Justin and Jay were amazingly helpful. My cargo van's battery needed to be changed. They tested the battery then recommended a replacement then loaned me tools so I could replace it myself. I had work tomorrow so I needed to complete it by tonight. 9:30 at closing.

The Checkout lines and process is a little hectic, actually more of a nightmare. People standing around waiting and not sure where to go. No clear checkstand that s open. Seen what I believe was a manager or supervisor really being hard on an employee, when he was visibly the only one working hard. Made me sad for him and upset with said supervisor. Not sure I ll go back here.

Highly recommend Orilieys over Auto Zone. I ve never had worse customer service before and it s not just one location. They sit there and let phones ring over and over again and not answer them. They are extremely slow and don t help customers in a timely manner. Orilieys is super quick and on top of it when it comes to finding what you need or where you need to go to get exactly what you re looking for.

I would give 2.5 stars if I could. I like the services they provide, like tool loaning and parts matching, but I wish the employees were more professional. Several of the employees followed me outside and smoked right in front of me while pretending to help me with my car. They continued smoking and talking about their personal lives, making my girlfriend and I pretty uncomfortable. Again, the services were good, but the customer service was bad.

Eric B was awesome today. Needed an oil filter for my car and wasn t sure which specific one. Helped me out and got me out of the store in 2 minutes. Had great manners too.

Came in for brake parts, one set was right the other set was not, had to bring parts back, the lady that sold us the parts was a bit combative saying " No those are the right part" when clearly the actual part needing replacement was shown to her and she just goes oh. Had to drive to another store .. such a fiasco. No discount, apologies or compensation offered. Would not recommend this location!

Amazing customer service! One location didn t have the parts we needed so they put them on hold here, Eric at the front counter was super friendly and added a courtesy discount for the trouble of driving to another store!

Helpful crew. They have customer service dialed in. The store didn't have the part I needed, but every other store in the area did. They let me know which was easiest and closest to get to, called ahead and had them put hands on part and have it at the counter before forwarding me on to the other store.

Walked in the door to ask about a battery jumper box. After a short conversation the employee offered tools to help us take the battery out to test it, and then after it came up at 60% he came outside and helped us clean the battery and cables to try and get a better connection for a start. It still didn't solve the problem but he was happy to help and super helpful. Thanks!

Popped an upper radiator hose in my BMW E90 on my way home.. Pulled over and looked up a replacement part, checked AutoZone without much hope because well.. it's a BMW part.To my surprise they not only had a similar part in stock, but it was an exact fitting part and also a good quality one. Went out in the parking lot and changed it without an issue in a short amount of time. An employee even came out to check on me and the situation. Good people there.Would've been in a jam and probably had to tow the car home if AZ didn't have that specific part. Was really pleased they had that in stock and it was good quality and fit well. Went home without issue and no more leaks.

Although they're not like old school auto parts stores where they have pretty much everything in stock they have a limited Supply but the people are fairly knowledgeable I think besides Napa they're the best in town I would go here any day before I go to O'Reilly's

Please provide more customer service and I will return. I keep not finding what I'm looking for and I go to AutoZone's often .This is like the fourth time I've been in the last 2 yrs and I did not find it was looking for and everyone was busy for long periods of time.

I come here since moving to Vancouver a year ago because the service and staff are usually excellent. Yesterday I called and Shelby was incredible and so helpful over the phone. However, when I got in another staff member was clearly not happy to be at work that day and I was made to feel like an annoyance and walked out of the shop without the part I need. Which I will be buying elsewhere today.*The reply serves well to make them look like they care and followed up but it's just the same automatic email that doesn't actually address anything.*FYI it took ten minutes to change out the headlight of a 2001 Dodge grand caravan so the guy was not only a chauvinist he was also dead wrong.

Wentbtherevto see to but a small plastic gere wheel for my kitchen aid but with out a picture of it two never knew what it looked like their index online just said wheel. But it was an okay time there.

They gave me the wrong part then i asked for but it was less then $2 and turned out i didnt need the right one anyways because aaa towing brought my truck to my house after i tested the block by filling the radiator with water, then when they dropped it off i miraculously had a 6in around chunk of my lower block broken out right by the engine mount!! But autozone has been good in the past, so i won't give a bad review over 1 screw up. We all have our off days... Smile, and hopefully, you'll have a great day! I way more P.Oed that aaa turned my truck into scrap, and i have no way to prove it was them!
