to fix it or make it right.

Needed a Halogen bulb for my Prius. Trenton helped me find the bulbs and then put it in place even though cold and rainy. What a guy! Will recommend this business store to all
